I think studying this kind of problem was actually part of my degree. The solution is to not group all your characters into one post, except when convenient. If nobody's posting, it's quite possibly because everyone is waiting on everyone else due to deadlock issues.
@Mega Birb Emu has been cleaved in half. And then exploded.
@Lmpkio It's not a 100% hard and fast rule.

For example, Cydone wrecked Ni-Mu simply because she tried to stop an unstoppable attack improperly. And Henry beats Miyu because Miyu lacks in every category of power.

But all things being equal, Machina beats Angel beats Demon beats Machina.
@Mega Birb The surgeon. Don't tell anyone, Ryonara just got out of the crime scene.
General thoughts on what my characters will do:

Jeige: Mmm.. That's what I was thinking, but I think if Noi cannot, then it is out of the question for me.

Veitaru: I'm too short to reach.
@Mega Birb No. If Abigail attacked Artoria with a dream shot, Artoria could punch the dream fire into a dreamfire animal girl, and steal the power to attack with dream powered fire.

Basically, I looked at Emu's weapon stealing and went "I want in on that".

"*this ability also causes attacks to be treated as type appropriate before considering whether they would do damage. Ghosts, pure energy beings, and immaterial concepts can all be punched into cute animal girl-ness by Artoria's reality warping obsession."

Now, a shapeshifter would be able to avoid Artoria, if it was able to shift out of animal girl form before Artoria steals their powers, but seeing Artoria's power stealing functions upon sight, the best defense against Artoria's power stealing is "don't let Artoria punch you hard enough that it would kill you if she wasn't transforming the damage done into transformation magic isntead".
And things like that are just more fuel for Miyu's "Yeah, giving up on power ups. Never gonna breach that one."
@Inner Demon After this battle though, I've already reached my character per battle limit, and Miyu still counts, useless as she is, and not actually really on Team Angel as she is.

And the only situation I can come up with for Zak needing Miyu is..

Henry: Alright, I'm going to stop you from getting the nebulous treasure, because I want all the things.

Zak: Darn. I don't suppose you'd like to look in that direction?

Miyu: Hey Heeeenry...

Henry: GRRRRRRRRR....

Zak: *bops henry while he's distracted*

But, Henry's already established Miyu's a side goal now, actual power always comes first.
@TheWindel Actually, if Zak follows up on his earlier conversation and drags Miyu into the Harley plotline, that would be a way to get Miyu back in the game.
@Inner Demon She would, but Miyu has participated in three battles so far, and is pretty sure that if there are any answers on these battlefields, the faction leaders aren't actually going to want her to figure them out.

Also, who gave Hohenheim her powers? SCIENCE!.

Who built Eos is a fun question. And whether or not the sun goddess heart was a willing or forced participant.
