Terrifying creatures and whatnot aside, I really need to start working up on Vecatrius' Chosen.
So far, I have planned as the first post the eldest Chosen being executed for speaking blasphemies against the Prophecies.
The Order of Hours (briefly mentioned) would preside over the execution as they sentence the Chosen to the harness.
Thus he would be rid of his free will as the machine fuses with his consciousness and he lives out the rest of his days as a puppet on strings.
But before doing so, he is allowed to have a final speech for the records, which he has chosen to tell his tale and with it the history of the triple cities.
All the while Vecatrius is viewing his Champion's ill-fortune. Though such is the price of being a Chosen, as his fate would be his own.

I mean Zeus goes around transforming into Geese to get it on with mortal ladies.
Hera is plotting vengeance on Zeus, all the while somehow watching him getting it on with mortal ladies.
Poseidon is busy fighting ecoterrorists a-la aquaman (if not getting it on with mortal ladies in Athena's temple and making storms).
Hestia and Demeter don't really do anything too important, one evidently keeps the furnace on, the other grows plants and weeps over her daughter.
Bacchus is throwing a never ending rave party.
Ares and Aphrodite are getting it on, although everyone knows she's cheating on Hephaestus who could care less because he's an engineer, expect for that one time.
Apollo is off wooing women and men, then proceeding to turn them into flowers.
Artemis is off hunting wild beasts, and killing men for spying on her.
Hermes is the office boy getting the newspaper and coffee for everyone else.
Hades isn't invited to Olympus so he's sort of miffed, but he rules the dead, rich with minerals and married a trophy wife Persephone.
So what exactly are they doing up there again?

Vecatrius, looks pretty good, but the cornerstone of this roleplay is drawing power from your followers. That's your MAIN source of power. You can draw from other things, but mostly your power derives from your followers. That should be the driving force of your character. So, some alterations are necessary.Sorry for not getting to him sooner, I saw a WIP on him and never noticed getting anything from you telling me he was done.Also, apologies for being so slow lately. I'll work on drafting his Chosen later. I plan on having the Current Chosen die, and thus require a new Chosen to continue on.

Updated Esra's CS with her opinions of Tyrithe and Hurrian.Also, if Vecatrius gets accepted there'd s good chance of a solid amount of tension between him and Esra. Both utter tyrants with similar origins and similar natures of control, at least in terms of their mentality/overlap.

Both are the more Cosmic of Gods, controlling the fundamental abstracts.
There is bound to be tension between them, although perhaps both simply understand the other "allows" the other to pursue their own versions of reality?
