Hate that strange ennui that hits after 100%'ing a really, really good game. Good time was had, but man am I glad it can't mess my sleep schedule up anymore.

Final Fantasy: Stranger in Paradise is the funniest shit I've ever seen while also not being a bad game. Just crack open some cold ones with the boys, blare Limp Bizket, and Kill Chaos.

No words came from Torie on the way back; Only drool. His face remained the same, to the point where he'd actually put cotton wads into his mouth and hid his face in his helmet, periodically mumbling: "500,000..." By the time that they'd arrive at the guild hall, however, he'd actually composed himself a little, wiped the drool from his chin and entire face, and, actually managed to close his mouth! But he was still anticipating the money. He'd been so excited, in fact, the pain in his left arm had died down completely, helped by it being held in a sling made from a tablecloth. Hurts to not have money for medical insurance. Seeing Iggy being so exuberant after their ordeal, Torie couldn't help but smile beneath his helmet, and raising his right fist in the air as he shouted: "JUSTICE HAS PREVAILED! AND STUFF!"

You can block a bullet. (At least in this.) You can take a rocket. (At least in this) But when a fucking laser comes at you, unless you have a surface that can refract it in another way, your fucking organs just got seared beyond functionality, and your wounds are instantly cauterized. Lasers are where I draw the line.
