Current @SaltSight Game was Astlibra: Revision. Found it on sale bundled with another game I've been wanting so I gave it a shot and got like, straight indie JRPG of the early 2000s injected into my veins.

Final Fantasy: Stranger in Paradise is the funniest shit I've ever seen while also not being a bad game. Just crack open some cold ones with the boys, blare Limp Bizket, and Kill Chaos.

Wait, so are we all still going to be going to the same village?
-Writing for Cleo and Ela because Skryte said it was kay-

Elaine rubbed her ear after Curgau let go, even for a tiny fairy, Curgau must have been as strong as Pete, only she had the dreaded weapons of evolved sapiens: aposable thumbs. Curgau simply acted as if nothing happened and replied to Cleo with :"Oh my! It seems that he and Pete are both preparing for their little sparring sessions then...Pete was trying to fold a toilet paper roll into a spear on his horn...I swear, sometimes they do the oddest things to compete...what was it last time? Trying to fling one another as far as they could? I told Elaine to stop letting Pete watch those violent movies..." She glared in Ela's direction with a much more serious expression on her face, which caused Ela to quickly flinch back before saying: "D-Don't worry! I'll make sure Pete stops trying to build weapons out of our toilet paper...I-It's just so cute seeing him roll the cardboard up and-" Another glare from Curgau made Ela flinch again, except this time she swiftly withdrew a bit of the chocolate from the bag and gave it to Curgau once again. The tiny fairy, appeased with the offering of chocolate deliciousness, slowly nodded and softly said: "Well, so long as you've learned your lesson, it's fine. Now, with Ela's manners settled, let's go look at this 'space stuff'. I believe I saw an interesting looking exhibit...something about 'Dark Nebulas'."

With that, the tiny fairy flew ahead of the two as they walked, guiding them towards the exhibit...or at least where she thought it was. Vetra was still asleep inside of Cleo's bag, not even making a sound as she slumbered. Cleo eventually stopped as the confused fairy lapped the same exhibit for the 2nd time, saying: "You uh...both have no idea where it is do you?" Both Elaine and her fairy gave a slow, silent nod with their heads hung low at their own incompotence. Cleo sighed a bit as she started taking the lead, and within a minute they arrived at the Dark Nebula exhibit...Cleo seemed absolutely enthralled to look at it, because hey, space stuff is awesome. Ela on the other hand was a bit more confused as she read the description for the Space Stuff...something about blocking out stars...lots of space dust...and when it got down to the chemical composition she just stood there confused for a bit. She was just about to ask Elaine what the even is in the what, but there was a sudden absence of light, and the shrill cries of several scared girls ringing out. Elaine wasn't that scared though, after all, it wasn't like all visibility was lost, Curgau gave off a little faint glow as she moved, and Cleo was right next to her anyway. Cleo acted in a similar manner, though in a more joking statement, turned to Ela and said: "Dark Nebula Kita~"

Ah, thanks. That's a pretty old term. I'm still old enough to know it, just didn't immediately recognize the anagram.I LOVE tvtropes. Also, how is that a tvtrope? It refers to the old apple OS.EDIT: And yeah this is definitely a Heroic BSOD not a Despair Event Horizon. To clarify this is not total catatonia, but more like comatose. Sorry, mixing up terms. He just needs a good Get A Hold of Yourself, Man! of some kind.

Well, Itsuki is a licensed facepuncher...but he didn't really do it to get them out of the edge zone.
And his face punching days are sorta behind him.

In Itsuki's defense, THE MOON TURNED GREEN AND PEOPLE ARE COFFINS! And he lost his pretzel...Someday Itsuki will go back and fight that specific shadow blob-let to reclaim his lost pretzel.
Appearance:
Name: Tachibana Minnosuke (Megumi Sanage)

Age: 20

Class: Vagrant

Power(s): Iaijutsu: Amaya is well versed in the art of Iaijutsu, following the school of Suiō-ryū Kenpō. and as such takes a more defensive, reactionary stance when swordfighting than most. As such, she focuses on mobility in combat to surprise her enemies.

Tsuki Suru Uten: Amaya can use Kogame's Water magic to flick water off her blade with a slash, propelling it forward at high speeds. To make full use of this technique, she carries around a second sheath filled with water that remains plugged at all times, only placing her uchigatana inside when she needs to use Tsuki Suru Uten.

Furōto: Using Kogame, Amaya is able to walk on nearly any body of water as if it were solid ground, and as such is unable to sink or drown so long as Kogame is near her. In addition, Kogame can give her the ability to breath underwater, though only if she disables Furōto first. If Kogame is willing, the ability can also be used on others to give them water-walking as well.

Iyashino Haru: Kogame can use magic on water to form a barrier-like surface, capable of trapping projectiles or pushing something out of the way. She can also use this to extract toxic substances or poisons from someone's blood stream if used on a wound.

Weakness: Around extremely arid or dry environments, Kogame will be unable to lend Megumi her magic, and as such she will have nothing more than her sword to defend her. Megumi herself is rather inexperienced in sword play, and as such relies heavily on Kogame's magic. Also, Megumi is completely unable to perform water magic if Kogame is not nearby, though that is an extremely rare occurrence.

Background: Megumi was born into the Sanage family, which are known far and wide for their excellent silk clothing and tapestries, and was the 2nd child to the family, being born 3 years after her older brother, Minnosuke. She lived her life peacefully and in contentment, learning her family's practice proudly in order to carry on their legacy. Her brother was an aspiring swordsman, to the point where he was drafted into the military at the age of 19, going off to war to combat the demon forces that lay beyond the nearby border. Whenever he would return from leave of duty, he would teach Megumi a bit of swordplay, insisting that their father was too old to be entrusted to defend the home alone, and though the time they would spend together was short, she enjoyed at least seeing her older brother every now and again.

That short period of peace only lasted for 2 years, after a large scale raid conducted by demonic forces assaulted the town they resided in, her family was taken captive by some horrific spider demon. Her father had just barely managed to buy her enough time to escape, and so she ran. She ran as fast as she possibly could to escape the monstrosities, but after nearly an entire day of running, she collapsed and became defenseless. Just before she could be captured, she was saved by a a mysterious and baffling figure, a woman without legs, instead a snake tail stretched out for several yards from beneath her stomach. She saved her using an all-too familiar sword...Ekijō kinu, her family's sword and the one her brother had taken to war. The serpent woman introduced herself as Kogame, it seemed that she'd been an acquaintance of her brother, and wanted to fulfill his dying wish to make sure sister stayed safe. Despite Kogame's efforts, Megumi now had a goal: To free her family from that spider demon, reclaim her home, and avenge her brother's death. At the behest of Kogame, she disguised herself as a man and took on her brother's last name to throw off any who would pursue her beyond the border.

Fun Fact: Kogame takes the form of a small, purple snake, however she can grow in accordance to how much water is around her, as such, she can grow to extreme sizes near large bodies of water. She can assume a nearly human form, though she rarely does this due to the ease of just moving around as a snake.
Kaldis was just about to fall asleep on the bar with his cheek placed on the cool wooden top, until he felt an all too familiar smack on the back of his head. He held his right hand over the slightly aching area as he nodded rapidly to her words, it didn't hurt that much, but it still hurt more than just a light smack should. He pondered if he was jut weak, or she was just ridiculously strong for a moment until he heard the 2nd most familiar face in the guild: Orin. He was a bit scared of Orin, being completely honest, he was a fairly sizable man with freakin' shackles on after all. He was more than a bit surprised when Orin was actually asking him to go on a job with him...he always figured that he liked to do things alone. Despite how surprised he was, he was about to say no until he heard that Orin was taking along the guild members with the least confidence, he felt a little bit unnerved even if he was only going to be around a few people...but he gave himself a mental slap across the face before mentally repeating: "You can't hide from people forever."

His courage now....actually there, he rose from the bar stool and raised his head high before saying: "Y-Yeah, I'll go. I promise I won't slow you down!" He wanted to say something a bit less pathetic, but that was all he could think of with the itching desire to finish the door still scratching at the back of his mind. When another guild mate...Jynmi he recalled, spoke up, or at least he thought the voice was coming from Jynmi...He finally noticed his little doll was freaking talking...not knowing how long he'd somehow managed to ignore something so bizarre, he decided that upsetting any member of their little party, no matter how...odd would do him any good. Instead he ordered a cup of apple cider and downed the entire glass in a matter of seconds.
Gaddangit, I really wish I could post but I'm constrained for time atm. I'l try to get something up later today.
