I'm just your average New Yorker. A guy who thinks he can do more than he ought.

I'm sort of blanking on French names at the moment. You could also do a google search if you could find the right key words, perhaps a website of some distinction.
Would someone like to help give my ambiguously biracial character a surname? Because lord knows I'm horrible at that kind of crap.

We'd need a country of origin if it were to mean anything.
I ought to have a character sheet up sometime tonight, after the backstory portion decides to stop kicking my ass.

Understood. I'm always around to bounce ideas off of.

EDIT: Both Wes and Hata'i are in the cast section. Obviously, @Peik, feel free to post at any time.
Mine is ready. How do I send it to you so you can check it? I am new here :)

Yes, you can post it to this tab, or you can open my profile by clicking on my name. On the right side of the profile you will see a blue button which will start a private conversation. You can send it privately that way if you wish.

Hmmm... would a sophisticated knowledge of the occult be able to translate into any sort of practical talent?

What I'm asking is, would a scholarly character with some sort of ability to perform rituals be an option?

Yes, something like that seems possible. We would need to work out the specifics before hand. Message me if you wish.
I'll have my CS post up very soon!

Good to hear.
I loike the intro, and I'll probably get something up within' a few days. It'd probably be better to wait till others have their characters up and running before I barge in.

Agreed.
I'll be leaving this roleplay, unfoRtunately, even though I've made a character. Our previous conversations have had me reconsidering the extent of my role as a participant here, nonetheless it has been eventful and I bid thee faRewell.

That's a shame. I wish you well on all your future endeavors.

You can post whenever you see fit @SirBeowulf

OK. What exactly am I limited to in terms of profession? Do I have to be a regular lower class or could I be like some sort of agent working for the catholic church? Sorry about all the questions.

Anything within reason. Being a prince would probably be unrealistic for this adventure, and a beggar might not have the required skill set. Go with your heart.
Great :) ... so now what do I do? :p

Well, I suppose you could think of what kind of character you'd like to make. Do some research on a possible birthplace, the history of the character, why they'd be in Sintra at this time. You can find the Character Sheet (aka CS) in the first post of this page. On the IC tab you'll find the introduction to the story. Once you've completed the CS you can either post it here or PM it to me. Once I accept it you can move it over to the character tab.
I am defiantly interested. Just bear in mind I am completely new to post by post Role-playing and therefore you may have to correct me if I do something wrong.

I'm used to that. And I don't really mind.
