Mimi is highly excitable, and she loves to make a song out of anything she can think of, especially when there is a crowd. She states the obvious all the time, and does whatever she can to cheer the mood up. Mimi wanted to be the best there was, wanting to sing and become famous, wanting everyone to know her name. That was her dream. To keep that dream alive, she constantly sang to every new person she met, just so they could hear what heaven sounds like.

She is a convicted murderer, killing several police, animals and innocent. She was placed on the top priority list, although, she kept escaping by using her powers. How did she become like this, you ask? Her parents tortured her, taught her to never trust anyone. They told her that to survive this world, she would have to be mean. Her parents were physically unstable, and it had an impact on her. She became just like her parents, a convicted murderer, a psycho path. She never cared for her parents, why should she? They made her life hell, well, now, she can share those feelings, and turn it into power!
