The Elemental King: All Hope Lost!

To my old master,
By the time you read this, I will be long dead. When the sun rises, the tyrant king will invade my city. I believed in you, master. You gave me a shimmer of hope as you spoke the prophecy. Well now I wish I didn't. You were wrong, the prophecy is wrong. The children of destiny are never coming, we are alone in this world, and we have no choice but to suffer.

The Prophecy
Was never wrong!

When all hope is lost, eight children of destiny will be born under the elemental gods. Protected and hidden within the magically enchanted places of old. When the destined children intertwine, the tyrant king will fall. The ancient places of old. Said to be hidden and protected by magic. Only those destined allowed to pass through.

Hidden in the Skies. (Island in the skies)
Buried within the Inferno Ground (Underground Volcano)
Lost in the Ocean Bottom (Atlantis)
Mountains all Around. (Some sort of mountain area, maybe mountain village)
Hidden Within Thor's Rod. (Lightning Tower in power plant maybe)
Safe upon the Hands of God (Some sort of hidden church)
Living within the Dead. (Graveyard)
Trapped within a Pit. (Mine)

When all hope is lost, the children of destiny will rise, and the tyrant's tyranny will end.

The wendigo ran at Rika as fast as it could but as it did the barrage of attacks hit, the wendigo went flying back and that was when Rika sent one final attack, sending a large fire blast at the wendigo which killed it. He smiled softly and sat himself down. After about a minute a spirit came.

"Hey Rika, I was sent by Isabella. Everyone is leaving the maze now. Take a right turn here, go straight on and take a left and the exit is straight on. Go back to the academy."

With that the spirit left. Rika got himself up and then turned to the other two.

"Come on, let's go. Don't worry we can trust the spirit."

He smiled before following the directions of the spirit and soon enough everyone was out. He sighed, it was good to be out of that maze finally. Meanwhile, the spirit followed Leval until he reached the academy, as soon as they did the spirit returned to Isabella and told her the directions it was then that Isabella began to head to the Academy. After a few minutes walk she returned. For now she waited in the grand hall to see what was happening.

Arken saw Leval come in soon after, as he explained the situation he gave a few nods. He stood up and clicked his fingers, suddenly Leval and Kong would find themselves in the Grand Hall. He then clicked his fingers again and every student who was not at the grand hall was summoned. However, those who had been captured would not return. He looked around at everyone and then spoke quickly.

"Ok everyone. For those who do not know the current situation, several students have been captured by a masked man when going through the nearby maze. The masked man has taken Shela, Ceres, Argentina, and considering Irvine isn't here it would be a good guess to say he has been captured too. There will be a few room changes until the students return. Rika, you'll stay with Leval for the night. Keith, you'll be staying with Cyber for the night. Tomorrow, the training session is cancelled. Five new students will also be joining us. Isabella, you'll be on your own tonight, Room 251. The key and map will be in your pocket. Everyone, I have put your time table for tomorrow in your rooms, including yours now Isabella. Now, everyone head straight to bed, I will investigate the maze and tell you if I find anything tomorrow. If there is no new information the training session may continue, however if we find the mask man it shall not. The reason for this is because we still need to train and become stronger. That is all."

With that, Arken teleported to the maze. He stared at it as he gave a soft sigh.

"Is it really you? Have you finally returned? If it is you, then why?"

He slowly entered the maze to investigate it.

@Ojo chan 42 Basically, Rika defeated the demon, he then went to help Leval free the white, multi tailed kitsune. Once she was free she told Leval and Rika who was on the island. Leval explained to Rika everything that has happened and using the information he figured out Argentina has been captured. I don't know if he knows if Ceres is gone yet.

Anyway, after that Isabella began to guide Leval and Rika, so they could go to the others to meet up. Eventually, she told Leval and Kong to go to Arken which Kong has, but Leval hasn't done yet. when Isabella was finally done, she led Kai, Senina, Zephroth and Yoshihiro out the maze. Rika is still fighting with Red and Keith but once they are done Isabella wil tell them how to get out.

The masked man has now captured Irvine and collared him. He has lied to Shela telling her that Irvine killed her, but she still refused to tell him where the academy was, as did Argentina. So he killed Shela in front of Argentina and shocked Argentina to near death.

The masked man laughed before clicking his fingers, suddenly, goul and extremely dirty water appeared in front of her. He then spoke to her once more.

"Very well, then."

He then shocked her again until she was on the verge of passing out. She would be very weak and confused. She would also have a very strong migraine. After that he walked up to Shela and clicked his fingers. The wall turned into glass, allowing Argentina to see Shela, then he revived Shela.

"I'll try again, where is the Academy."

Shela shook her head, refusing to tell him once again.

"I won't tell you. You can't make me. I am a nobody."

The masked man agreed and then laughed a little. She couldn't see Irvine or Ceres from where she was. So she had no idea that they were still here.

"You are nobody! Ceres is caged like the dog she is, and another student of yours, Irvine, he decided to kill you. You see, even your fellow students don't care about you."

He laughed knowing Shela couldn't hear Argentina even if she tried to tell her otherwise, of course Argentina could hear everything. She looked up to him and spoke again.

"I am nobody, I am just one person. If I died, it wouldn't make a difference. Everyone would forget about me and live on."

The masked man nodded to her, continuing to laugh.

"Yes, exactly but I can give you what you always wanted. I can make you strong. Make an impression, be who you always wanted to be."

Shela shook her head more, not saying a word. The masked man sighed before shooting a limb off. She screamed loudly, then he shot another, and another until she died of blood loss. With that, he clicked her fingers and she came back to life.

"Now, relive the pain until you change your mind."

He clicked her fingers and suddenly felt the pain of all her limbs being shot off, screaming loudly as she did. He laughed evilly and slowly walked away.

The worms burrowed under ground, each one covered in hard ice, one quickly came up and as it did, Isabella tranformed to her Kitsune form and then held the worm in place, holding it's soul. She then had the soul of a elephant appear, making it into a physical form and used it so destroy the ice. Now completely defenceless she used her nail manipulation and stabbed it right in the heart. The worm fell to the floor and died.

"That's one dead."

Just as she said that the worms combined into one, and burrowed away. Going back to the masked man knowing it could not win this fight with so many here. Isabella sighed and shook her head gently.

"Damn, we scared it away. Let's head back to the Academy. I don't know where it is however, I can take you to the end of the maze and then you can lead me. Leval should be there soon to explain the whole situation to Arken."

She nodded and then walked off, leading everyone else out the Maze. She would send Rika and his team when they were done the location of their nearest exit. After a few minutes of walking, Isabella and everyone else reached the exit of the maze. She nodded to Kai, Senina, Yoshihiro and Zephroth before looking back to the front waiting to be led.

The masked man noticed his attempt to cry out for help, then noticed him stalling. He was not stupid, and clicked his fingers and electrocuted him, he then opened the door where Shela was at and shot her in the head with a small magic blast, killing her instantly.

"Because, I can just bring her back just to kill her again. Haven't you heard of torture? Well, you're about to find out, dear child. Next time, you will learn not to stall and do as I ask immediately without question."

He continued to shock Irvine until he passed out. In which he would throw him in a cell next to Argentina. He smiled, before looking over to her. He walked up for a moment and stared her in the eyes.

"Do you like your friends? Then you better answer my questions, because if you don't I'll torture every last one until they die, then I'll torture them again but, if you answer me honestly, I may consider releasing you all. Now, where is the academy located?"

He stared at her seriously, ready to shock her if she didn't answer honestly.

@EurmalEye The wizard screamed loudly, then fell to the ground and died. Once it had another spirit of Isabella's appeared. It spoke to them quickly so they could all get a move on.

"I am a spirit of Isabella. She has gone over to aid Kai and Senina. Rika is handling the Wendigo who's fighting Red and Keith. So return to Arken immediately and inform everything that you know that has happened here. The exit from here is towards the right, the north from there, take a left turn then north again. That will take you out. Don't worry about showing Isabella the way, I shall follow you there and then return to her to let her know where the Academy is so she can meet you there."

With that, the spirit waited. Yoruichi stared at it for a moment before looking over to Leval. She wasn't sure who Isabella was and honestly wasn't sure if this spirit or her could be trusted.

"Do you know this Isabella? Can this spirit or this Isabella be trusted?"

Kuro stepped up slowly and stood beside Leval, he panted softly, he was out of magic power, and so could not heal himself. He needed to get back to the Academy so he could rest.

"I don't know, but we need to get back to the academy quickly whenever we can."

He looked over to Leval before looking towards Yoruichi to wait to see what their final decision would be.

@EurmalEye When Cinder had finished, Isabella smiled brightly. She decided it was best to go to Kai and Senina. She was just about to go when she stopped for a moment, she turned towards Kong and spoke to him quickly.

"Kong, go north from here, then take a left turn, got north again then a left and a right then north again. This will take you to the exit of the maze. Once outside, head still to Arken and the academy, tell him what's happened here. Cinder, go find Leval and return to him. Once there, heal Kuro, he'll need it."

She nodded and then transformed into her fox form. With that, she ran quickly towards the Kai and Senina. Once there she stopped for a moment and smiled. She looked to Yoshihiro who would be there by now and then to Kai and Senina.

"The thing you're fighting, it's underground right? It also multiplies, has got ice and energy manipulation. Yes, I know this creature well. I fought against it a long time ago. Follow my lead."

With that she got herself ready to fight, waiting for the creature to pop up again, well, creatures at this point.

@EurmalEye Kuro nodded to Leval and Yoruichi smiled, happy to see him. When he quickly acted, Kuro got in position, charging up another powerful spell. The wizard screamed, seeing Kuro starting to charge, it teleported towards him, and as predicted, behind him, just as it did Kuro span around and fired, sending it flying, then Yoruichi shot a moderately powerful magic blast from behind it, crushing it in between two spells. The wizzard screamed and teleported towards Leval to try and attack him, now weakened considerably.
