you honestly didn't know that?

-_- its basically the idealogy that they items only react when applied with energy so yea they are basically evolution stones but they need a extra kick up the ass to work

XD, it's because the ooc expands so quickly it would be best to have the lists in one place to avoid filtering throughout the ooc.

Dragon rage doesn't need to be Not very effective,

its set 40 damage Regardless (but then theirs the fact it only has a 80% chance to hit due to hustle)
