Full Name: Ignoire Lilly Nosfera (However she prefers to just be called Ignia)

Personality:
Ignia is a person whom appears to have a bipolarity disorder at a glance. her personality quickly shifting between happiness and anger. Yet that is usually a ruse to make her feel more secure with herself if the person doesn't know what she truly feels. She finds it hard to trust people with her emotions but she can open up with enough prompt and a little dedication from a person.

Ignia is also a MEGA pervert and is the reason for Vincent's perverted tendencies, due to the time they spent together in their youth (true perverts start young she says). men, women, Ignia likes to pervert on both sometimes with a camera if she hates the person. When she is confronted she freely admits it with a smile from ear to ear because its fun to do so. She is also not above using those pictures she got from her pervert Ventures as bargaining chips however she rarely does so. Furthermore she doesn't wear dress's to avoid the inconvenient view that must perverts worship. "The hunter must never become the hunted" she says.

While She has given some personality traits to Vincent he has also had a influence on her personality as well. She has his increased aggression during a duel (though hers triggers upon the destruction of her cards.), which of course causes her to be more merciless as it drags on. At the end of the day though She is a nice girl whom knows the value of people is that which is inside.

History:
Childhood is something that can influence a child, people are influenced by their friends all the time and sometime their and their friends can be changed a little due to the time spent together. Vincent and Ignia spent a lot of time together as best friends even though Vincent was a very aggressive child his personality seemed to mellow a little more with her, and as a result she grew a little more aggressive and reckless. You could almost see the pair as almost as close as siblings, playing card games on the front porch their scores mostly tied though Vincent was a little ahead.

Shame life isn't always fair and Ignia moved away and while Vincent was having his own Issue's, Ignia was having a few as well, like making friends though she still managed to get a select few and in a school for the highly academic being able to play a game that was mostly banned at the school for being unable to grant a student a proper intellect, you could imagine her excitement when she got the chance to apply for the duel tower. Anything was better then not being able to play a game that had brought her many memories.

Her favourite card would of been Barrel dragon but it is slowly changing to the Charmer archetype.

Vincent Gulfus

Vincent had been stretching in the sand his mind drifting in and out of new ideas every few moments as he worked to get his muscles working again. One could get cramps after a duel and it was best to work them off. Despite the sun petering down in the desert Vincent felt good after winning a few times today and nothing was going to keep his spirits down after the duel he had been in. Then he noticed the person whom he had begun to look up to making her way over and somewhere inside of his brain the panic button was pressed and he just stood their silently taking in the information.

She complemented his duelling which was rare, he thought she disliked those in a lower dorm then her. Weird. Though he wasn't going to protest as it felt good to be praised every once in a while by someone. Specially by someone whom for all intensive purposes was deemed to be 'better' then he was at the game. Well the blue haired one didn't finish her exposit there oh no she continued much to Vincent's internal interest. When she asked his name his mumbled "yes" before waiting for her to continue further and then she said something that threw him for a loop a little. "Keep duelling like that. If you do, I'd love to face you some day." She even smiled when she said it most of him believed it to be genuine but somewhere inside he had doubts if she wasn't exaggerating but no matter really he would actually enjoy fighting her in the future if he could. Then she left him much to Vincent's interior sadness. However he watched her walk back inside the action duelling arena and decided to follow. His mind racing with the possibility of duelling her, part of him thinking how fun it would be to fight, the other how fun it would be to crush them utterly.

Vincent re-entered the arena and saw Ethel talking to a guy, when he was about to say something in response but seeing the new person he quick retreat backwards and ducked behind a wall slipping in the process and letting out a large cry of pain as he slipped and landed on his side. Perhaps he had moved too quickly in his effort to stay hidden, perhaps he shouldn't of moved sideways at a perpendicular angle or perhaps maybe he had completely used up his good luck for the day. Either way he was on the ground and he quickly made it his priority to get back onto his fee. It wouldn't do him any good if someone saw that clumsy move.

As the action duel began in the background Vincent scurried back to his feet and revealed himself from behind the corner. "Why hello there" he said as he began dusting himself off. Making sure nothing was broken and he hadn't lost any of his cards. With a slight grin on his face which portrayed most of his inner thoughts of being a good person. he looked at them both and continued. "Is there any chance I could join in on this little gathering?" Vincent questioned. His eyes looking at them not with harsh coldness but with interest. He hoped he hadn't interrupt them that much.

Well my post for Vincent is nearly done now just wondering how many OTK's BLS Envoy of Bullshit could preform.

Oh you have 2 2000 ATK monsters? I attack them both! Then swing in my other monster(s) Oh you have a 2000 ATK monster or less ATK destroyed and now your head is mine! Oh you scape goated? they are all gone! extremely quickly, Oh you have a army of defensive fodder. Dead dead dead dead and did I mention dead? Oh you just summoned your overload dragon/boss monster, Banished

This is going to be a fun card...

Also Thunder king Rai-Oh. Oh you want to draw like a douche? too bad Oh you want to special summon your boss monster because your so extra deck focused too bad. oh you want to summon gale the whirlwind and be a dick. Too bad! You want to summon Beelze? don't know why you would wanna do that with Chaos Sorceror and BLS-EOTB but okay Negated! You want to overlay like a madman? Negated!

I wonder if Vincent should follow Ethel and then hide behind a corner when he notices her talking to Andre probably to not interrupt the conversation. The guy wants friends so he probably would follow Ethel after what she said but he also doesn't intentionally be a dick (except in a duel but that is kinda different.)

how would I feasibly tune that through if most of my decks monsters are 4 and up

though Since I am probably gonna add Gateway because that Effect is real. I could tune plague with it into beelze into gg. hm... Or chaos sorceror since thats level 6 hmmm
