Personality:
On first appearance the obvious thing that comes to mind when observing how Liliana talks and acts is describing her as a bitch. She likes to believe her opinions hold more merit then others due to how long she spends researching the arcane arts and her knowledge from reading maps and the like and never really sleeping in the process. She know that shes the best. All those other people, they should bend under her heel. She should be the guild master but she needs a paycheck so she wouldn't dare so that in front of person actually calling the shots. So safe to say shes only going to bite her tongue if it affects her direly otherwise she'll let it run wilder then a Minotaur on chastity.
When you delve deeper you notice that... wait nope shes still a complete bitch even to those she calls friend however you'll notice slight changes like she'll tolerate you more so then most. She'll even begrudgingly let you come over and help her. You just have to be persistent.
If her soul was somehow able to return to her body however, the coldness and bitchness is almost instantly lost. The result is a very timid. Very insecure girl that just wants to be the best in everything she can be. This is her true personality. The one she hides. If rendered in this state the first thing is going to do is attempt to create another Phylactery. As she finds it extremely scary to talk to people like this. As it causes them to feel SYMPATHY. Sympathy for her? Disgraceful she has to remain the strongest person there. In order to let people aspire like she does.

So your wondering how I died? Well that simple. A spell I made exploded in my face It was a simple incantation really. I was just trying to cast a ton of ice shots in order to make a massive barrage but it didn't go as planned. It just blew up in my face. I was just trying to impress the other people at the magus academy and it didn't go as planned. At that point I lost all faith in humanity for casting me out because I was wierd and shy and stuff. Well those douches are missing out. Unlife was the greatest thing that ever happened to me. It was a hasty decision on my part but I have no regrets. It taught me that being dead is probably much better then being alive. So to my surprise I was surprised when I was kicked out of the school for telling all the other girls to kill themselves. Was that really necessary? Guess the school didn't like Lichs after all. So I retreated to my home and stuff. Started doing a buncha magical research by myself and managed to make friends with a real nice Will-o-wisp called Willow. Strange name right? Right? Anywho here I was making magics and things and generally researching the arcane arts when suddenly...
Boom! right in front of me I notice that someone was advertising for a guild as if giving out a invitation to a Lich was funny enough. I was foolish enough to take it. I was all happy that someone finally recognised my talents that I spent all night creating potions to try and maintain a more lifelike appearance so as to put on my best show peersay. Plus I doubted the living really gave a danm about the dead....
So yea. Tomorrow I am gonna join this guild with this Bart guy or something. Probably gonna show all the newcomers who the real magus is. Liliana Out~!

This skill can be used to do as the name suggests and ressurect the deceased as zombies or skeletons depending on if the bodies used are fresh or not. Those resurrected are only rendered temporaily mindless til they complete the lichs bidding at which they either return to the earth or if their will to live is great. They become monsters.
With an intimidating name like Soul Control, you expect this to be a super duper powerful mind control spell don't you? no its not like that at all, all it allows one to do is effectively move someones ligaments via forcing kinetic force. Basically a way to force people to let go of objects or flail their arms widely, she can't exactly do this on more then one individual at a time however but it is extremely effective against ghost type monsters.
Her creme de la creme of magic. Her favourite choice of spell for literally anything. It effectively involves making a finger gun and with the unnecessary audible sound of pew that she likes to add. It fires a bullet of concentrated energy. This bullet causes no real damage to anything. Phasing through armour and walls. But when it contacts with another item with a soul It causes immense damage by overloading that portion of the soul with energy. Leading to the soul literally tearing at itself to remove the tumour of magical energy. This can sometimes lead to irreversible damage as if she had fired a real gun. It could also lead to no damage at all if the person she was firing at was drained of most of their magic. At which point it would function as a stimulant boosting back up the recipients magic.
She can fire this shot from long ranges as long as she has sight of the person she is firing for.

The process of moving souls from one object into another. Sadly she hasn't exactly mastered this art due to spending her time studying other things. But it is the main reason why she is capable of transferring her soul from her body to the phylactery.
A magic that while sounding like it uses the entire emotional spectrum doesn't really do that. It instead is used to bombard the victim with maddening thoughts in an attempt to drive them to madness and cause them to submit. Sadly against Monsters this is very ineffective because must of them are already consumed with a type of madness to find a lover.
Her 'Ultimate Magic'imagine soul shot, which she already has mastery over ramped up to the 11th degree, creating a widespread amount of rapid fire long ranged artillery fire of destruction that while not leaving a single trace on the environment leaves an enemy devastated and destroyed. Afterwards she needs to rest if you can call her being unconscious rest.

As a Lich, She is capable of producing a Phylactery in order to seperate her body from her soul in order to maintain the utmost clarity of being, it also results in her becoming her usual confident bitch self that she likes being. As such she always keep her soul contained in a phylactery, which takes about 30 minutes to produce if the original is broken in some form.
This magic allows her to create snow clouds just above her head. To create pretty little snowflakes or if shes really annoyed. Hailstones above someone else head. It was a magic which she had mastered in life as a budding little Ice Mage. Until her accident...

The prototype magic to Soul Shot, It effectively functions the same way but instead of an energy bullet it is a shard of Ice. Sadly unlike Soul shot due to the Ice having Mass it is not as effective for long range distances and as such is only really used for her having to interact with the physical world. Such as needed to do the equivalent of throwing something hard at something.
