Today's the first time in a long time that I've felt empty. Not even sad or tired, just empty. This quarantine is getting to me more than I thought.

@Vongola_Hasayo Sure, though can I keep the speed for Sun Chariot the same and limit it by having a cool down time instead? Say 30 seconds between each jump?
@Wick At this point, he can be pretty much anywhere, since I didn't actually give him a specific location.
Long flowing white hair and fairly short, standing a bit above 5ft. Here eyes are a dull gray, and she is often mistaken to be blind. Her skin is pale white.

Personal Information

Personality::
Silent and introverted, Phoebe does not care for the company of people and it shows in her attitude. She is indifferent to most all things, and generally never really seems to care. Though she does not talk much, when she does, she is straight, to the point and painfully blunt, stating her opinion regardless of what other people might think or feel, so she often comes of as rude or condescending. She never displays extreme emotion and does not react around others who do. Even with her life and the life of others threatened, she does not so much as break into a sweat.

She generally avoids fights, and seems to take no enjoyment in getting into battles, as a result, there are rumors that she does not actually deserve her spot as an S-class mages, and that it was given to her out of pity, favoritism, or some other base reason.

One thing she does seem to react to are demons. Though her demeanor does not change, she becomes sharper and more animated when they are mentioned, hinting the hate she feels beneath.

History:
Phoebe was a prodigious mage, born from two prominent researches. She could grasp theories quicker than most adults could, and sometimes would actively participate in the research done by her parents. However, it could be said that she was too prodigious. She had intelligence, but none of the wisdom, and none of the temperance that her adult peers had. It made her rash, impatient, and arrogant. It made her question her parents methods, and irritated with the "sluggishness" of their research. It made her experiment behind their back, eager to show them that her methods were more practical.

Ultimately, it made her into an orphan.

Phoebe dove too deep into her research without proper preparation. By complete accident, she had summoned a demon that she thought she had under control. She wanted to use this demon to study the nature of God Slayer and other lost magics. Upon its summoning, Phoebe established a contract that granted her complete immunity from the demon, making it so that it was unable to harm her, whether directly or indirectly, though the contract worked both ways, she benefited more due to the knowledge she gained and the fact that she was the weaker of the two. Soon, however, she found out that the demon was not under her control. Though it aided her, as per their contract, it slowly but surely began killing other members of her parents research team to feed its strength. The contract never specified what would happen to those not involved, after all. At first she was unaware of what was causing these deaths, as she was sure of the leash she had on the demon, not to mention she kept a close eye on it at all times.

What she did not know was that the demon had a natural affinity for the darkness. It could kill silently and unnoticed, all the while appearing to not have moved. When Phoebe slept, its shadow traveled away from its body to act as assassin and reaper, gaining the souls of ever person it killed to feed its strength.

Once she found out, she tried to put a stop to it, but soon found that the demon had become too strong for her to banish. Its power unleashed, it razed the town she lived in to the ground, and killed everything in it, except her, due to the contract they held. Included among the dead were her parents.

Alone with nothing but her damnable research, Phoebe swore revenge. She pored countless hours into her research for ways to combat the darkness-aligned demon, and after four years, tracked down and faced the demon. Upon breaking their contract, the two could now face off against each other. In a brutal war of attrition that lasted two days and nights, Phoebe finally won. The victory was hollow, however, for upon defeating the demon, she realized that her research had paid off, and gifted her with an absolutely unique and powerful magic.

And all it cost was her parents, and everyone she loved.

Her appearance at the door of Harpy's Wing was mere coincidence. The broken light mage fell there in a daze after wandering for a week with out food or water.

To this day, nobody is really sure what she wants anymore. She rarely hangs around other guild members, preferring to stay inside her room all day, or be outside. Nobody's even sure when she takes jobs.

Magic

Magic Name:
Light Dominion Magic

Description:
Countless years of research and blood has yielded a to Dianne a light magic that is entirely her own. The first of its kind, Light Dominion Magic does not actually use mana to conjure light to be used, but rather, uses mana to manipulate existing light. In other words, her magic acts as finely tuned mirrors and magnifying glasses. The greatest aspect of this magic, however, is the fact that using actual light means her spells travel much quicker than other light-based magics, making avoiding her spells an absolute nightmare. When used to its absolute limit, Light Dominion Magic can actually divert light faster than it can travel, and as a result completely darken the atmosphere around the area it's being used in. Unlike most mages, Phoebe does not require the use of her hands for most spells, which is why she's earned the nickname "Untouchable Queen", due to her preferred method of fighting to just stand still and rain spells on her opponent as they blindly stumble towards her. She can even manipulate artificial light, and convert it to real light that she can use.

Known Spells:
Light Queens Canopy - In the canopy, light in an area of effect can be manipulated, and as a result, she can bend the image that light creates on persons eyes, causing her to look invisible, or to reverse the directions, or even cause nausea by messing with a person's sense of perception.

Javelin of Light - Her main offensive spell. The Javelin of light is a concentrated beam that travels quickly and silently, with terrifying piercing power. Objects too close to the Javelin may be set on fire due to the heat. Phoebe also has the ability to tag people with a magic seal. Said seal then becomes a homing beacon for the Javelin to close in on. She can launch it one after the other or in a barrage to fit her needs.

Sola Barrier - A barrier made of light that takes the concept of "offense is the best defense" to the extreme. Phoebe creates a wall of rebounding light around her that evaporates whatever it comes into contact with. She can increase the range of the barrier for offensive use, though doing that exponentially decreases its power.

Hyperion Buster - Her most powerful attack. Hyperion Buster rebounds light against each other, and compresses it all into one spot so quickly and tightly that the area around her darkens completely, except for where Hyperion buster is. It is then launched towards her opponent. Hyperion Buster ignores all kinds of physical resistance, as the light passes directly through it instead, melting objects from the inside. However, this spell has two major flaws: one is that it can only be used if there is a sufficient amount of light out - most of the time, this means high noon. Its second flaw is that after using it, the void of darkness it creates severely weakens the strength of her spells for a brief period of time.

Sun Chariot - the spell that got her into S-rank, contrary to popular opinion. It is not even a spell designed for combat, but rather a spell meant for transportation, though that does not mean it doesn't have combat capabilities. Sun Chariot converts her entire body to light and transports her in the direction she chooses. Moving at the speed of light practically guarantees that no one can keep up with her if she wanted to run. This spell does have flaws, in that Phoebe cannot travel where she does not have vision. This can be remedied with sight lacrima, however. There is a half a minute cool down time between each use of the spell.

Other

Relatives:
None, most are deceased, while she could care less about those still living.

Possessions:
Several lacrima filled with magical light, and some meant for sight and kept in a small satchel, a lot of books, most of which she keeps in her room, and a pendant that she never takes off. Asides from that, not much.

@Vongola_Hasayo Oh, damn. I wanted an S-class on Harpy's Wing. Is it too late? xD
@banjoanjo Is that a good thing or a bad thing :D
The girl in azure sighed. That was one problem out of the way. Now time to deal with this one. She bent her knees and her hands touched the ground, ready to fight for her life. She only hoped that those girls got away safely. With a fierce yell, she charged towards the shadow in front of her.

In the distance, the sounds of her fight echoed tremendously. A suddenly flash of blue light caused a massive explosion that rocked the ground even from afar.

The girls had been moving for a few minutes, and so far, nothing had happened. It was as if all the excitement and terror earlier had been nothing but a very blur, a false memory created from nothing. Yet the twisted background remained as testament that you were not imagining things. This experience was very, very real. Worse still, the blood from Shakti's wound did not ease up, and was steadily trickling down her sides. Already, her skin had become paler as she lost more and more blood, and it would soon reach the point where it would be difficult for her to retain full consciousness.

More time passed still, and so far, there were no other persons in sight. All that surrounded them were decaying brown hills and more of the black, twisted trees. Just when the silence had stretched into a quarter hour a chorus of moans echoed through the air. From behind the hills sailed a group of five shadows, much like the ones before. Only there was a kind of frenzy in their wails that was not present in the voices of those that came earlier; these shades sounded so much more desperate, starving even. And the they came after the one that came into their sights first: Winnie

The ambush came swiftly, as they dove straight towards Winnie, scrambling over each other to reach her first. So quick was their strike that there was scarce any time to react to it, and as a result, one of the shades tore off a large chunk of her torso; a fatal wound that promised a quick and painful death. The shades flew over her, fighting and tearing each other to pieces over Winnie's ruptured flesh, and as the argument grew heated, the body of one of the shades fell down in front of her, landing on the ground with a wet squelch.

Suddenly, a panicked and distressed voice rang out in the minds of all the girls gathered: "If you want to live eat the remains of the shade in front of you! HURRY!"

The shades arguing over Winnie's meat had quickly divided it among them and devoured it, and now, with no meal at hand, they turned to the nearest source where they could get it. Their dark, faceless heads twisted unnaturally, facing her and the rest of the girls of the group.
I'm up for this, since my own FT RP has yet to gain any ground xD
FELIX STANDFIELD

“Here’s your mail, ma’am.”

With a polite nod, Felix received the payment for the delivery and walked back to his motorbike. Two-hundred and thirty-seven deliveries today. Not bad, though he probably could have done better if he hadn’t skipped lunch for a break in the arcade. Not to mention being hounded by police for speeding delayed him for a few seconds, though admittedly it was fun.

This being the last delivery for the day, Felix decided to retire to a nearby Starbucks for coffee, and of course, to leech off their WiFi. What else did people go to the café for, anyway? It certainly wasn’t their food, overpriced as it was. Though he did like their desserts. Maybe he should try working in one sometime, since working in delivery service had a lot more free time than he thought, even when he was working overtime.

As he sat down and waited for his order, Felix looked out the windows. People milling about, going through the tedium of daily life. It was so boring to watch. There was nothing wrong with normal, mind you, but he couldn’t find someone who enjoyed “normal” for what it was. It was always just something they had to do, a chore that they must drag themselves through first before they arrived at a “special” place. It was why he disdained people who took martial arts, workshops, and auditions, and treated that as if it were the only thing that mattered, the only thing they had to hold important. Felix snorted. This world was all in his head, which meant that everything was important. He knew for a fact that if ever this normal life was taken from them, they would love nothing more than to return to it.

And that was when it happened. The first thing he heard was a scream, and then the sound of several cars colliding with each other. Felix turned, and was met with the sight of “normal” being clubbed to death.

Several cars had collided with each other, with people in between them. People close to the accident scrambled away in panic, while bystanders approached, morbidly curious and worried at the same time.

He narrowed his eyes. Unaffected by the chaos, Felix looked beyond it, behind the windows of one of the cars. Unnoticed by the crowd, one of drivers was still alive. His head was bleeding, and his eyes were glazed over. If he had not been moving, Felix might have mistaken him for dead.

Also, he was currently biting the face off of the man seated next to him.

A concerned man rushed to the car, unable to see the gore occurring from the angle she was from, and Felix swore as he opened the door.

Jumping out of his seat, he rushed towards the man as fast as he could, and only got there in the nick of time. The cannibal–

”No, zombie,” he thought. Up close, Felix realized that he wasn’t wrong. The man in the car was dead. His breathing was off, his skin was pale gray from blood loss, and his guts were spilling from a large gash on his stomach.

Chambering a kick to the back of its head, the things eyes popped out of their sockets, and it fell to the ground twitching.
More screaming came from behind him, and suddenly, the crowd of bystanders behind him were quickly becoming a buffet. People were being bitten everywhere, and those that were not pinned down ran for their lives. Felix quickly did the math, and sighed. By tomorrow, the whole city would be infected, and in a month, half the country. This was the beginning of a B-rated horror movie.

Walking away from the chaos, Felix contemplated the apocalypse to come. He grinned. It seemed that “normal” was to die a very hard death indeed. Going inside a nearby DiY shop, he picked up the most worthy crowbar he could find, and despite the cashier being gone, dropped the payment on the register.

Soon enough, the money wouldn’t be important anyway.

Hopping on his motor, Felix sped away. Once he got home, he would pack his things and go exploring for a bit. How far would humanity go to preserve itself?

He wondered.

Gonna get a post up in a few hours, sorry for the delay :)
