*Glances up*
Did you account for this in your statistics?

I did, actually. Not that she'd join, but that she'd appear.

<Snipped quote by Disdain>

I still have no faith in the ability of the Codex to work together.

Exactly. Everything hinges on what happens from here.
<Snipped quote by Threads of Fate>

How long do we have to prepare?

That, I don't know. The longer we wait, the more Nyarlathotep will be able to conquer.
<Snipped quote by Threads of Fate>

In your judgement, what is the best course of action?

Personally, I'd go with the highest chance of success.
<Snipped quote by Threads of Fate>

I would predict that it cancels out in that case.

Correct.
<Snipped quote by Threads of Fate>

If you divide a problem into a series of smaller probabilities, can you change those?

Yes, but it becomes more taxing the more phenomenon I'm altering.
<Snipped quote by Threads of Fate>

Can you perform changes on as many factors as you'd like?

Again, it depends on the amount of change.
<Snipped quote by Threads of Fate>

What is the maximum you can change and up to how many times?

Depends on the thing being changed. It can be as much as a one-hundred percent change, but for a specific phenomenon, it tends to be about five alterations.
<Snipped quote by Threads of Fate>

How do you classify your limits?

That's a difficult question. I've found that the higher the percentage change, the more difficult it is, for example. Otherwise, it's hard to explain, I suppose.

Win what?

Control of Existence.
<Snipped quote by Threads of Fate>

Then we need to factor in the limits of that strength.

Right.

<Snipped quote by Threads of Fate>

What about a different win condition: convincing the Codex not to try and take over Existence? Are there higher chances of doing that?

That is infeasible. Nyarlathotep believes more strongly than anything else that she must win for the sake of all life.
<Snipped quote by Threads of Fate>

In other ways.

Hmm... Presumably, I could allow victory over lesser opponents that would otherwise be too much. I could help us avoid fights we don't want to fight as well. To be honest, I haven't much considered it, once I found out how dangerous a direct confrontation of the two would be.
