Yeah... I think they wrote the formula wrong, because I'm getting that a Pokemon's HP at level 5 would be 6... So I guess we'll never know the exact stats. Now, for attack results, let me handle that, kay? I won't take away from your creativity, but since I'll know at least the general trends of the stats, I'll give some input.

Timid HP, Def, SpA, SpD, Spe IV Larvesta,
A Hidden ability Male Meowstic, (can't get the IV's and the nature, but I got the IV's. Wanted Calm but Timid will work I guess.)
Eventually I'll need to work on a better Charmander, Amaura, Gibble... Maybe Poison Fang Tyrunt (Which I have, but the IV's are bad.) Might use the Raltz you gave me to make a 5 IV one.

Just a few things soul- no reason to have Pokeballs or healing items yet. I just realized the standard starting amount is 3000, not 300, and normally I wouldn't mention a single digit, but I did just say, even if it was in error. Also, "Earth"? That whole section seems odd. Does he avoid those types as well? Do you mean Rock? Ground? Steel?

Anyway, I'm working on getting the (at least) level 5/starting level stats for some of the Pokemon. So that means math.
