There we go. Also, I can not condone self-insert characters. I was tired when I posted last, but that was also in my mind- both actually. A combination of "this feels like a self insert a little bit" and "I don't feel like this would work in Japan", and that's one of the character rules atm.

Yeah, with what could potentially happen in this RP, you do not want to feel personal equivalence to your character.
Things may happen due to other characters, certain enemies, and my own "I wonder how this character would do with this situation", or simple plot advancement, and I'd not want it to seem like an attack on any specific player. I apologize for the inconvenience, but it will save you trouble in the long run.
QED- I'm playing at least one all-female pair and I'm a guy. Even I accept that some pain may come to all my characters, but heck, I'd do it voluntarily because it makes for good character deveopment.

Sorry to poke holes, but Japan isn't known for giving dual citizenship. It still feels a bit confused and lacks details that complete the story. Lots about where he is/how he got there, little about personality. And I'd rather you not use your real/username for your character name for the above reason. Plus you're referencing things in your Digimon sheet that aren't established in your human character, and it seems that the future interaction is highlighted more than the actual characteristics of the Digimon.
And, a few technical errors- all your images are broken. Also, SkullMeramon's an Ultimate, not a Mega. Thirdly, I didn't expressly say this, but a Champion should have one to two Techniques that are used, and I'd say 3 three for Ultimates. If it's explained well I might allow a third on a Champion or a fourth on an Ultimate (the latter not being that hard really), but not like five or six on a Champion. In addition, we're not using an MP system really, so...
Okay, I didn't want to do this- you seem like you're interested, but I have to think of the stability of the RP here. I'm looking for at the very least that you're going to put your best effort into it, and I'd prefer a show of quality writing to the best of your ability, but if you're not going to give at least a solid 80% of your effort consistently for the RP, then I'll have to give the slot to someone else. I'm not saying I'm doing that now, but it will be the case if you don't have improvement before the IC starts, and you will be considered in consideration for seat 12 until then, but someone else could take it once I put the OOC up. Fair warning, yes?

Just make them unique, make the stories follow logic, give them a few flaws, and have their personalities have some form of dynamic with the Digimon most likely.
It's kinda hard to explain because I have to filter it all from a perspective of character. I don't want to spoil what is being looked for, but it's part of the reason I have so many stipulations.

As for Digimon line, fine.
Now, normally, I'd say it's fine for someone's character to be however they want. However, I feel as though the description could be a bit more well described, and justified, Because there's absolutely no transition from being socially inept to being able to help an entire class. Sorry, but it feels kind of forced a touch. Perhaps rethink some of the things, and maybe think of development you want your character to have in the IC as opposed to having him supposedly overcome every obstacle in his backstory. Plus, his name coming right out of your user name doesn't really... help your case.
And, again, normally I'd be fine, but I'm planning on there being a very deliberate process by which the Digidestined are chosen, and it's for a specific purpose. It's not seemingly random or super-clandestine like Adventure or Frontier, but it's not voluntary like Data Squad. There's going to be a system in place, and I want it to all make sense.

Dossier: Nekane is a rather... odd girl. She usually keeps to herself, and it relatively quiet, having a hard time relating to others. At a young age, for reasons she never knew, she was transferred between several respite homes, partially under the watch of the Japanese Child Protective system, mainly due to [REDACTED]. Yamimoto exhibited reclusive, mildly obsessive behaviors, which involved traveling alone to secluded places- usually open drainage pipes-ingress into which was facilitated by her small frame, and painting elaborate, if not eldritch images out of whatever she could find, including broken crayons, dirt, crushed refuse, and, on occasion, her own blood. These actions are officially thought to be a cause of [REDACTED], and not serial isolation or frequent relocation as is the assumption by various individuals. After discovering this, her now permanent caretaker gave her a paint set, to prevent her from hurting herself, and to allow her a creative outlet.
No longer hiding away in dank spaces due to her more permanent living conditions, the young girl became aware of "Maho Senshi" a relatively obscure card game featuring various mage like figures, and a matching Virtual Pet toy line of the same name, involving 'raising mages to greater power through the bond of friendship'. She has since opened up, but due to her small frame and lack of "womanly shape", she was often mistaken for a much younger child by those of her age group. Her methods of communicating with others seem limited at best, but that doesn't mean she won't try. However, she is shown to be unlikely to initiate social encounters.
Nekane Yamimoto currently lives in apartment 3-B of Highton View Terrace, however, the room is thought to be empty, and often left dark.

-Iaijin: Releases a Katana blade from her mouth during a rapid approach
-Kabutogaeshi: Repels and counters an enemy attack with concussive force when a defensive stance is taken.
Personality: Unlike other Vaccines, Ryudamon is not very active on her own in combat. Contrawise, she seems more apt to act on specific orders rather than general situations or even her own well-being. She is aware of the emotions of others, but is not entirely aware of how to express them herself, or react to them in any way. Ryudamon's sense of self also seems to be lacking, in that things that would usually register as a violation of person even to Machine Digimon do not seem to provoke the same kind of reaction.

Technique:
-Crash Charge: A full body assault which utilizes the various armored portions of her body.
-Ambush Crunch: Moves with great speed and bites the target, such that a large ordinance appears to be in use. The return trip is slower than the attack.
Personality: Raptordramon remains similar in personality to Ryudamon, but seems to exhibit an underlying anxiety. The source of which is unknown.

Ultimate-
Name: Metal Greymon X
Gender: Female
Attribute: Vaccine

(Note: Specimen deviates from the norm. Hair acquires a light blue color, eyes remain red, armor is a lighter color.)
Technique:
-Trident Arm v9.9: An attack utilizing the retractable metal cable in the mechanical arm attached to the left limb. Tools are amplified when used in this way.
-Giga Destroyer: Launches a bio-ordinance from the plates behind the chest armor. Secondary uses without rest have significantly reduced power and volume.
-Metal Slash: A slash with the razor edged claws of the Trident Arm v9.9.
Personality: Retains disposition of Ryudamon with little alteration. Metal Greymon X is vaguely aware of actions performed by herself as Raptordramon and other forms, referring to them as instances of the "other me".

Mega 1'-

Technique:
-Terra Force: Charges energy in the form of a fireball, and unleashes it.
-Hades Force: Collects shadow energy and launches it in a barrage of shots.
-Dramon Killer: Unleashes a sharp strike from the claw gauntlets of the same name.
-Dramon Fire: Launches a series of fireballs from a hidden port in her gauntlet
-Terror Shield: Conjures the metal armor from her back and projects a barrier.
Personality: BlackWarGreymon X remains similar to MetalGreymon X, however, she is more aware of previous and alternate actions that may be taken, but still remains one to be obedient. She seems to be aware of a presence inside her which makes her occasionally hesitant to attack.

Mega II-

Technique:
-Rinkazan: A series of energized slashes from the Kikurin katana which leave highly destructive tracks of spectral light behind. The points at which two tracks cross are said to attract the entire energy of the blades if crossed.
-Rinkageki: Using a bow reconfigured from the Kikurin katana, an arrow of spectral energy is fired. This attack is more effective at farther ranges, but is limited in total range, and creates focal points in the Rinkazan.
-Terra Reactor: Focuses a great deal of energy in one place to the point of detonation. This can be targeted to anywhere within sight, but requires concentration for continued use.
Personality: Strikingly similar to Ryudamon, but seems wholly unaware of previous actions taken by other forms. However, the potential actions that can be taken by her are increasingly apparent.

Royal Knight-

Technique:
-Digitalize of Soul: Launches concentrated energy beams from her hands, which can be left at specific points and triggered later, but can only travel in straight lines.
-Seiken Grandalpha: A slash of light which progresses in a wave is emitted from the Seiken Grandalpha.
-Digitalize of Soul': Uses Digital Powers to summon a monster from another dimension(Much to Nekane's enjoyment.)
-X Inlet: Alphamon distorts personal time to recall a Technique of one of her previous forms, similar to Digitalize of Soul'.
-Bay of Alpha: Exerts her mythical presence to drain away the Data within a Digicore. In small amounts, this can restore others by draining enemies. Extended use could be disastrous, but Alphamon is unaware of the full extent of this Technique, and it is rarely used.
Personality: While similar to Ryudamon, Alphamon possesses a clear memory which is unhindered by Digivolution. She uses her Alpha inForce to see all possible actions in battle, so as to counter them. As such, her attacks in close quarters rarely miss.

Other: Nekane has the habit of referring to her by the prefixal portions of the various Digimon's forms' names.
