That can work. As long as he doesn't take any Dragon benefits, and perhaps has more feathered wings, or something to make him more obviously bird.

You're totally allowed to take extra characters. Although I'll be honest and say I'd like someone to use Gallantmon (or variant thereof), I'm not going to force anyone to. Do how you want Fellsing. Also, I'll say it again, the OOC is up. If everyone who has their CS done could post it in the Characters section of the OOC that would be lovely.
