Ah. Not sure how you would step on anyone's toes with Techniques, and who's to say what's "dumb" to spend Generation points on?
(Well, some things are ill advised, but that's situational.)
Ah, true. It's more of a cross-training thing.
Yes. I see. I believe you are referring to Guilmon, whose name is derived from Guile, moreso than a Guiro lizard or a Gila Monster. Red dinosaur with black stripes, yes? There is a yellow Vaccine variant which looks more like a Gilamonster. It's fine. I'm intending to help as much as I can.

Alright then. Cool. Yes. That would be Level 1, Baby. The "blob-shaped" ones you were talking about. Note that in Japanese, the first two stages are called Baby 1 and Baby 2, whereas in America, it was localized as Baby/Fresh and In-Training. I'd like to point out as well, that Japanese Ultimate is English Mega, and English Ultimate is Japanese Perfect. If you want variety in possible forms, and more of the attack Techniques, I recommend Wikimon.net, whereas wikia.digimon.com is more watered down. Also, I'd say any Digimon released before like... 2004, use its English name and I'll know it better, afterwards the Japanese name, unless it's sorta jumbly and obviously supposed to be something else. Best example- Valdurmon, but was listed by Bandai of America as Varodurumon, when it's based on Baldur, and should thus be Baldurmon/Baldrmon. Also "Volkdoramon" is Volcdramon/Volcanodramon.
Yes, seeing your rolls is what I mean. I don't want to seem like I think people would cheat, but also, I'd like to know myself, ya know?
Alright, what do you have in mind? I'm going to ask what you would enjoy playing and what you would not like, just so I don't think I'm giving you a "good" form and it's something you despise.
Oh, yes. That. Well, you can consciously invest stats, and it's smarter to do that first as opposed to leveling often, as far as I can tell. I didn't notice that when I was writing it.
Well, it's just Exhaust Burn. More Features can be added.
And it's more to do with when they also have another Family to have compound Features.
Yes. I had personal backups on a private document, and the players sent them to me in PM's. They weren't in the rulebook, and we never actually got to any combat stage, so there was no leveling. It was in introduction phase. We might as well use the same Roll 20 Table, so if you want to set up your characters in that or whatever, go right ahead. It's only for rolls though.
So how ya guys?
Really think so? Could be anyone was Zei, for interesting, or maybe even Takaeda, if he's not gone already.
Okay. Didn't expect a character right away. Okay, shouldn't be too hard to find... but wait, the characters weren't posted there, so there's that. Edited what stats when? Rule book's still in one piece.

I would like to inform everyone that the corebook is functional, but not complete. Certain indexes are left empty because I have a table to handle it, or because I'm simply not done yet. Feel free to ask questions.

This is a die based, play-by-post Tabletop-Style RPG of my own creation based on Digimon.
Roll20 Virtual Tabletop Link For Players Rolling Die Officially.

Story-
---Through an accident of human meddling, four great evils were released into the Digital World, and thus came the four Vampire Digimon, who quickly took power. This great evil threatens both the Digital World and the Real World with their conflict for complete domination of the entire Digital World. Now only the Chosen Children can stop the Four Vampire Lords from causing irreparable chaos and destruction.

Appendix-
New Notes will be added as information is discovered in the story.

Characters-
-Remus Archibald, the Dapper Highwayman, and Yost the Delusional Zurumon
-Nadica Blutkros, the Risk Taking Wild Child, and the (as of yet undefined) Pabumon
-Alan Smithee, the self-contained student, and "Jason" the amnestic Jyarimon

Character Sheet Blank-

Well, basically anything, but I should point out that you start only with the most simple stage of Digimon, and don't pick the entire line, just the start, and how the character treats the Digimon makes the more advanced forms.
EDIT: New Link
For a moment, Jordan waited, hearing only the wing beats of Nocturnomon. An explosive shattering sound rang out as two figures, one of raging fury, and the other of disturbing obsession, plummeted to the ground. Fighting the urge to charge in, Jordan kept his composure, only to hear a rather frantic response from Leon. A rapid swish of the arm brought the Digivice back to Jordan's face.
"What's going on in there!" he called, only for a ground shattering rumble to answer his thoughts.

The floor crumbled as two ravenous forces combined, the metalloid dragon's body vaporizing as it destroyed the other's, which reconstructed beneath the ionized cloak in darker colors. As a rush of energized wind scattered the debris, preventing the building from collapsing more completely, the horrid form of Milleniummon was revealed, descending towards the streets. Jordan's fist clenched unearthly tightly, nearly drawing blood as a storm of shadow seemed to mire around him. With little more than a nod, Jordan placed his hand into the bag he carried, and lunged forward, leaping as the great Bat Digimon rushed past the building, landing in the open floor as Nocturnomon flew off.

Soon a slight flutter of mammalian wings appeared from behind Dynasmon.
"Get me a clear shot," Nocturnomon declared urgently as he darted over the dragon Knight and soared towards the eyes of the beast "Sleeping Eye!" he called as a beam of somnant energy shot towards the beast's face.
He knew alone that he couldn't fight this, but maybe, if he could falter Millenniummon for but a moment, it could provide an opening and allow the others to deal greater damage.

Within the dusty wreckage of the building, Jordan searched about, eyes blurred, trying to find out how this could happen. From around a shattered wall, he saw someone he didn't quite recognize. Their back was turned to him, and he approached silently, jaw clenching and releasing as he did.
"Who did this..." he asked, his voice barely above a whisper as his grip within the bag tightened.
