The first one... I can see that being a warning. Was it a topic title or something in one of your own threads? The second one, not really. A partial joke, saving a few words maybe... but not unprofessional.
Understandable. Talking to people like humans is ... human. While that's a sensitive subject, talking to a widow about her husband, it's not unprofessional, just delicate.
All that about Tugs? Wow. I mean, I don't think wanting to make a documentary is unprofessional... Granted, I don't know the entire situation.
