Responsibility belongs not to the name stenciled on the mantel, but to the one who carries the mantle.

Hey everyone, I think it's my turn to post, and I've been sick so I will try to get a post up today or tomorrow. I'm sorry for the wait and how slow things are going. Someone else should be joining the RP, but in my next post I'm going to try to push everyone forward.

I hope you're feeling better soon!
@Haeo What about boars/wild pigs? where are those in this, I ask because I think someone mentioned killing a few early on in the RP. So we should find a place for them in here somewhere.
Is it too late for me to join in on the fun? >o<

*Prays for a no*

Of course not, the more the merrier, :) make a character and post in here for approval, when it's approved you can move it to the Characters tab.

Also, forgot to tag y'all in my post, so tagging here, sorry. @KabenSaal@PyroDash888
Cin listened to the two foxes chatting, keeping this thoughts to himself, though his mind continued to throw out it's own opinions for him to muse over. Why the tails? Clearly someone on the design team liked the idea of getting to play with some foxy ladies. Cin only hoped that the extra coding was purely visual, and didn't actually effect them as people. His cynicism doubted it was entirely visual and wanted find the perv who thought this would be a cute joke, and see how he, or she, liked being forcibly rearranged.

Cin shook the thought off, there would be enough death here, he didn't need to add to the list of lives lost. Even twisted individuals had family that cared for them, and they didn't deserve to loose their loved ones anymore than the families of these two girls did. Cin's family deserved every conceivable pain known to man kind, but that was neither here nor there. He heard the maid asking why people even played MMO's. The answer was easy for Cin, and people like him, to get away from the real world, and finally make friends and build something that no one else could take away, a community of people, who have their quirks sure, but they all care for each other and wanted the best for each other, no matter what happened.

Cin wondered who he'd be playing with as things settled down and players began working together to increase the chances of clearing things quickly. He planed to stick with Tsu, he'd been a lot of fun to play with and his style complimented my own... or it did any way, now he was off to find a new weapon, it'd be interesting to see what he chose. Cin considered picking up a new weapon himself, just in case he needed a second weapon or needed to deal with things that the halberd wasn't suited for, and wasn't able to enlist the aid of another player. Perhaps the merchant fox would have something good for him to pick up, when she was done chatting with her new friend. He waited patiently, leaning back against the cart while he waited, staring off into the sky, wondering what his family was doing right now...
Whoa... I was only gone a couple days because life got a bit busy. :( What did I miss? Looks like my character is alone, now...

Up to you, I narrated making sure you made it to town okay. So at least you needn't worry about being alone on the road after dark, :P Cin is still in the market place, currently interacting with Sapphira.
@Tracyarmav I should probably mention Anya is like, 5'3. You'd have been aiming at the back of her head if anything :p.

No He'd have compensated accordingly, he pays careful attention to fire lines. It's a valuable habit to have in his "day" job.
So I did, sorry, >.< Short on time this weekend, my bad, I'll fix it asap.

EDIT: fixed it, sorry guys. Moving this weekend so I forgot to double check my post addressed everyone in actuality and not just in my head.

As I head out of the apartment, I nod politely to Trinity, who hadn't said much since she arrived. She seemed to be a decent person, Dmitri wondered what sort of person she was, and set the question in its place as he left.

The Solomon kid prattled on some more, and I gave him a birdie for his trouble. Any arse with half an eye could tell that A: I couldn't have known he wasn't the idiot throwing a knife through the door, and I'm still not to be quite frank. B: If he thought I hadn't dealt with powerful families before, he was sadly mistaken, if I had killed you, I was completely confident that the Solomon family would be saddened and I would very publicly share their grief and sorrow, which would leave the Solomon's with little enough to do but take back your remains and the artifact, and leave it at that. C: I didn't give any F's about David and his history, I'd seen to many families wiped out to care anymore. And if he thought he could show up with some tale of a demon lord, and a fancy staff, and run the whole show because he had big name, he could think again... or even just the first time for all I cared or knew. Chicago had taken care of itself this long, it sure as hellfire didn't need any help now.

I turn back as Anya calls after me and incline my head to her in thanks, wait a moment more as Liz walks past David. I glance warily around the street, but don't see anything suspicious, which only worries me. There's always someone watching, it was the ones you can't see watching that got you in the end. I was glad I'd decided to get Any'a help in this hunt, I could handle the cultists just fine, but I was pretty sure the little devil running the show was expecting me, I'd needed to find surprise for him. Vampires made excellent surprises, unless you were the one being surprised. I only hoped it would be enough to finish the little devil this time. I'd come close at it's summoning but he'd managed to escape, taunting me as it went, and I hadn't been able to do anything about it.

Dmitri walked to his wagon, keeping an eye out for stalkers. He was pretty sure what ever had thrown the knife had stuck around to learn the results of their attack. He hadn't seen or heard anyone or anything when he'd exited the apartment, but that just meant that the spotter knew their business. That worried him slightly, and he kept a furtive eye aimed at the usual shadows and hiding places. Thankfully nothing attacked them or jumped out at them while they walked. When they got to the garage, Dmitri warned Liz not to get in the car until he was certain it was safe to do so. He quickly checked the undercarriage and door handles before making a more thorough search of the vehicle. Once he was satisfied, Dmitri opened a door for Liz and motioned for her to hop into the back seat. He noticed a that he was genuinely concerned for the girl's health, and that puzzled him. He hadn't cared for anyone since, well, since he'd lost his own parents. He noted the connection, and set the note aside for now, it would be something he'd need to consider very carefully if he didn't want to drag her into his underworld. After Liz climbs in, or decides to go home by another route, Dmitri hops into the driver's seat and starts the car. He calls over the back seat, if Liz is in the car.

"Do you know how to get home from here, Liz? Or would you rather I dropped you off somewhere?"
Ahh, okay, just checking, looking forward to your post. :) @Apollosarcher
