Also The 'main kingdom of The Emperor' is The Empire, it has a longer name, but as it is the largest nation, and also due to the fact that it is the only empire (Having squashed all others long ago and forbidden anyone from using the term). If you flesh out more on how he learned the knowledge, and he would of only have had some fragments, as accounts of dragons like the one he would have needed to read to get the knowledge you want him to have are both extremely rare, old, and in great disrepair from time and the pains gone to hide them. possibly expound more upon the thieves thing, and have him use underworld contacts.

When Aria was twelve, her mother disappeared into the Greenwood without explanation, leaving behind only a journal filled with fragmented maps, ancient songs, and warnings about forgotten truths hidden beyond the Blachorian Mountains.
