Controlling the elements isn't the same as making Paracelsus-style Elementals. It's important to remember that Paracelsus makes them by taking a philosopher's stone (photonic crystal), which is itself a very prep-heavy thing, and then doing even more prep to it. They aren't an instant thing. You can have her able to make "Elementals" in the Paracelsus sense, but you'll need to explain how she's making them in the same way Para does.

Also granting plus corrections on top of HSDW isn't going to be permitted for balancing reasons.

P.T. and Elemental were things I just added because they made sense with Baba’s lore. I can replace them with something else if they don’t work for whatever arbitrary reasons the wiki decided weren’t important enough to mention on the skills page. As for the hut, it’s mobile because that’s what it does in the legend :P

Seriously though, do you want me to justify it based on in-universe rules or do you just want a throwaway explanation as to why it can do that? Also I’ll agree with whatever rank you think the mortar and pestle should be. I just thought that since it was chariot-esque and capable of flight it should have a moderately high rank.

It's not reality warping, it's information-altering. Saint Graph modification is par for the course; this has little difference where a difficulty standard is concerned. It's not as if it's altering that core impulse from [ ]. In terms of age, mystery, and power, he's decisively low-class.

The comparison to Shakes is also pretty moot since First Folio doesn't alter information, it just "shows you a story".

So is it just changing people’s memories and the written references to something, or can it affect the physical world? What happens if they change a vital detail of someone’s legend? Will that Heroic Spirit or people’s memories of them change to accommodate the alteration or is it limited to just changing what’s written in history books so they all say stuff like “Napoleon rode into battle on a giraffe”? I’m a bit confused.

Also Shakespeare’s NP never made much sense to me. I was operating under the assumption that it was actually altering the “story” in a meta sense, not just showing you illusions (keep in mind I haven’t finished Apocrypha yet).

Also, as entertaining as the idea of 18th century Berserker Donald Trump is, that NP is a bit... out there. Especially for someone of his youth and minimal fame. I mean, Shakespeare pulled that reality warping shit too but it only worked under really esoteric circumstances and he was also William motherfucking Shakespeare.

• Description: Baba Yaga’s mobile hut, a magical fortress made from rough-hewn stone and yew that walks on a thousand chicken legs like a millipede. Capable of walking, running, and even jumping hundreds of feet in the air, the hut is a mobile magical weapons platform, amplifying Baba Yaga’s innate magical abilities to the point where continuous use of Anti-Army magecraft (i.e. gratuitous beam spam) becomes possible. When it decides to settle down in one place, fences made of human bones pop up all around it, skewering any unwanted intruders who attempt to enter without Baba Yaga’s permission. The hut is capable of taking as much damage as it can dish out, requiring an Anti-Fortress NP to completely destroy it (since it is itself a fortress), and any damage that it sustains in battle can be fixed with the aid of the trees of the forest, which aid Baba Yaga in the construction of her hut. Outside of the forest, the hut’s self-repair function is inhibited by the corresponding distance from nature, but it can still rebuild itself, albeit slowly, by harvesting materials in the surrounding area. There have been times when Baba Yaga’s hut has been made from a variety of scraps and patchwork materials, and with the addition of its many skittering legs, it takes on a chaotic, almost protean atmosphere, like a living thing.

• Title: I’m Not the Average Witch!
• Type: Anti-Unit, Anti-Army (when used in conjunction w/ magecraft)

• Range: 1-99, though ultimately irrelevant due to its mobile nature
• Description: Baba Yaga’s vehicle of choice for when leaving her hut becomes a necessity (this can be in case of emergency, a need for stealth and subtlety, or just plain boredom with Baba Yaga). The mortar and pestle she normally wields in her kitchen increase in size in an instant, becoming a witch’s staff and flying chariot rather than mere kitchen implements. The mortar can fly at speeds greater than modern commercial aircraft and achieve similar heights, while the pestle becomes a Mystic Code capable of amplifying Baba Yaga’s magecraft to a degree suitable for short excursions outside the defensive perimeter of her hut. While neither are exemplary Noble Phantasms in and of themselves, their utility and synergy together makes them worthy of their rank.

Right, I'll finish it ASAP so you can give a proper judgment. Either way, I wouldn't go as far as anything like High Thaumaturgy or True Magic, even pairing oneself with Caster Cu's skills should be next to impossible to a modern magus, and he's more or less the standard I'm working with for this.

Also, it's good to know that you like Mahou Tsukai no Yome as well. I have yet to read the manga, but I'm really liking the anime so so far. It's one of the best stories I've seen in a while.

I've just had situations where I apped with the phylactery as immortality like it would be and it's almost always a no go. So I just gave it this instead which is comparable.

I’m honestly kinda surprised you made his phylactery an auto-regen NP instead of, well, a phylactery. I get balance and stuff but being unkillable except for his one super-specific weakness was kinda Koschei’s thing.
