Thank you. Took me a while since quite a lot of it was pixel work (all of the gold trim in particular). Dont think there is a single thing that I didn't change or tweak in some way.

Well now that was unexpected. Nolan clearly saw her but didn't seem to react much. What was the deal? In fact the most she got from him was a light blush. "What's different? That doesn't really tell me much. Are you... are you blushing?" Well if Nolan's behavior wasn't odd before this definitely was. Raising a hand she felt the God Slayer's forehead. "Are you sick or something, because you're not acting yourself?"

For the time being Ariel was actually unaware of any magical presence, even one standing right next to her. Whatever state she was in was a lot more firm than any of her magics. The Edolasian blood in her vains had returned with vengeance and blocked any use of magic for her. Ariel was as normal as the majority of the population. A welcome relief given the circumstances.

Occupation: Aspiring IT nerd stuck in you average supermarket.

Personality: Very much a go with the flow kind of person and an older brother figure. He is a problem solver and prefers to avoid conflict when possible.

History: The oldest of 7 kids Chris was born September, 14, 1992 and grew up watching over others most of his life. As such he has come to treat most others in the same way. From an early age he took to computers well and devoted quite a bit of time to them. Thankfully it didn't get in the way of his grades and in collage he picked up a computer science degree. Even with some degree it was hard to land a job in his field. But he was patient and believed that if he kept on trying that he would get a break. Finally getting several interviews things were looking promising when everything changed.

Confused for a moment she glanced at Nolan. The first part sounded normal, going off to train and get stronger. No doubt he'd picked Karn to to try and get past the fear he mentioned. One thing didn't make sense though. "Um... Are you sure about that last part? Because I'm walking right next to you and you aren't shaking, sweating bullets, or cowering like you usually do." Maybe he was still in the zone or something.

Ariel may not have the personality issue at the moment but she did still like to have fun. Stepping closer she hooked her arm through Nolan's just to see him freak out. Even normally she liked to cause a little mischievous from time to time.
