Brandon glanced back at Elizabeth but saw she wasn't there and frowned a bit and shook it off looking back at James "thank you for bringing my sister to her new room" he says to him

Kali looked at her brother with a slight glare "and why do i have a new room Brandon?" she asked him.

Brandon smiled "to give Elizabeth protection and you some female company" he told her.

"i will be in a few mintues James and I were just talking" she says to him and looks back at James.

Brandon nodded and went into the room and went over to Elizabeth "are you okay?" he asked her "my sister picks the worst moments sometimes" he gave her a small smile.

Kali stopped near the door and looked at James "do your plans tomorrow include me in them? she asked him

he was going to the kiss her when he heard the knock on the door. He let out a small growl with the timing of the knock. "saved by the knock mouse, you can now breath" he told her as he kissed her hand and walked to the door. He opened it seeing a maid with more bags. these he recognized.

the maid bowed "sir, I bring your sister and her things" she says as she walks in and places the bags near the closet. She bowed again before leaving.

Brandon walked out of the room a little and saw his sister in her night gown with James talking in the hallway. He cleared his throat to get their attention.

Brandon put a finger under her chin and brought her face up so he can look at her "i do like to make you blush" he says "i find you to be a beautiful creature Elizabeth" he told her and leans closer to her "I want to kiss you, will you allow me?" he asked

Kali blushed red. she looked ahead and saw the maid with her things stop infront of a door.

She took his arm and smiled at him "so your done looking then> you found someone you like enough?" she blushed at her own words. She liked to hear him say them.

Brandon came back into the room. He looked at her "gorgeous" he told her. He liked to see her blush.

"oh"she says suprised at what James said. She moved out of the way and let the maid in. She got Kali's suitcases. Kali looks at James "i guess i should go" she says "escort me?" she smiled at him.

Brandon nodded "great" he says to her. "im sure you want to get into something more comfortable" he says "i will go wait outside until your done" he said to her.

He looked her and nodded "then i will write them and ask them" he says "are these all your things you brought with you?" he asked her making sure that she had all of her bags and none were missing.

Kali kissed his cheek before getting up to answer the door. She saw the maid standing there. "excuse me miss, but i was told to come fetch you and your things" she says to Kali.

"fetch me?" she says confused "why?" she asked the maid

"your moving into a new room was all i was told miss" she girl said.

She looked back at James. she wasn't sure what was going on.

she looked at him are sat more straight on the couch as she leaned on it. "and are you continuing to look or has that search stopped?" she asked. She needed to know his intentions and where she stood with him. she studied his body language.

He sighed "im sorry" he says to her. "i thought it would help, if they knew you were doing it to please a suitor" he says to her. there was a knock on the room door, Brandon went and opened the door seeing a a few maids with bags. he didn't recognize them so he knew they were Elizabeths.

A maid stopped at Kali's room and knocked on the door.

she rolls her eyes "really?" she says "talk to me James dont mutter" she says to him as she looks at him. "be upfront about things with me please" she said and sighed.

Brandon looked at her "thought you would be more excited" he says "found a way of you getting what you want without making your parents angry" he told her.

"okay" he says "then your suitor wants to hear you sing" he smiled "i will pay for lessons for you so you can practice without me around to make you nervous" he says "you get what you want without having to fear the wrath of your father" he told her.

Kali enjoyed to hear him laugh. he was even more handsome to her when he smiled and laughed, letting his guard down. "so what are you going to do now that you are staying?" she asked him. "Why did you come to the ball anyways?" she looked at him.
