he laughed "i'm sorry" he told her "but it you need to hit my head?" he says "i lost brain cells, so its your fault that your other foot got tickled" he says as she leans in and kisses her on the lips.

she smiled at him. "can i have a better kiss then that?" she asked him

"ow" he says as he rubs the back of his head "what was that for?" he asked her smiling a little.

"that is very good to know" she says to him. "i wouldnt do something like that either" she says to him "just so that you know"she gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"why do you glare at me?" he asked her smiling at her "come on smile for me" he says to her as he tickled her left foot.

"yeah i guess so" she says to him. "you wouldnt do something like that, would you?" she asked him. "i mean if you stop liking me, or if it gets to love and you stop loving me, you will just break it off. You wont just stop showing up or calling or talking right?" she says.

she looked at him and nodded "yeah" she says to him "i just feel bad for him, he obviously loved the guy enough to want to marry him" she says "he just had his heart ripped out" she says sadly.

he listened to her tell him her story. "im sorry that happened to you Liz" he says "on the bright side you dont have ugly feet" he says to her and tickles the bottom on her right foot and smiles. He wanted to make her smile.

She walked back with james and turned her head to look at Eric giving him a wave goodbye. She sighed as they walked back to the library. she was happy she would allowed to take a book or two back to her room to read.

"but why?" he asked her "its a great feeling on the feet" he says "have you never walked in your barefeet on grass before?" he asked her.

she bumped her shoulder with his "yes" she says smiling and she leans over and picks the ring back up. she stands up and puts the ring on the bench next to him. "someone deserving will come along" she tells him. she leans over and gives him a kiss on the cheek. "cheer up, if you ever just want to talk, i will be around" she told him and looked at James "lets go back to the library" she told him

Brandon smiled "no to what?" he asked her then got up and sat next to her.

"oh sorry" she said sheepishly. "well then its his loss" she says to him. she puts her free hand on his. "he isn't the only one out there" she says "give it time but you will love again" she gave him a small smile and looked at James.

He looked at what she was looking at and he smiled. He scoops her up and carries her over to a bench and sets her down on it. he kneels down and takes her shoes off. "there, now you can walk barefoot in the grass" he says to her

she looked at the ring and frowned. She walked over and picked it up. she walks over to him and sits next to him. "then its her loss" she says to him. "it wasn't meant to be Eric, and someone new will come along that will take your breath away and return those feelings" she says "its a very pretty ring" she holds it in the palm of her hand for him to take back. "your soul mate is out there, dont give up" she says to him.

"oh, im sorry, who were you waiting for?" she asked

she glanced at james then back to eric "not to sound rude, but you look miserable" she says to him "i noticed it last night" she told him "it looked like you didn't want to be at the ball" she added "if you didnt want to be there why throw one?"

"i wish you would give me more then a shrug. eye rolls and sighs" he says to her "its hard to have a conversation when the other person doesn't talk back" he says to her and bumps her a little and smiles.
