Kali was sleeping when there was a rapping on the door. she sighed knowing it was to early to be up. She crawled out of bed in her nightgown. "brandon its too...." she says as she opened it. She stopped and eyes got big. "Father!" she says suprised.

he eyed her "you were expecting someone else?" he asked. Kali nodded yes "Brandon" she says and looked down. She never looked at her father in the eye. she knew better. "u., we were expecting you until later in the..." she was cut off "shut it" he says and back handed her across the cheek. Kali screamed in pain as she was hit. tears came instantly to her eyes.

"oh how i missed doing that" he hissed. he walked into the room. he looked around the room and saw two beds. he walked over to the one seeing a Elizabeth sleeping in it. "pretty little thing she is"

She blushed and kissed him back "good nite Handsome" she says she walks into her room. She hugged her brother before he left. she went to bed.

brandon walked out of the room after a moment with his sister. He went to his room and he too fell into a sleep.

Brandon walked into the mansion and through the ballroom. He walked upstairs with her in his arms and gets to her room. Kali opens the door for him and he walks inand over to Liz's bed and places her down. He moved a few of strands of hair away from her face and softly kisses her forehead then lips "sleep my mouse" he says softly. He goes to leave.

Kali stood outside her room and looks at James.

she nodded "of course they did" she says to him she waited where she was at for her brother.

Brandon carried Elizabeth back to the Mansion. He reached his sister and James. he gave them a smile. "we are retiring to our rooms, Kali i suggest you do the same, its been a long day for all of us" he says to her

He kissed her again "it makes me happy to hear that" he says "lets go back, i think we both had to much fun today and some rest is in order" he says he scoops her up into his arms and walks back to the mansion.

She looked where he was pointing too. She could see two figures and she sighed. She looked at James. "he's okay" she says as relief flooded over her

he lifted her head and wiped her tears and then kissed her lips "i love you mouse" he says to her.

"did he calm her or did she kill him and fly off" she says to him.

She walks through the mansion with him and gets outside. SHe looked around "i dont see a dragon" she says and looks at James "there isn't a dragon" she says she had tears in her eyes. she feared the worst.

Kali laid her head on his chest "i need to go, i need to see if he is okay"

he looked at her and touched her cheek "its part of being in love mouse" he says "you leaving, and writing that note hurt me worse then anything" he says "liz you are my heart" he says as he stepped towards her and put his forehead on hers.

"i hope not" she mutters and she leans on the table. she felt like her knees would give way.

he smiled as he reached out and touched her "hmm" he says "definitely not soft like a mouse" he says. He caressed her shoulder. he reached into his pocket "why did you take this off?" he asked her as he held the ring in his fingers. "all you had to do is come talk to me liz" he said
