Basically
Richardson would the place the boy in the chair, securing his hands, feet and neck. He would then get some of his tools ready beore injecting him with a fluid to make him wake up again. It would be terrifying, and hirt a bit form shock but the kid would be awake once more
shaking his head he entered, throwing the rope section ove rthe boys head and tigening it around the neck. he would then pull him forwards. For any onlookers it would look like a wild dog beiong pull by the pound, as he would pull the boy out and into a small room. the floor would be covered in stained tiles and the floor with some sort of sponge to block out noise. In the middle of the room, would be an old lkeather dentist chair with arm, leg and neck restrains. The table to the left would be filled with various syringes and tools. Richardson attaches the pole to the wall and picks up a clear liquid, flicking it to get any air out of the syringe he would then try to insert it into the boys neck. If successful the boy would start to feel very sleepy very quickly and soon pass out.
"Henry, calm down. Ill count to three. if your still shouting, pole" he starts to count
Tapping on the glass "Henry, stop kicking the door" checking case notes "How have the voices been? Good I hope, any realisations on who to kill today?" looking up, grabbing a barge pole with a power nullifying loop on the end "Now stop kicking and we wont need to use the stick, okay?"
Walking-over to Ruka's cell;, pressing the Buzzer "Now, Mrs Ruka, will you be giving us the full attention for class today or only half?" still holding the button "Be case as I am sure you know, under the new program. Food rations are given out based on attendance and grades. Not on physical feeling. I would so hate for you to go hungry" waiting for her response as he looks through the barred door.
poking his head out the office he sighed "Doctor Jonah, what have I told you. Be nice to the children and they will be nice to you." smiling at Gabe, "Now, Mr Gabe, you should know by now that making threats isnt a good idea, one could get very badly hurt and that wouldn't be good for your health. Come, cease the useless expending of powers and we can all be happy again. Yes?"
