Bio

I got into Roleplaying, er more specifically Post by Post Roleplaying around, I think it was four years ago? It feels much longer than that. My good friend whose now far too busy in college introduced me. He wanted by make a Mass Effect RP for his younger brother, or Cousin, something along those line. The games series was far to mature for someone of his age but he felt he could make a family friendly RP. And while that never panned out, I was hooked. Fast forward to the present day and I'm an avid RP and casual writer. I mainly prefer Fallout RPs, and am working on my own which will take place in the fictional Lore of Alaska. But it's far from ready. Between my laziness and my workload of various RPs and Videogames I am often rather busy. Yet I always find myself exceptionally bored. So I like contemplating Philosophical Conundrums.

Ummm, most monsters are technically animal in their intelligence. If you really, REALLY get technical any animal can be dangerous to a human. Think about animal attacks from sharks to lions, etc. Personally, I think PETA would fit the niche itself than create a whole another radical version to me since even within a organization, not all members or heads will think exactly alike.

I suppose that depends upon how the Government and the Citizens respond to Monsters. If both generally hate them then PETA probably would loose tons of public support thus falling behind in their mission to help mistreated animals.

If the public is mixed regarding their opinions of monsters PETA might have an easier time keeping public support and funding. Either way it'll be a careful balancing act as I'm sure PETA wants to make sure they continue to help as many animals as they can.

Besides how many civilians will support a group who try to protect monsters who would generally stomp through cities and munch on people. Smaller monsters sure, maybe. But not Godzilla sized monsters.
@VATROU I like that idea. How would they feel about aliens?

Well I was thinking that PETAM is like the crazy cousin of the PETA organization that they pretend doesn't exist. Since they usually believe that most monsters are too dangerous most of the time. That and PETAM members are pretty dumb keeping and raising monsters either as pets or finding ranches that will take them only for them to grow up and eat their handlers.

Dickens is different since it's more so closer to a dog. In terms of behavior and temperament. They're dangerous predators out in the wild but they can make decent if troublesome pets.

They're like Jack Russells, they need tons of exercise, plenty of food and attention.

As for Aliens. PETAM would try to protest the destruction of animal like creatures. I figure Monster is a broad term to describe supernatural, alien and otherwise manmade Monsters.
Tell me what you guys think. PETAM. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals and Monsters.. They're like PETA except annoying since they try to save and raise monsters like regular animals. And protest against the inhumane treatment that Supers cause the poor creatures.

They do not have a large following unsurprisingly.
I have been growing facial hair since the 5th grade. The nun, who was the principal at my elementary school, had to tell me to shave because I was only in 5th grade.

Now I can't but imagine you with a mountain man beard. This huge monster of a beard that hangs past your chest.
I've never been a fan of the beards personally

I honestly have more fun playing with my beard with my tongue then I should really.

Take it you can't braid it and toss it over your shoulder like a dwarven master? :p

Yeah.. *disappointed sigh* We can only have it a inch or so. Also I don't think the joke I have in mind would have worked. It sounded good in my head but, this is my head we're talking about.

@KaiserElectric And my inside beard is amazing!! I only wish I could actually grow longer. We have a beard length rule at work. Still I'm happy to have it. I was really tempted to go elsewhere with that but didn't. Ded you can thank me later.
Their masculinity is at risk in New York!

Oh they're in danger alright. From the Super Villain Chrome Dome. Who is devoid of any hair follicle and can reflect light into a powerful death beam. The brighter the light the more destructive the power.
@VATROU
So you want to create Bobobo-bo-bobobo but with beards.

As long as I get to play Czar Baldy Bald I'm cool with that.

So that's where I got the idea. Should've figured. Nah. But I might have the Beardmen appear as NPCs. They'll probably be in New York.
@VATROU
As of August, I will no longer be shaving my beard. My masculinity will no longer be curtailed by the absence of my manly mane, and I will be willing to share my face with the world once again.

I'm half tempted to create a superhero team called the Beardmen. Who save the world from the evil Baldy Baldy Empire who intend to de-evolve mankind by shaving every inch.of hair head to toe. Man, Women and Children, no one will be spared because of age or gender.

Right. Crazy ideas aside. Glad my work allowed beards a few years back. Best day of my life.
