Yeh, but who really cares about the illegality part of it? Doing a few illegal things is one of the cornerstones of being an American. It's how Mexican the immigrants are that has people up in arms. Hell, the fact there are so many Mexicans in Mexico is largely why we didn't annex Mexico the first time we invaded as conquered them.
