You need to understand in most practical motions, the whip will not achieve that speed on the tip unless you are trying to intentionally crack it, which is different than trying to strike something intentionally with the tip.

Innue, here's a question for you: can i have a weapon achieve supersonic speeds if it's a 2.5 meter long whip with a steel arrowhead tip and 70 cm long handle? It also would be quite stiff, able to harden upon impact and leave deep cuts in flesh or even slice through leather armor, as far as i have planned.

Well, i'll agree with you now. Although i am skeptical towards your statement about not being able to fool and mislead a competent gunner, i guess it does require an amount of speed and skill unavailable at this tier. Even if i still feel as aiming a gun and killing with it is harder than you make it sound, it may be just that i underestimate the control someone experienced has over their firearm.

EDIT: i'd like to submit a character of my own soon. Is there still time before you start the tournament?
