Bio

I've been RPing for about 10 years on and off, and I secretly want to be a writer. I'm a casual/advance RPer with a distaste for character sheets and extensive templating. I just want to write well with others.

Creative collaboration brings me so much joy, so please don't hesitate to message me if you're interested in telling a story together!

Just kidding, I saw that it was full--have fun!
Interested and checking it out!
@Whitestar19 POSTED!!

also, @SouffleGirl123, heads up, rooke refers to your chara at the end of the post!

Conversation was stopped short was Agent Ice stormed into the room. Rookie kept a tight smile and refrained from cursing—her presence seemed to promise pain and hardship. Rooke turned to Dean with a weak smile and said quietly, “It is what it is. Too bad we have to blindly follow them.” He turned to follow Agent Ice and Jackal, trotting forward to catch up to the other recruits.

“Back together again, eh? We should have a team name—it builds camaraderie, and if we’re going to be together for a while, there should be some of that.” He placed a finger to his lips and looked up at the ceiling, almost talking to himself. After the initial shock of the past hour, Rooke was regaining some semblance of self; maybe he'd start putting together finances for the group or program an website detailing their progress. He laughed lightly at the thought and continued forward, a giddy joy bubbling in his chest.

It wasn’t like his projects at home were going anywhere—that’s what his partner was for. Taking another cursory glance at the people he was with, he decided to take the experience for what it was: an opportunity.

With renewed vigor, he moved to introduce himself to the other recruits and moved in step with the other girl who was supposed to be under Agent Jackal and offered his hand,” Hi, I didn’t get your name earlier. I’m afraid the only names I know here are nouns and ‘Dean' over there."
@Whitestar19. Hey, I'll get one up soon!
@WhiteStar19 I'm also waiting on AvanHelsin to post--3 characters are under his trainer, and we're waiting to be led out to wherever.
Interested!
“I guess.  Memory wipes sound too dystopian for my taste,” Rooke shrugged and tied up his hair into a ponytail.  He stayed silent as everyone mingled briefly, and he felt a sense of dread swirl in his stomach; he could play along, sure, his curiosity was peaked and he felt no attachment to obligations back to home--but why did he have to play with these people?

The metal door in the front of the room slid open, and a woman walked inside, her footsteps making sharp, clipped noises that echoed off the walls.  She was nearly as tall as he, but presented herself as a much more intimidating figure. When she spoke, he immediately identified her ad the mysterious speaker from before, which made things a bit more comforting, but no less confusing.

He admired the poise with which she held herself as she entered the room and ushered her two trainees out. As they walked out, Rooke scoffed in amusment. The younger boy was practically drooling all over himself in the presence of two conventionally attractive women.

Teenagers, he thought humorlessly. Another man stepped in after Agent Ice, who approached the remaining 3. Rooke shifted slightly, but his facial expression betrayed nothing but wariness--there was no telling what would happen when they got out of this room.

Rooke relaxed slightly as the man made it clear that he would be much more relaxed than the previous trainer. They were led out, and he looked to his alleged partners--the word used in this context evoked an odd feeling, as if it didn't seem right to attach to someone he just met.

"Call me Rooke. I'm the driver; and according to this slip of paper, I get to do the badass maneuvering on ground, sea, and sky." He said amiably, slipping back into his networking persona. As he walked alongside his other two partners, Dean and Other-White-Person, Rooke took in his environment before clearing his throat and saying, "So Eric, what do you have in store for us? If it's anything related to bodily harm, a warning would be more than welcome.

I am glad everyone here updates so fast hehe--ill have a post in a few hours when I get back home :)
oh noooo where did everyone go )':
