Actually, nothing in your post stated anything about momentum until after you 'grabbed' me and simply said "his own unnatural momentum'. I didn't see any build up or prep to be able to match or hold greater momentum forces.

The sheets don't matter.

Stop worrying about sheets. It's your post that matters. If you tell me that you can instantly outmatch my characters amplifications on a dime, I will believe you so long as you can justify it in your post, which you did not to me. In all honest,y I wouldn't have even let you touch me because how you stopped me made little sense in retrospect considering the amount of force and speed I'm using for this attack.

So the fact I even let you touch me and simply gave you a bit of better description -in my own- post about your reflexes, you did not provide enough data or anything really other than "hey, I'm super fast and super force amplicated too!".

I'm trying to be nice and explain to you that just because you weigh more does not mean you outclass me lol. I am done with this discussion now. I have spent over 6 years dealing with momentum and force studies. I've studied Physics. I recommend you google "momentum and how it works" if you do not believe Skalla and I.

I am not saying that I am unstoppable because of this. I am saying that simply because his character weighs more, does not mean my momentum or force amplifications are basically useless. Which is implied in his post.
No, LeeRoy is not correct.

Let's assume his Train is his goliath.

Let's assume my car is Tetsue.

If we were going at the same speed (which is just momentum, not necessarily force) his train would win.

But I've not only put nitro on my car, but increased the momentum and force behind my car that a train without any form of improvements or amplifications put on, would be over come with the Car and be driven through.

Science.
Exactly what Skalla said.

Think of it as me throwing a baseball at a wall. Normally it would bounce off, if it were a brick wall. However, if I increase the momentum and force behind it enough it could break through the wall, despite teh wall holding more weight and density than the ball itself. Of course that would never happen realistically. But seeing as this is fantasy we're doing, I could implement enough force and momentum to shatter through the wall with ease.

Like I said, I would recommend researching momentum a bit since I fight using kinetic energy and momentum forces.
The fight had begun with the two Titans, ground zero for the worlds onslaught. Little did Tetsue know that this would be the spot where a clash of worlds and warriors would then later come to fruition. Little did he know that his offspring would one day stand where he stood, fighting the same enemies as he.

Little did he care.

It was of much surprise that the goliath before him had such reflexes to match his amplified momentum through his kinetic energy to be able to draw out a kick that would strike the Lord's leg. This, while knocking him back due to his leg having been remaining the same spot, did little to thwart his strike however, which had increased such speeds that neared the sound barrier through amplification.

Seeing as the beast chose to kick first, rather than use his reflexes for stopping his blades arm before hand, resulted in a connection to both parties. The goliath was ripped up from the ground from the impending force that would have savagely shot the beast to the side, considering it was only with the flat of his blade that TEtsue had struck, though his own body spirling away as the creatures kick altered his ability to flow with his own momentum.

The resulting force and momentum had his leg lift up from beneath him due to the hit, and his body being dragged away by the continuing force to have his chest and head skip along the ground like a water over water before crashing into the base of a building where his momentum had finally calmed down, leaving nothing but dust and debris to scatter around him.

Slowly, the Lord got up onto one knee, glancing down at the now torn open clothe over his thigh to which bruising had already begun to form from the impact of the beast, while only light and subtle scratches had formed over his face and exposed stomach. If it weren't for the Metashi vest he wore, damage could have easily encompassed his chest.

Tetsue then stood up and walked out of the broken into building, stepping over shattered glass and desks that his body had apparently taken to breaking through and arose from the wreckage to let his crimson gaze peer down the street to view where the beast had gone and what damage he had sustained from the dual connection.
Pretty much ;x

i.e Meta-Gaming.

And Meta-Gaming is a disqualifiable offense, on any RP forum. It's essentially cheating.
Someone is about to get heavily corrected. If I were you I would research momentum. Weight has very little to do with momentum besides making it easier or harder to build up moment. Simply because I weigh less does not mean you have enough force to stop the momentum of my movements simply because of my weight lol.
Like I said. It takes experience and know-how to pull it off right. I do have that experience. But I will never flat out say what I'm doing unless it is essential to the fight. I despise meta-gaming and will not enable it.
I want other people to participate. But the more people we add the more we have to edit the posting order and how often someone can make a post.

Also, Gun. It is a preperation. But not on the offense.

I'll explain a little soething with my fighting style with Seed. I use a writing style called Cryptic Fighting. This is where I give hints as to what I'm going to do and will not flat out say what I'm doing until I need to. There is a reason why I do this and I will explain.

However, this comes from years of experience of cryptic fighting and being trained by, in my opinion, the greatest cryptic fighter to have ever touched RP fighting.

As for why I fight this way:

In my experience there is to much Meta-Gaming involved where it can taint the entire fight and make it boring or just pointless. For example, many of you probably read over SEED's character sheet while I have only glanced at yours. Nothing more except for what 'kind' of fighter it is. Physical, spiritual, ranged, etc. Otherwise I do not read indepthly because I do not want to implement any form of Meta-Game into the fight.

If you do not know what Meta-Gaming is it's basically just because YOU know something about the enemy you make it so your character knows. So if I flat out said I'm preparing an attack somewhere else, because you as a writer know about it, magically your character does. I don't like that. I like it when the writer knows as much as the character does, not the other way around. However, if our characters had previously fought and so your characters are familiar with my character's abilities and attacks, that is another thing. That's IC Meta-Gaming which is entirely acceptable in my eyes.

OOC Meta-Gaming, however. Is not. I like to be surprised in my fights and try and figure out what my opponent is doing on my own without looking ata character sheet and being like "Oh, ok. I know what he's doing, I'll counter it with this." It's more skill and character based reliability within a fight.

So yes, I am currently doing something and that is why a copper smell is filling the air. It is up to your CHARACTER -and- YOU to figure out what it is, how to defend against it, if you have to at all, and what to do about it. This is true RP fighting, in my eyes. No Meta's. Just discovery and adventure through RP. To be vicariously intrigued through your characters.

This does not mean I'm going to be like, "It is a beautiful day." as a prep and next turn suddenly you explode like a nuke. No, it's subtle hints and discression as to what I'm doing until I reveal what it is I am doing in which then it all makes sense. Never is that taken advantage of unless something is ignored, like one of m preps is ignored that requires me to kill. If anything, that just makes it easier for me to kill.

I hope this has been educational and I would not recommend doing this fighting style without practice. If you leave too little detail out in your hints and preps then it can be countered by a Judge where it's not enough evidence or support for your enemy to know what you are doing. Or you reveal too much and it's countered like it would be in a Meta-Game.

If you need any further understanding about Cryptic Fighting I can certainly explain more. I encourage more and more people to use it to make the fights that much more enjoyable.
Initiating my offense? I've done nothing offensive o.o
