Name: Louis Albert

Place of Origin: New Orleans

Occupation: Police Officer and part time church clergyman

Known EVO Abilities (If Applicable):

Air Manipulation: Also known as Aerokinesis, gives Louis has the power to manipulate and generate air currents, which he can control to do a number of different things. His main use of this ability is to fly or levitate and as weapon against criminals by creating blasts of air pressure. As it is right now, he can create powerful gusts of wind as well as blasts that can, but his powers will develop into to different levels as he learns to control it more effectively, so right now it is at level one.

level 2: When it hits this level he will gain the power to make blasts of air that have so much pressure that it can blow away brick walls. He will also be able to apply his elemental powers even more in physical combat and his flight speed will increase.

Level 3: At this level Louis will gain the ability to create large tornadoes and massive windstorms.

Level 4: At fourth level his air manipulation will become strong enough for him to manipulate oxygen in substances like water to create shock waves and blasts of force underwater.

Psychological Profile & History: Louis had a hard childhood that was full abuse from his mother, originally he was from New Orleans, but moved away when his mother didn't think too much of the place. His father was very compliant and also suffered domestic abuse. His mother would always conjure up some wacky excuse for her terrible behavior and would always tell them to man up and how Louis should thank her for not having an abortion. She would so much hate and venom hate them that Louis would try to find as much time as he could to stay away from his awful home.

That's when he found religion and became a devout catholic with his dad. With their faith Louis' father got up the courage to file for divorce, but his mom was able to put on a sob story and lied about being abused by her husband, and the misandrist courts believed her. Louis' father lost complete custody and was bankrupted by alimony thanks to the court's ruling. This infuriated Louis and as quick as he could he moved out of his mother's house right after telling her that she would be sent to hell for her devil like ways and called her Satan's wife. His mother just called him a patriarchal misogynist and was glad to be rid of him.

It was this horrible time in his childhood that made Louis mistrust women who were not of the faith. Seeing the injustice that was done to him and his father, Louis moved back to New Orleans and attended the police academy to become an officer of the law. In New Orleans he found his dad who was almost homeless and once finding a job cooking at a local restaurant he began to help his father get back on his feet. After several months Louis became a police officer and he began to set out to help those in need. Guided by his faith Louis was determined to help men in need and became a part time clergyman for a church where he regulary maintained a very devout relationship with God.

He is a very rebellious man and very traditional. His childhood help shape his views and dogmas of how he views the world and the sinful hypocrites that infest it. He is a firm believer in the idea that sin is dressed up to look and appealing to deceive good people into committing sinful behavior, and that it is the job of the faithful to wipe away these sins by any means necessary. For him God, the law and his devoted wife were what was most important to him. His marriage to a religious woman made him feel secure and he shared his childhood experiences with her. She understood his pain and she was the first woman that he ever told this. Louis has now started to get back in touch with his creole roots and even started learning the language.

He has no fear of being politically incorrect and will not back down from a heathen disrespecting his faith.

First Known Manifestation: He felt his heart race with adrenaline as he was in pursuit of a criminal who had just moments ago shot a civilian in a car as well as Louis' partner when they arrived on the scene. From the moment he heard the gunshot and the cry of his partner as he was wounded, Louis was determined to take down this thug. He had his gun drawn and would take shots at the criminal when he got a shot of the man, but the guy was fast and Louis' shots missed.

Eventually his chase led to an old abandoned building that had been empty ever since hurricane Catrina, and Louis picked up speed as he ran up steps towards the roof of the building having to duck out of the way of being shot. They soon got to the roof and he heard the thug's gun give the clicking sound of being out of ammo. This didn't stop the criminal from charging Louis and knocking his gun to the side. They then proceeded to get into a fist fight, which made come close to the edgy to the roof.

When the thug pulled a switchblade and was poised to stab Louis, he found his gun and quickly grabbed it. With a quick aim he fired and shot the criminal between the eyes, but the thug's momentum pushed him over the edge and Louis found himself falling towards the pavement below. He couldn't believe it, after going through so much pain in his childhood, this was how his life would end. He had hoped that God would have a higher plan, but it looked like it was his time to join him in heaven.

"I love Anna" he said speaking the name of his wife and closed his eyes waiting to feel the agony of his body smashing into concrete, but it never came. He slowly opened his eyes and to his utter shock found himself levitating just a few feet above the ground. He could feel the air beneath him holding him up and all Louis could think or say was gracious thanks to God for this miracle.

After the got his feet back on the ground and more police came to the crime scene, Louis decided to keep this quiet. It wasn't until a few days later that he discovered that he had incredible powers and from then on he knew that he had been chosen by God to do good in this world and make himself to be something more. With his newly discovered power and his strong catholic faith, Louis would seek to bring virtue and justice to all in the name of God.

Gill rolled his eyes again at Boris' rude comment and was wondering if accepting in assisting this case was a good idea since the head of it had an ego about as worse as his manners.

"Given that I haven't been briefed in on this murder case, I am going off of almost no knowledge of any previous cases. I hope that maybe you'll give me all of the details on the other murders" he said to Boris with a slightly annoyed tone to his voice. When he heard Boris mention the killer having perfume with the scent of lilacs, Gill morphed his biology to give his sense of smell an ample increase and he too picked up on the sweet odor of Perfume.

He didn't object to Ryia giving them a ride up to the roof, but he would have preferred to jump up there himself. Once on the roof Gill looked at the door and saw that it was locked and there wasn't any evidence to suggest that there was any forced entry onto the rooftop, that meant they could be dealing with a murderer with the ability to vanish and reappear.

"The only monster that I can think of with these kinds of abilities would be demonic of some kind or at least those with magical abilities. If we have a teleporter as our killer then that will make catching them a whole lot harder. Do we have any measures for apprehending someone with these kinds of powers?" Gill asked Boris. He then inspected the feathers and the blood on the roof.

"Such a savage end for someone with a bright career, this killer is truly a sick and twisted mind" he said to them.

Naruto Gaiden: The Will Of Fire!! (AU)

Izu got annoyed when Hayashi's clone interfered with his attack against the Uchiha and gave Hayashi to time to dodge, but it at least dispersed the clone in the process and he did manage to cut his opponent on the shoulder. Izu then noticed that the attack left his open for a counterattack and heard Hayashi start saying the words for a fire technique, but then he stopped. This confused Izu, was his sparing partner worried about killing him? It would take more than a fire ball technique to kill him, either way it gave him enough to time to slow his momentum and prepare himself to dodge another attack.

He then heard the Uchiha say the words of a water jutsu and created the same blade that Izu saw earlier. It looked like this would be a sword fight and Izu gladly accepted the challenge. He parried Hayashi's slash at his chest and retaliated with a quick and ferocious sequence of slashes and then he would finish with a hew aimed at the Uchiha's collar bone. Izu was a very well trained swordsmen, which was a talent that the mist ninja prided themselves in. He would keep up close and attempt to overpower his opponent with his slime blade.

If Hayashi tried to get distance between them then he would resort to more powerful Savage Slime techniques and try to close the distance between them again. As of now he had used up a small portion of chakra, but he would soon start to feel the effects of using too much ninjutsu and drain his chakra reserves, which was why he would have to make his more powerful jutsu as effective as possible against Hayashi.

Now, one of my biggest pet peeves in GMing is when people act all entitled and self-important when submitting a sheet. Like the kind of people that act like you're supposed to let them in. Like, biiiiiitch, you're asking to come into my house, you gotta play by my rules, or get out. Most of these people are the type who argues with the GM over character changes (simple ones at that) rather than just going to edit the sheet. Doing this is a surefire way for me to say no.

Oh yeah, and people who submit "wip" sheets. You either give me the full sheet, or don't give it to me at all. From my experience most of the people that post a wip never finish the sheet at all.
