Izu was still annoyed at being stuck in Konoha for a while since the Mizukage of his village decided that it would be a good idea for him to go and do some shinobi work for the Leaf as a show of good faith and working towards peace. That part he understood, but them choosing him for this mission was not what he wanted. Konoha shinobi were different from the ninja of Kirigakure and this felt odd to Izu. Regardless of his personal feelings about this mission he would not disobey an order from the Mizukage and now here he was in the Leaf Village.

Right now he was getting ready to head out for Training Field 5 where he had a hunch that Haitani and Inori would be. Those two were the Taijutsu focused members of their little group, while Izu was right now more focused on his ninjutsu and he was also trying to improve his control of the Sūgaku-No-Me. He had plans to improve his skill in hand to hand combat and as a shinobi who liked to call himself a chess master when it came to combat as a ninja, he always favored in being well rounded in knowledge and skill. Izu preferred to be multidimensional instead of a one dimensional specialist and that was how he liked to develop himself.

Once he was ready Izu left his temporary home in the village and headed off in the direction of the training fields. His movement was quick and he made sure to pace himself so that he wasn't tired in the slightest when he got to his destination. He had feeling that there might be some training in order and the last thing he wanted was to get there and not be one hundred percent. After several minutes of travel Izu came to Training Field 5 and it didn't take long to spot Haitani and Inori. He came up to them and gave a calm wave.

"Well here I am. I hope that we have good productivity with training and I am ready for sparring" he said with a calm look on his face. Mist ninja were good on keeping their emotions calm when they weren't in a blood lust and Izu specifically liked to keep his emotions low since he viewed it as key to maintaining control of his battles and focus on winning.

Izo was born in Kirigakure two years before the terrible winter came and his life during the two years before the snow came was good. But then the terrible winter came and things in Kirigakure became very dark. Despite the many years of peace that the village had seen, this winter caused them to revert back to their bloody past and Izo became spent his early childhood with little food and when he joined the shinobi academy with the hopes of aiding his nation in fighting off the starvation and protecting their precious resources from rival nations.

During this period, he had to learn how to fight and survive in the cruel new world. And like with most of his fellow mist shinobi, Izo felt his kind nature become more aggressive. He had to do what he could for his village and his family. No matter the cost he had to survive and help his village make it through the winter. After ten years of snow, the cold had finally started to disappear and make way for fertile soil to grow crops. To Izu it was a miracle and he hoped that things would be better now that the winter was gone. 

However, the nations still felt the hatred of the winter years and thoughts of revenge came into the minds of many. This created great tensions and the terrible effects of the great winter could still be felt throughout the shinobi world. Two years had passed since the snow had disappeared and now there were rumors of another winter possibly coming and Izu felt cold fear grip him at the thought of experiencing yet another age of a frozen world and horrible conflict. But he wouldn't let that get in the way of his duties and as a genin he still had dreams of becoming a great shinobi and help defend his village.

The Moroku clan was one of the top clans of Kirigakure and possessed a powerful dōjutsu known as the Sūgaku-No-Me. His clan was known for producing great shinobi and during the winter years they had been influential in helping keep order within the land of water. For Izu he had always been proud to be a member of his clan and was able to please his parents, but the winter years had seen many members of his clan die. After the snow receded his clan was smaller, but they were able to help a lot in rebuilding the land of water.

Name: Kina Moroku | mother | 38, Kirigakure, shinobi, she is also a Jonin and fought many battles during the freezing years. She wanted peace between the great nations and hope that there would be no further war. She is kind and tries to avoid unessasary fighting when she can. To Izu it almost is like she was one of the few people to not turn darker during the winter years.

Izo is a close to mid-range fighter. He is more used to using Ninjutsu than Taijutsu, but he almost useless at Genjutsu.

Sūgaku-No-Me

Ｄｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎ
the Sūgaku-No-Me is an eye technique that causes the user's eyes to become a bright unnatural shade of blue and small numerical like symbols to appear on his irises. This allows him to see the mathematical equations of things in the world around him and the distance of the objects, which appear as a sequence of mathematical symbols and numbers. Basically he can see the numerical distance of something he focuses on. When he looks at an object, it has a mathmatic equation around it and he can understand it. The user can even see the mathematical equation of chakra, which he can recognize. Each kind of person or object has a unique mathematical equation that he can potentially recognize, which makes them able to potentially see through a genjutsu depended on how powerful the genjutsu is and how much the Sūgaku-No-Me user has mastered the bloodline technique.

Able to see the exact numerical distance of objects.
Able to see through varying ranks of genjutsu depending on the user's mastery.
Able to perceive the mathematical equation of chakra. 
Izu is currently only a novice with his eye technique and can only see the numerical distance of an object of up to a hundred feet.

Uses up a good amount of chakra to maintain.
Unlike other eye techniques, the Sūgaku-No-Me doesn't grant him the ability to have a better reaction time or see with almost a full 360 degrees.
The user can lose track of specific objects if not focusing very well and has to keep track of which object/objects is important.

This technique creates a stone tower from the ground and it rushes forward at the user's target with great speed. The tower is about twice the size of a human and hits with stone crushing force. The purpose of this technique is to ram opponents in the hopes of breaking bones or knocking them off balance. Despite it's great speed and power, this technique can be taxing on the user's chakra if used too much and lightning chakra techniques can shatter the tower.

Ｄｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎ
This technique causes a large spike to shoot up out of the ground near the user's feet to try and impale an opponent that is within six feet of the user. The spike can stretch out to a maximum of six feet. It is vulnerable to lightning attacks and staying out of its range can make it very ineffective against a very agile opponent.

The user stomps his foot into the ground and a wall of solid rock rises in front of him to protect him from an oncoming attack in front of him. Even though it is good for protection against powerful physical attacks and water techniques, it is almost useless against lightning techniques and can only protect him from attacks coming at him from one direction.
