Personally, I'd say if they're named after a deity, then full deity name, otherwise just what they go by.
(Especially true if the Codex lore hasn't been changed this past year.)
Elkepzel is not a deity name, only Vili. But his full name is both, so it might be confusing.
So, for the sake of getting this done, here's a copy/pasted list of all the Codex on the wiki. I'll try to specify which ones I remember are claimed. I just think having the list here will make it easier to communicate with each other about who to replace and not replace.
