Eve watched and smiled at Rockmar and Wimena. She thought it was very kind of him to teach her how to defend off an attacker. The better she could do it the better chances she would survive. Eve had sat down in the grass at this point. She was enjoying the day. She looked down the hill and she thought that Tarquin was coming up the hill but from her position it was hard to tell for certain.

She caught herself clutching her talisman that hung around her neck. She stuck it back inside of her top so it would be safe and she stood up and started to survey the area they were about to head into. Her mind was racing. Was this creature sleeping in a cave? Was it controlled by someone? She had heard a name twice and wondered if it meant something, Justica? Maybe they ought to find out who this is and see if it was related to the beast.
Lol *catches you both and glares at you with laughter in her eyes*
Eve stayed near the back of the group and just kept her eyes open. She stared off to the north wondering what was out there and how far down the road it is. She looked at all of them and noticed they all seemed to be on alert wondering what would happen next.
Thank you for clarifying that @Kelewen. Honestly, I wish I had known you intended that beforehand. I think it takes away from the story drastically and it limits what we can do as writers. I would definitly have spoken to you about it first. I do like the overall story and I love the charachters we have in here so I will stay and write with the others.
@Kelewen I have some questions. You said you were controlling Cedric and the Constable was an NPC. You made me change a post because suddenly NPC's are not players everyone can play but the Constable is off limits to us. Only when I asked about the beast you decided you were controlling that too. NOW you tell me AFTER I write that you are in control of everyone on the island that is not one of us from the boat. This was not mentioned anywhere else in the OOC other than when I did something or asked a question.

This is not DnD if you want us to write well we have to have a little free reign. Give us clues to find the ending you want us to get to but let us have the freedom to be writers. I'm not here to be bored waiting on information that you don't want to give out. BTW going from the OOC to PM was rather rude and uncalled for don't you want the others to know what you are telling me in secret? It sounds like you don't want us to get the idea that our opinions on how we want to write the story matters to you. Yes, I feel very insulted so yes I am a bit angry right now.

Please explain.
Eve saw the little girl squirm until Rockmar let her go and she watched as she went running to her father and started to tell him about last night. Eve started walking towards them. She noticed that the house they were removing sheep from had many scratches on the side of it, very similar to those that are on the building that they had stayed the night in.

"Sir? Last night Edith stayed in the main building with most of the townsfolk and we travelers that ported here yesterday. I just want you to know that she was well looked after and made safe."

Edith's father said, "Thank ye ma'am my Edith's a bit of a spitfire. Ye might na'noticed." Eve nodded and chuckled.

"I did notice that. Did you see the beast last night? Is there anything you could tell us about it or what direction it comes from? We would like to try to help if we can."

He thought about it a minute and scratched his head. "It came from the north and this morn it headed back that same direction. It got my goat in the barn. The door was na working so we tied her up behind the hay and this morn she was gone."

Eve nodded and replied, "Well thank you sir. I'm sure that will help. If we are here tonight I'll look after Edith again for you." He nodded and kissed her hand which made her blush. She turned and went back to the group and updated them on her discussion.
Lilly stayed close to Litrix as they neared the town. Obviously they were new to town and everyone stared at them for this reason. Animals and children were pulled back so as not to get to close. Lilly determined that they were afraid of Litrix. She looked at him when he wasn't aware of it. He was an interesting person and he was friendly to her and that was all she really cared about. She tried to give some of them a mean glare but since it wasn't in her nature it just looked like she had something in her eye. They continued to the nearest business with a help wanted sign up.
[@Dragoknight] Valyna Valance

Valyna had only glanced at the name and date on her arm once in several days. She knew today was the day and she found herself to be a little nervous and irritated at the same time. She decided she needed extra confidence this morning and pulled out a silk dress that complimented her figure and she found some matching high heels in her closet. After her hair and makeup she took another look and decided she was putting too much into it. If they were really her soulmate then it wouldn't matter much what she was wearing. They have no choice in the matter.

She drove her sports car that day. The local cops knew it was her but they ignored it. Most of them either had a crush on her or just realized that she would ignore them anyway. Since she argued with them or blew them off they realized it wasn't worth their time. She pulled in and went up to her office. People seemed to be waiting to drown her in paperwork and before she got to her office she was carrying at least ten pounds of work to go over. She also had a new assistant and a new acountant starting today.

As she passed the assistant's desk she said, "Come in." The young man followed her in and sat down. "Are you the assistant or the accountant?" he answered. "I'm the assistant. I was told knowing the airport was a must. I am very well versed in all of the terminals and entrances to them as well as parking hubs." Nodding Valyna said "Okay then....Patrick is it? Go ahead and get setup and I'll buzz you in a few minutes." He left and she sat down to go over the contracts and accounting records in front of her.
Eve turned and looked at Tarquin blushing as she had not realized he had been standing that close to her. "I'm sorry I hope I didn't yell in your ear. The little girl is quite scared ad impatient." Eve barely heard what Cedric was saying but assumed that he and Rockmar had spoken. Cedric was heading towards the direction constable's men had went. She turned her head and caught sight of a young woman hovering over the ground. She had seen her yesterday but was too busy to question her.
