Willy, have you considered maybe giving up your spot, or your co-GM spot to someone else. You're not here much and your co-GM hasn't been seen in over a month.... One of the three Black Alliance guys would probably be a good choice. They're active and interested.

I actually did recently.
Both Shorticus and GoldEagle are missing almost ever since the IC started up. I am up for any suggestions who should be the GM.
Also speaking of which my GM position from the get go was strictly organizational because I knew I am unlikely to be active. It's just my luck that two decent choices turned out to be not so optimal in the end.

I see three sheets in the CS tab; how many aren't there yet? I'm not sure what class of ship I'll go with, but it seemed that most were smaller, like destroyers and frigates.

I think we have around 6 ship profiles or so.
Most of them are in the OOC since only finished profiles are allowed to be in the CS.
Mine is basically a prototype strike frigate (a frigate in the weight class of the destroyer with more offensive focus) which uses warp accelerator cannons as its strongest armament but overall its main purpse is still defense and long range patrol.

I am a PMC or at least part of a PMC so I don't think regular navy units can group with me as my subordinates.
Though I do fantastically in fleet engagements. My ship is a strike frigate which makes it okay even patroling alone but at heart its main job is still to intercept incoming threats and defend a fleet.
If I wish to use modern comparison let's call this a Zumwalt-class without its infamous drawbacks.

I admit I still haven't read over every post. On the other hand the Warcraft movie gave me another dose of inspiration so hopefully I can put my contribution to this game by sometime the weekend.

Fomoria is more of a constituent planet within the Eos Federation or whatever it is. Maybe others have achieved some kind of autonomy but Fomoria is still ruled from Eos while probably sending a few politicians to the central government to voice its own concerns. Anyways, some clarification on the government system could be nice.
Also Eos Federation is a bit strange since most likely Eos is just the strongest nation within the whole.
Terran Federation or other somewhat more generic names might fit better.
How about Galactic Federation? Sounds mighty pretentious given that humans hardly control much of the Milky Way but that's just how things are.

Can there be multiple human governments? perhaps working together but I dont see humanity as being able to achieve perfect unity.

Also, can we have more information on the aliens? why did they attack human colonies?

Depends on what do you man by that it's already a thing here.
The Federation seems like an interstellar equivalent of the EU rather than a strict one government system since nations like Chaptrap's Fomoria can exist in them.

Eos Federation? Solarian League?
I don't see any mention of them other than the generalist mention as "humanity".
