Bio

Hey there, I'm Wolvena!
So, after being away from the roleplay world for a while, I'm ready to jump back in. I don't do many 1 on 1's because I tend to struggle to keep it going after a little bit. I normally go with group rps on the smaller side, just because I tend to get a bit lost in larger ones. My go-to genres are animal(mostly wolves), anime, sci-fi, and fantasy, though I'm always up to give something new a try.

Location: Texas
Addictions: Minty chocolate, Wolves, Supernatural Tv Show, Anime
Favorite Quotes:
Even if you think you're alone, even if you think
there's no one else to listen to you. You're not alone.

You are Not making mistakes,
you are Not losing.
You are either Winning or Learning!

Name: Rosalie Braeden

Nickname: Rose, Rosie (only by her parents and grandmother)

Age: 29

Appearance:

Scars/Tattoos: Antipossession tattoo on her right hip. Five long scars across the middle of her back and two smaller scars across her upper stomach from a Windigo.

Vehicle: A black cherry four-door 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle

Personality: Rosalie is one of those that once she puts her mind to something, she is going to see it through. She is loyal to those she considers family and friends and would do just about anything for them. She’s not afraid to speak her mind, especially if she knows it’s for someone’s own good. She’s not one to lose her temper easily, but like anyone, she does have her limits. She has a soft spot for kids and dogs but doesn’t let it show all that often so that it’s not seen as a weakness and used against her.

Backstory:
Rosalie is the daughter of Ben Braeden and the granddaughter of Lisa Braeden. Sadly she never knew her mother, for she passed away soon after giving birth to Rose from a brain aneurysm. As Rose grew up, it was always her and Ben and Grandma Lisa. They did almost everything together and it was a pretty normal upbringing for Rose. Though things slowly began to change when she hit her early teens, while helping Ben clean and organize their attic, Rose came across a large plastic box filled with old photos. Taking a break from the cleaning and organizing, she opened the box and began to look through the photos, recognizing the people in each photo she picked up to look at. She soon came across a couple of photos, one was of her father Ben and grandmother Liza with a man she didn’t know, the other with Ben and the same man. Rose sat there holding the photos for the longest time examining them before getting up and going to Ben for answers on who the man was. At first glance at the photos, it was clear didn’t recognize the man in the photos, but the longer he looked at them, it was like something was coming back to him. It then looked like Ben was hit with a ton of bricks, Rose could see the memories Ben had forgotten about flooding back into his mind. She watched as a smile came to this lips and tears filled his eyes as he stared at the man in the photos.

When she asked again who the man was, Ben told her his name was Dean Winchester and what he had done for him and Lisa and how they had all lived together at one point. Of course, Rose thought her father was pulling her leg when he spoke about Dean saving her father and grandmother from monsters because she believed that there was no such thing as monsters and things that go bump in the night. They were just stories to scare kids into being good and doing what they were told. She soon learned that Vampires, Werewolves, Demons, and other storybook creatures were in fact real and could pass themselves off as normal humans without anyone noticing them. After that, she became obsessed with learning all she could about Dean Winchester and the things that go bump in the night in her spare time, being fascinated by all of it instead of scared of it. By her mid-teens, Rose was pretty well versed in most things that went bump in the night, even if she hadn’t encountered anything. Though that all changed just after her sixteenth birthday. One night walking home after a party, she was attacked by a tall man dressed in all black. Said man turned out to be a Vampire. To say she wasn’t scared would have been a lie, to finally come face to face with a creature she had read about was terrifying but that fear soon turned into a strength she didn’t know she had.

The will to live and not become a meal for a Vampire took over her fear and gave her the strength to fight against the Vampire, and lucky for her, she had a knife on her that she had started to carry after learning about the supernatural. It wasn’t a terribly large knife, but it would definitely get the job done. The Vampire almost seemed to enjoy that he found one that was willing to fight back and give him a challenge, but what he didn’t expect was for this girl to have a weapon on her. After a long and exhausting fight, Rose finally won the battle against the Vampire and killed it, and did as lore had described doing to make sure he stayed dead. She then returned home battered and bruised and explained what happened to her worried father as he patched her up. It was that event that sent her to take on the life of a hunter, to keep others from having to go through what she did and possibly become or lose their life to a creature that went bump in the night. Of course, her father didn’t like it but knew if he tried to stop her she would still find a way to do it with how strong-willed she was. So for a while, he took on the life of a hunter with her, not wanting her to do it alone, and met up with other hunters who were willing to show them the ropes. As she grew older, she took on more cases by herself and helped other hunters on their cases when they’d call for help. Later on, she learned that Dean Winchester had been killed on a case, and with that, her dream of meeting him was shattered but she was still determined to keep what he and his brother had started going and not let the supernatural take over.
Esme Stirling

Esme watched Duke as he shrugged and made his way back over to the bed, her smirk staying on her lips as he set the pizza on the bedside table and spoke. Her smirk soon grew into a smile as she listened to his words, especially the last part. Was he questioning his own method of how to seduce her? As he laughed, so did she. It was hard not to. His laugh was contagious, especially when he had a smile that met his eyes. His nervous glance over at Sarah didn’t go unnoticed but was glad that his smile never faded from his face. As his eyebrows rose and he leaned in close, one of her own eyebrows went up, but soon fell at his words, a soft blush taking over her cheeks at his words, and leaving her at a loss for words. She gave a small laugh as her eyes dropped to look at the bed as she searched for her words and memories danced in her mind.

She could remember well how he would act around her at the simplest of touches on his arm, shoulder, or even hand when she would ask him something or thank him for helping patch her up. Even when he was helping patch her up, things became a little awkward. After the memories faded, she lifted her gaze to look back at him, a warm smile resting on her lips. “It might work.” she teased softly. Her smile turned into a smirk once more, even with the blush remaining on her cheeks. “I remember well how you were then. That’s why if I touched you, it was mostly on your shoulder or arm. That’s also why I didn’t hug you too often.” she told him with a small laugh. She then watched him as he flipped open the pizza box, picked it up, and carried it as he crawled over the bed and sat in front of her. When he dropped into the pillows and laughed, she couldn’t hold back the laugh that escaped her from his contagious laugh.

At Duke's next words, Esme’s smile grew warm, and she placed her free hand on his arm, giving it a gentle and loving squeeze. “Other than being extra hungry from smelling that pizza….” she smiled more. “I’m feeling much better, thanks to you.” She gave his arm another squeeze before releasing it and pushing herself up further on the pillows, so she could eat sitting up rather than laying down. “So, there’s no need to worry.” she added warmly as she pushed herself up. Once where she wanted to be and comfortable again, her smile never fading from her lips through the entire process, she looked at Duke, her hand coming up to rest on his arm again. She then leaned into him and placed a soft kiss on his cheek. Pulling back slightly, she nuzzled his nose with hers, then gave him a peck on the lips. “Now, how about passing me a slice, Bright Eyes.” she said warmly as she smiled at him.
Marabella Swan

Marabella continued to sit at a table in the Mystic Grill, watching and listening to the people that came and went. After finishing what she had ordered, she began to grow bored of the people and atmosphere. Calling over the waitress and getting the check, she paid her and even gave her a decent tip. Standing from the table Bella made her way through the building, out the door, and outside, taking a deep breath once she was back outside. Moving away from the door, she looked around the town as she decided what she should do. Should she wander around town to see what was new? Should she find the Salvatores, or should she just linger around the Grill and see who or what crossed her path? Sighing heavily, she settled on roaming around town and getting a feel for the town and its residents. Picking a random direction, she began to walk, taking in everything the town had to offer.

It was almost surprising how some things had changed while other things hadn’t changed one bit after all the time that had passed since she was last in Mystic Falls. It actually made her laugh a bit to herself and even shake her head. It was as if time had slightly stood still in certain parts of the town. She could still vividly remember what each building used to be, which some were still the same today. Shoving her hands into the pockets of her black jacket, she continued on her way with a light hum and a small smirk resting on her lips.
@thejillybeenI'm sorry I've kept you waiting for so long.
I'm currently working on a post and plan to have it up later today.
Esme Stirling

Esme’s heart fluttered at his words before she had pulled herself closer to him, even if he was teasing her, it was nice to hear the words, they made her heart swell and made her feel warm and fuzzy which was something she hadn’t felt in what seemed like forever. When Duke tightened his grip around her jaw and deepened the kiss then quickly leaned her back, she smiled behind the kiss and held back a giggle, her heartbeat picking up a bit as he caged her in and tangled his legs with hers, moving her legs a bit to help him avoid her injures. Her free hand came up to rest on his cheek, while her other slid from the back of his head to the side of his neck as she melted into the kiss and the pillows of the bed. She was in complete bliss and was aware of nothing but Duke's emotions, breathing, heartbeat, and touch as everything else had faded away.

Her heartbeat picked up a little more and a new smile tugged at the corner of her lips as she felt him tracing his fingers around the top of her towel, but it faded quickly as she jumped from the sudden knock at the door. As he pulled from the kiss and sighed, she did the same as he pressed his forehead tightly to hers. His words and frustrated sigh brought a new smile to her lips and another small sigh from herself from yet another disruption. “Yes, it did.” she replied in a breathless laugh as he stroked her cheek. She was half tempted to hold onto him to prevent him from leaving the bed, but she loosened her grip on him as he scooted back and off the bed. Once his feet had hit the floor, she rolled to her side, propped her head on her arm, watching him as he adjusted his towel and went to the door. She rolled back slightly as she heard Sarah growling and heard her sit up. “Easy Sarah. It’s alright, it’s just the pizza guy.” she told her softly. “No need to get yourself worked up.”

Once Sarah had stopped growling, Esme rolled back to watch Duke, a soft smile rested on her lips as she watched him grab his wallet before opening the door. She couldn’t see it, but she knew he had a wide smile on his face just by what she felt in the room. When he turned around and closed the door, she looked at the large box before looking back at him. When he wiggled his eyebrows and spoke, she couldn’t hold back the laugh that escaped her, it made her think back on times when they were the unstoppable trio. They were times she thought back on fondly and made her happy that he hadn’t changed or lost that part of himself during their time apart. “Seduction with food, hm?” she said through her laugh as she brushed some hair from her face. “Just how does one seduce a lady with food?” Her tone was playful and a playful smirk had also made its way to her lips as she looked at him.
I want to apologize for the delay of my post. It started out with me not feeling well and has turned into me dealing with some family things. Once I get that and my head in order I’ll have a post for you.
Esme Stirling

Even if Esme wasn’t fully in tune with her Empathy or an Empath at all, it wouldn’t have been hard to miss how her actions and words affected Duke. His surprise at her deepening the kiss and his soft smile as his cheeks flushed from her touch made her smile to herself. Even before she had said it, she wanted him to know she wanted him there with her. She wanted her actions to speak just as loudly as her words to show him what she said was true and not lies just to make him feel better. She wanted him to know her for who she was now and not be afraid of her because of the unknown or surprising him with it later down the road. What she wanted at that moment, more than anything, even her beloved car, was him there within arms reach, his arms around her, and his lips on hers. She wanted to be locked away with him and away from everything else to have at least a day where she didn’t have to worry about anything she normally did on a daily basis.

She almost lost her hold on her serious face when Duke’s smirk widened to show his teeth from her brushing back his hair and then play with his hair and from kissing his nose. Just seeing him relaxed enough to smirk like this relaxed her as well, then more when he nuzzled her nose and looked into her eyes as she spoke to him. It was a relief when she felt his worry fading with every word she spoke, that’s what she was hoping for. She wanted to ease his worry with her words and her touch, and let him know she’d never hurt a soul that didn’t have it coming to them. She saw how her confession of love affected him, it surprised her that it came out of her mouth with them alone together just being themselves, when every other time it was said they were part of a package. But it was time it was said even if it was shocking and surprising to them, plus there was no denying the love that was between them any longer.

After Duke spoke and brushed his thumb across her cheek, Esme’s serious face faded into a smile that grew to show her own teeth. “No, you don’t have to worry too much about that.” she replied with a soft laugh in her tone. It was a relief he believed what she had told him and that he was less tense now. “You don’t know what a relief it is to hear that you believe me…… The serious mom face was too……” She trailed off, losing her train of thought from the way he looked into her eyes and brushed his fingers over her fast healing eyebrow, then tilted her head back to catch her bottom lip between his teeth then kissed her. She kissed him back before he broke the kiss, a smile rested on her lips, then grew at his words before she sighed contently as she rested her forehead against his, closed her eyes as she rubbed her forehead against his gently. “I know.” she whispered with a soft smile. Releasing his hair, she brought her hand to his cheek and softly brushed her lips across his.

“It’s been so long since I’ve heard those words.” she spoke faintly, her lips just inches from his as a few tears escaped her closed eyes. She pulled herself closer to Duke, feeling the need to be closer to him, brushed her lips against his once more before softly kissing him. Her hand slid from his cheek to the back of his head and her fingers tangled into his hair. She could feel the rest of her worries about Duke fading away as well as the tension her body had, it wasn’t long until she was completely at ease there with Duke. The only thing that could ruin the moment was the pizza arriving since the others had the case to worry about, which she hoped they could take care of and come back in one piece and not too badly injured.
