I think your CS is fine. I like her ironic creation story. She can come live at Mith's house. He has a thing for children, I mean girls, I mean... just get in the van. >>
Whatever. I like pictures.
Name: Mithias
Appearance:

Species/Strain: Undead vamp

Phase of Infection: n/a

Personality: Intelligent, quiet, curious, an investigator, a defender, not prideful. Trying to survive in a confusing world long enough to discover why things are the way they are. Fairly pessimistic about humans, as in he expects them to be a lot like close-minded greedy animals. Some aren't so bad. He has abandoned his human faith in favor of an openness to truth, whatever it may be.

Abilities: Shares the undead vampire trait of psychic communication with other vampires, but Mithias has the unique ability to make himself psychically immune and invisible to other vampires' psychic detection and influence. He can ward them out. Most impressive, he has the unique ability to harvest heat energy from his Obscurum Sanguis. The infection itself generates a lot of energy to animate a otherwise "dead" body. Mithias' strain can focus that energy, lighting his blood on fire in his hands. He can burn something by touch, throw a flame, and even prevent himself from burning by redirecting the heat. There is a limit to this power of course.

Skills: swords, mostly dual-wielding. The whip, bolas, horse riding, driving cars and planes. archery, basic firearms. knowledge of modern finance, government, human psychology, judeo-christian studies, biology and genetics - particularly understanding of Obscurum Sanguis, chemistry - particularly knowledge of explosives, basic computer operation and communication.

Gear: Mithias has a house. It's a nice house, with a security system, a library, a garage, and of course a secret underground area for special-item storage in the basement. He has a bike, a car, and he maintains all this under the guise of some rich old human name with of course unreported savings in foreign accounts. He keeps his main home off the radar and does travel. He probably has stashed away all kinds of weapons from over the years. He finds swords more reliable and respect worthy than guns.

Background: As usual, Mithias was a knight, one of the last knights of the time of the crusades. He was a very obedient, god-fearing man, who chased away the servants of Satan from the realm. He was merciful and kind and very innocent, until his people turned on him and threatened his family.

His young wife, Evelyn, was arrested and imprisoned in a ploy to force Mithias to turn himself in and confess to heresy. Mithias was desperate and turned to a vampire for help. He was turned, then rescued his wife. Being a naive fledgling and clueless about how vampirism worked, he attempted to turn Evelyn, but it didn't work. He also couldn't bring himself to kill her once he learned, through the psychic blood bond, that she was already pregnant. Fortunately, the attempt didn't kill her, but the baby was born with psychic powers. Unfortunately, Evelyn died in childbirth and did not hence become a vampire. The child, Damien, found a decent home under the care of mother Luna at a church orphanage. What role Mithias played in his raising is a mystery lost to time. Damien Varomere alone was the only human to ever truly be gifted with psychic powers.

In modern times, Mithias is fascinated with the progress of science and understanding. He funds a research organization directed at uncovering the source of vampirism and lycanism. He hunts rabid, devolved Draculan vampires and werewolves when they pop up. He doesn't approve of the abuse of humans and will stand up to another vampire that does this, possibly resulting in a fight or a hunt.

Mithias stood on the rooftop, looking over at the group of xenos. The wind had really picked up. Suddenly, a arc of purple lightning cracked above them all. It was loud, and startling, finishing its entire mile-long bolt before any on them even had the time to flinch, or even register the shockwave the pulsed through their body in the split-instant that the lightning fired. Mithias' expression didn't change. Fear completely didn't register, surely Luigi's group was even less impressive to him. The warp storm had hit their location, but of course, being estranged to this universe, Mithias didn't know this wasn't a completely normal event. Fuck, it was just a Tuesday. Maybe purple lightning happens every Tuesday. Whatever.

It really didn't look like he was ever going to get where he wanted to be. He wasn't going to ever meet anyone that he would ever want to know or would have any meaning in his life. Hell, why was life worth living? Where was any meaning without any stability? What greater power was there than the ability to consciously choose to die? The vampire appeared to lose interest in the portal travelers and glance over the edge of the building dangerously. It was a long, long way down. Death would hurt a lot, but probably only briefly.

He looked at his company again. Why shouldn't he kill them? Didn't he kill everyone? Fate had clearly put them directly in his path, for a reason... he laughed inexplicably. Who was he kidding? There was no reason to existence. The very fact that these beings before him sounded like they even believed they had a purpose was hilarious, and a tragedy. "I'll do you a favor." Mithias said. "I'm getting out of here, and I'll do you the favor of getting you out too. We never were individuals. No one was ever 'someone,' you see... All we need is a way out of hell." The inside of the barrel of the cannon he was holding began to glow a bright yellow and radiate heat. He was about to pull the trigger on Luigi.
@Theodora_21

You said I could make a human right? I love vampires, but we got too many.
@thewizardguy

I'm waiting for your version of "dead" vampires.
How well can mithias withstand a warp storm? I have no idea how bad they are.
I will also come back. I think a lot of powers were out of hand in previous games. It was a bit of an experiment to see what people would do and what would happen to the story. But it is not just powers that need to be controlled. We also need big CEO's and influential cahracters to have a limit on their resources.
"...THIS IS LIKE THE BEST DAMN ROLE-PLAY I HAVE BEEN IN!"

Son makes me proud. *wipes away tear*

But goddamnit, I want to see a reboot too. I'm sorely tempted to get involved in such a wild endeavor. Is there any particular point you want to begin at, Remi?

Mithias stood up. He had some measure of his vision back. He had mostly heard the ruckus that happened after he was rescued, but he was able to see the figure of Andre walking back from the fight. He wanted to thank him. He felt indebted to him, and to Snarf, yet strangely at the some time he felt ashamed for what had happened. He saw Arlen some distance away, apparently recovering. he was safe, for now. His dear book lie in shreds on the floor, and the vampire sighed at it. Perhaps he'd never learn the way of peace when he had so much power at his disposal. Inwardly he believed that the greater power was in saying no to using it.

Flicking his yellow eyes to Andre, Mithias carefully approached. "I thank you, sir..." He began to speak, but then suddenly Andre seemed to be in pain. Mithias paused. "Sir? Are you alright?"
