My therapist mentioned referring me to a psychiatrist for anxiety medication, then at the next appt. said it wasn't a good idea as it doesn't the issue. I would've loved the temporary relief though...

Started calisthenics today; not to lose weight, but to get toned and get a little stronger. It's a 5x/week type deal ChatGPT drew out for me, but my snap, crackle, pop knees sure do love to complain..

Sorry for the double post, but Lily isn't in costume right now. I thought I should let you know. I mean, whatever confrontation she has with Red Claw could give her away, or maybe you thought about something already.
The moment Lily opened her eyes, she realized she was lying on a cold, wet surface. With a painful groan, she pushed herself up to sit on the ground. The dark graveyard scene sparked her memory, one that she wished wouldn't resurface. With a trembling hand, she touched the back of her head. The caked blood was a tangled mess within her short hair, and it was then the sudden realization hit her. Jack wouldn't be there anymore to patch her up, or give her the same advice he did every time she came to him for help. She now felt cold, although Lily wasn't sure if it was because of what had happened to her or if it was due to a temperature drop. She stood up without much trouble, looking in all directions to make sure her attackers weren't there with her. After deciding it was relatively safe, she started walking back through the same path she'd used earlier to visit Jack.

A few minutes later, Lily found herself on the sidewalk, directly across a diner that appeared to be closed due to the dim lighting, but had a customer sitting on one of the tables. Or maybe it was an employee? She paid no mind to it, and instead, dug inside her bag to fetch her phone. Lily sighed and shook her head when she found out that her phone was dead, and looking up at the diner again, she decided she might as well ask them for a small favor. She crossed the street at an increased pace, even though there were no cars around. Once she reached the other side, she proceeded to walk around to the main entrance and knock on the door.
@Xandrya@fluorescent Do either of you two mind if the Red Claw butts in on your meeting? I have a motivation for his showing up there, and for stuff that could happen after, but I've been dragging my feet when it comes to figuring out vigilante stuff for him to actually do, and I figure hunting two illegal vigilantes at once is a pretty good option.

Go for it. I was procrastinating a bit but I'll come up with something to post now.
@Rawk

Honestly, if Vin "accidentally" killed JJ towards the end of the game, I'd applaud you. I mean, the poor girl has shit luck even in his dreams, so it's only a matter of time before she's a goner for good.
@AcerRo

Nate is going to be in a world of disappointment then. I want him, or his clone rather, to hit on Vin while JJ is in the shower though...now that will be a fun read.
@fluorescent

Honestly, I didn't have anything planned so feel free to do as you wish.
I like it, although I can only imagine my reaction if I were to wake up and see the statue in the shadows.
Jennifer

"Well, I guess we better play the part then," she added, hooking her left arm around Vin's and her right one around Nate's before walking towards the lobby. "Believe it or not, everyone around likes to keep to themselves as most of the residents are extremely private. But who can blame them, with all that money there's bound to be at least a couple of skeletons in their closets."

The three of them walked into the elevator lobby without incident, and Jennifer called one of the lifts by pulling Nate closer to the wall so she could press the button. "A few house rules though," she continued, still facing the wall. "You can make yourself at home, but clean up after your own mess. I don't even want to see a single tissue out of place. Secondly, do not stain any of my rugs," she said, looking at Vin, "or furniture, for that matter. And third, you can't leave my apartment until you've had at least one drink."

Once the elevator doors opened, Jennifer dragged the two men inside before unhooking her arms to take them to her floor. "But I'm not sure I'll enforce that one tonight. I want to have this thing on my back checked out, but I can't exactly go to a hospital now, can I?" she looked at Nate, knowing the answer before he even bothered to say anything. "One of you two will just have to patch it up for me real quick. I mean, I doubt it'll require stitches."

Once they reached her floor, Jennifer walked them to her apartment. The front door was closed, but not locked. She cursed under her breath, reassuring herself that Harrison's fuckface friend would receive the same level of punishment like his idiot partner.

"Here are are..." she said as the two men walked in, closing the door shut behind them and locking it. "Nate, can you come to the bedroom with me? I need you to bandage the wound. Vin, make yourself at home. There's a bathroom and a closet in the spare bedroom, so you can unwind for a while."

Madison

"Oh...us?" The girl's comment had completely caught Madison off guard. She felt herself grow a little warm, knowing that she was blushing at this point in front of Vlad and the girl. "We're not a couple, but we are in the same class, that's why we're heading that way together.

She turned her head to look at Vlad, her rosy cheeks still glowing. "Say something!" she mouthed to him with an expression of urgency on her face. If rumours were already going to start flying around the school, then she would have to shut them down before they saw the light of day. Instead of giving a response like Madison expected, Vlad waved them off as he said "We're not together. Trust me, she's not my type."

And just like that, he was off, although he wasn't necessarily heading towards the classroom. Madison turned back to the girl.

"Sorry for being rude to you, by the way. I was just a little on edge. I'm Madison," she said, extending a hand to formally introduce herself.
