Celeste & Orion

Orion was sleeping rather well. His bed was nice and warm and the house was quiet. However, the peace didn't last long before the quiet was broken by the sounds of familiar screaming. Orion groaned and buried his head under his pillow, hoping to drown out the sound and going back to sleep. Just when the peace returned and he thought he might actually be able to go back to sleep, a quiet creaking sound drifted over to him which was followed by soft foots steps. He felt his bed dip gently, almost not feeling it at all. The light weight crawled towards him and he cracked an eye open when he felt a gentle poke on his cheek. Bright blue eyes gazed at him amid a tumble of brown curls. His eye slowly glanced to the side and groaned when he saw the time through blurry eyes.

"It should be illegal to wake someone up this early." He muttered to his sister and closed his eyes. Celeste frowned down at him and huffed lightly. Since his eyes were closed he couldn't see her hands and so she resorted to poking him again. He peeked his eye open and looked at her again. She gave him a look that clearly meant he needed to get up. He sighed before sitting up, wrapping his arms around Celeste so she wouldn't go tumbling off the bed with his movement. Celeste giggled silently and reached one small hand up, playing with a strand of his hair. Orion smiled slightly at the sound. "My hair is deifying gravity again isn't it?" Celeste nodded before climbing off the bed. Orion saw that she was already dressed for the day and decided to do the same. After throwing on some clothes he attempted to tame his hair but gave up when he saw it was a losing battle. His hair did what it wanted. Orion glanced at Celeste, who had been waiting in the hall while he got dressed. He exited his room and the siblings made their way to the kitchen. "Morning." He said to the occupants of the room while Celeste waved.

Celeste gave everyone a small smile before she walked over to Ena, where one hand gripped the older girl's shirt lightly while the child stood on her tip toes, peering at the contents on the stove.

Celeste felt her eyes widen as Runa lay out more fabric than she had ever laid eyes upon. It looked like every color was there as well as a few she didn't know the name of. And so many pretty patterns! There were so many, how would she ever chose? The child stood there, brushing her curls back from her face as her eyes ran over all the fabric. Right then. She eliminated the denim right away. While the fabric made good clothes, it had no place hanging in the window. Next, her eyes ran over all the bright colors but she scratched them off the list. If it hurt her eyes to look at them then it will probably hurt others eyes. Besides, if the sun shone through the bright fabric it would make it too blinding to even glance at. With one hand placed on her hip and the other tapping her chin thoughtfully, Celeste examined what was left. Finally she pointed to a baby blue fabric made from cotton with delicate white swirls spiraling across the fabric. "I think that one should be for the window andddddd..." She scanned her eyes once more over the spools before she finally pointed at a purple fabric that faded in a white ombre near the bottom. "And that one for the dressing rooms."
Orion

Orion was dismayed to reach the clearing where the angel rock stood and there was no sign of his little sister. He ran a hand through his hair, growling in frustration and worry. He took a deep breath. He had two choices: wait for her and go and try to find her. He worried his bottom lip, torn between staying here in case she arrived or searching for her incase she was lost or hurt. At his side, Loki suddenly gave a growl and Orion whirled, hand reaching behind him and drawing his katana in one smooth move. His eyes scanned the trees, searching for whatever had spooked his wolf. He finally spotted a figure garbed in black standing just out of the tree-line staring at the boy. Orion narrowed his eyes, watching the figure closely. Were they infected? He watched as the figure seemed to be waiting for Orion to do something before disappearing back into the gloom of the forest. Orion continued to stare, waiting to see if the figure reappeared. Did they want him to follow? He glanced at the rock before striding over to where the figure had disappeared. He kept his katana at the ready, unsure of what was going on. Loki suddenly barked and took off faster than Orion could catch up. He cursed, losing the canine in the dense forest. He just hoped Loki would have more luck in finding EStelle than he was. He sighed. "Now what?" He asked his invisible guide in a low voice.

Estelle

Estelle watched as the woman picked up her note and read it before telling the child to wait there. She watched as the woman stood and walked back over to her male companion, digging through his backpack. The last thing Estelle guessed was for her to pull out a cat. The woman turned and walked back over to the child, stating they could help her then asking if she wanted to pet the cat. Estelle nodded hesitantly, inching closer until she was able to reach out and run her fingers over the soft fur of the cat. A small smile spread across her face. Suddenly, she heard rustling in the bushes. She turned and let out a soft wordless cry when she recognized Loki's familiar form. The wolf bounded from the underbrush and raced over to the little girl. Estelle dropped to her knees and threw her arms around the wolf hybrid, burying her face against his coat. Loki let out a small yip, pulling back and nosing over her small form to check for injuries. He then realized they were not alone and a low growl reverberated through his chest, hackles raising as he backed up against Estelle and began nudging the child away from the strange woman.

Estelle tangled her fingers through Loki's neck fur and clicked her tongue twice, their signal for him to back down, that there was no threat. The growling slowly stopped as Loki relaxed and when Estelle whistled a note low he dropped down to sit. Estelle turned back to the woman, feeling much happier. If Loki was here then Orion couldn't be far behind right?
