Wasn't sure if this is the right topic to pitch something like this but that's what moderators are for, right? Alright, so what's this about? I've noticed that quite a few of us on here are into the salt mining business that is Overwatch, hence why I'm throwing out a bit of an interest check. I'm here to talk to you about the Overwatch Initiative. So, what does it involve? Well, I'm hoping to put together a collective of like-minded players and fans of the game, form into groups and do competitive or even just quick play or arcade games with. If you don't feel up for doing competitive, that's totally fine too! I welcome all here.

If you're interested, all you need to do is post the following:

What times suit you the best?

What role do you like to play and what characters are you best with and/or enjoy playing the most?

What game mode you prefer or are happy with? List all that apply, or just put 'Any'.

What platform do you play on?

What Battletag/PSN/Xbox Live name do you go by?

Hopefully this'll be a good way to get to play some Overwatch together, and most importantly have fun.

Role/character: Flexible or support. Lucio, Mercy, Moira, Symmetra, Zen, Mei... can also Ana/Zarya/Dva/S76/Widow to a lower level.
Game mode preference: QP & Comp - main account in mid-masters from placements only, alt account placed in plat and climbing so I think I can queue with anyone.

Role/character: I can play almost any of the character depending on the situation. I am a Junkrat, Roadhog, Mercy, and Sombra main; but, I have been playing Moira and Brigitte lately. In short, I could be considered a flex player.
Game mode preference: Deathmath (FFA/Arcade) and Competitive mode (placement is 2390 at the moment).

It's hard to tell exactly when it will come up, because the progression of events in character depends on how much time we writers have to actually write through them. But, currently it is January 10th-ish IC, and Spring Break will be around the first week of April IC. If I am giving an honest estimate, it will probably be at least a few months in real time before we get to that point in character.
