1. I'm in school to become a physical therapist assistant! (Did it!)

2. I will quit any roleplay that has been inactive IC for one month for any reason. I've been in too many Schrodinger's RP's and I'm not doing that anymore.

Corrie is currently in one club (to be revealed in my next post). I doubt she is in any other clubs or gets out much, as that's kinda central to her character concept. But she might be willing to join any club (or maybe sports team) as a new member if she decides to put more emphasis on her social goals.

Corrie could also spend a lot of time in the library and join study groups to show off.

Oh good, human voices. The presence of other humans made the situation less dangerous. But also more awkward. Eric's leafy back rustled as he shifted to a crouch, showing his face, hands up in a nonthreatening gesture.

"I don't mean to trespass," he began in a clear, direct voice. "I was running from some wild Pokemon and ended up here. I mean no harm."

The man fished around in his pocket and pulled out an official-looking name badge.

"I'm Eric Wong, reporter for Resolute Forum."

Eric doubted any of these women had heard of the indie political news website, but his position alone sometimes garnered respect.
@Kenshi For future reference, a realistic time to worry about an RP being dead is about a week after the last IC post. Even then, it may just be waiting on one person while everyone else is ready to keep playing.
Aaranya Singh

@Vampiretwilight
All was faring well. As predicted, the winding paths were hushed, deserted in the early mourning glow. Aaranya stared straight ahead, blankly, numb to the world as she rounded the corner to her next destination.

Aaranya came to a sudden halt, eyes wide as she teetered for a moment. There was somebody there. One of long brown tresses blocking her chosen path. Aaranya slipped back behind the corner just as the woman began to turn her head. She flattened her body against the shaded wall of a quaint shop. Running might be a better option, but the pink-adorned woman couldn't will her feet of stone to move. She just had to hope that woman, that everything, would float away like smoke.
Eric managed to reach the top of the fence and was starting to climb down the other side when he saw a Pidgeot flying overhead. Damn! There's a flying type with them, too. The young man decided there was no time to waste, he must hop down and hide fast. He winced a bit on the landing but recovered quickly. Eric hastily squeezed under a couple large bushes and lay flat into camouflage mode, looking much like a pile of drying leaves.
@Kenshi Ok, you're allowed to make stupid mistakes. But it might be better to leave the stupid mistakes to your fantasy-horror characters for the most part. ;) Welcome back, your seat's still warm.
Eric crawled a couple feet closer to get a clearer shot. He took a couple more photos of the Cloyster. It was quite unusual to see such a Pokemon so far from a body of water. Chances were slim it thrived well enough in a lightly wooded area to evolve. More likely, some callous trainer thought this would be a good place to drop off a bulky water/ice type if they wanted to make sure the Cloyster could never bother them again.

The raven-haired man put away his brooding thoughts and turned back to focus on the task at hand. ...Oh no. The Cloyster was staring right at him. A couple other Pokemon followed the Cloyster's gaze. The young man's heart started thumping as his brain came up with two options for his predicament. Run, or hope the Pokemon would not mind him being there.

And so, Eric ran.

He didn't dare take the time to look back and see if anything was actually chasing him. Eric put all his focus into sprinting the shortest path out of the woods. His speed was admirable, but the kind of strength required to climb over the fence into Sarah's ranch proved a bit lackluster.
@Vampiretwilight Good, a choice. Not a very bold, story-contributing choice, but something we can work with. I plan to post a reply sometime tomorrow, unless @Moonshadow wants to be the footsteps and replies first.
@Vampiretwilight Okay, here are some options to go forward. Pick one for at least one of your characters.

1. Find Moonshadow's librarian characters and interact with them
2. Find Aaranya and interact with her
3. Find the mangled body of that terrible drunk guy and react to that

It doesn't have to be a magnificent post, but anything to start a bigger conversation with another character(s) would help the RP move forward.
Guys. @Kenshi. 24 hours does not make a dead RP. And it's a weekday. If you have an expectation of people posting every day, or some other expectation that's a make or break for you, please say it so we can try to fix it before you quit.
