We have one hell of a roster. Looking good guys!
Name: MacKensie Trydant

Nicknames/Titles: None

Gender: Female

Age: 21 years old

Species: Human (Ignore the ears lol)

Original World: Lyon, France

social status: N/A

Appearance:

Personality: MacKensie has always been a strong headed, competitive person. She is generally agreeable, but known for a bit of a temper that can be triggered by a moral injustice, (or occasionally just some perieved slight on her person.) She's into politics, atheletics, archery, ballet and classical music.

Backstory: Daughter of Sir Axel Trydant, a French business magnate, and Belle Trydant, popular socialite of high society; MacKensie was afforded all the opportunity to be successful. And before the plane crash, success was exactly where she was heading. On her way to completing a major in sociology. Picked to represent France in the coming Olympics. But it all came crashing down, along with the plane that was carrying her and the national archery team across international waters.

Skills/Talents: MacKensie's atheletic endevours have translated into this strange new world remarkably well. Her dexterity and coordination far exceed her previous limits, and she is able to shoot arrows, bolts and even throw stones with silly precision.

Powers/Abilities: None

Items: MacKensie has landed in this new world with a one-handed crossbow, complete with a modest pouch of bolts. And also a magical grappling hook, which will probably take some time to figure out.
Haha awesome. I can't sleep so I might aswell make this character
@TheFox Cool, I'm going to start by just arriving also. I'll make my character a little more bold and cocky, to play off Yakeru's more cautious nature. Should be a fun dynamic.

Going to bed now, I'll do my character sheet as soon as I wake up.

Here's a basic outline, in case the GMs need to start and do any GMing:

(In spite of the pointy ears, she's human)

Name: MacKensie Trydant

Age: 21

Backstory: Died in a plane crash, appeared in new world.

Abilities: MacKensie's national level archery achievements, from high school, have translated into this world in the form of supreme dexterity and coordination. Whether it's shooting arrows, bolts or even throwing stones, she rarely misses her target.

Items: MacKensie woke up in the new world with a one-handed crossbow and a modest amount of bolts. Also, a magical grappling hook, whic she has yet to fully explore it's potential.

FULL CHARACTER SHEET COMING AFTER SLEEP! I'm excited now.

EDIT: Nice pic, Thinslayer
Oh, I didn't realise your guy was an Isekai. My bad

@Zerofighter@TheFox

I'm still looking for the other guys character sheets, but Zero, Fox: Are you guys starting the RP as if you just arrived or have you been in the world a while? Either way, your characters seem cool and I could make a character that forms a party with you. if you guys were up for doing this traditional Isekai style?

Martials arts, shadow magic & swordsman, teleport... I dunno, maybe marksman, magic grappling hook?

Once I find the other Isekai profiles, I'll add more @mentions, I'm not trying to leave anyone out

@Dark Cloud@Conscripts There, I think that's everyone whose posted an Isekai
Let's gooo!

I'm not familar with that game. (I've heard um... not good things about Fallout 76, let's say.) Have you beat the other games? Which game of the three I mentioned are you most familiar with, or which game's events and setting would you most like to write in?

@Jaredthefox92
Fine by me, as long as we're all in agreement
It seems to me like adding mechanics would be difficult work for GMs and it would make grinding for OP status more important than actual RPing.

*I'm gonna officially vote against mechanics.*

However, I still like the idea of a shallow aesthetic of an MMO RPG world. Where we can RP as 'levelling up' or getting more experience and higher ranked in guilds. We don't have to make it strict, I mean we're all gonna have plot armour and uniqueness anyway right. It's more about the writing, for me.
I just want to say (seeing as I've unwittingly steered this RP into a tabletop game) I have zero tabletop experience, but I admire DnD from a distance. I would be totally willing to read and learn, if the whole group decides on doing this. But I have no idea, right now, about how any of these systems work.

I was just wondering if the RP would be like Log Horizon or Sword Art Online or something haha.

I'm liking all the enthusiasm though. And I'm willing to go with whatever the group wants.
