Kazeno smiled as he stated his name as he sat down, swiftly threw a bowl of miso at Chi Ni who was making rude gestures. Hopefully nobody would notice a floating bowl of upturned miso hanging around. He snapped his own chopsticks as he saw Sasaki look at his food with a killer intent. It feels like he wants to burn its house down, not eat it!

Kazeno went back to focusing on his own pile of food. After saying his prayers, he picked out a few meets and a couple of vegies and put them in a bowl besides him as the duck was pecking at a steamed bun he had. Every three bits of rice he had, there would be one with vegetables and meat, Kazeno ate this way due to intensive training his foster parents had put him through when eating.

"You guys espers--SNAP --or magicians" Kazeno heard Sasaki break his own chopsticks as he was eating his way through a bowl of rice the height of his head. Kazeno thought he really must have something against magicians or it was something he would end up killing.
"Me? I'm an esper, level four aerokinesis with an ability called Vortex." Kazeno downed a slice of pork followed by a bit of rice. Said "bit" of rice was more like "a quarter of a bowl's worth", Kazeno had always wondered about his eating habits. He wondered if it had to do with the fact his last name was now "Yamato" as he didn't recall being able to eat this much as a child.
"Also, what' with the duck?" Sasaki took a break from his vanishing mass of food.
"Long story." Kazeno looked down at his own shrinking pile of food, "I don't know wether I should keep it, turn it to Peking Duck or give it Kae-sensei."

The duck did not approve of the last to choices and viciously pecked at Kazeno's hand. "Ouch, stupid duck." Kazeno glared at it before finish off the rest of his food in some quick bits, "So, Kotori, mind telling us about yourself?"

Kotori - An Invisible Songbird

There was a girl looking at her from across the cafeteria? Why? She was speaking, but so distant was she that Kotori couldn't understand her! Not only this, but when she talked, the middle-schooler boy she walked with also looked in her direction. Her cheeks flushed in the presence of the two that stood in front of her to be seated, the she desperately fought the urge to raise the social shield that was her book again.

Hiding in the daily life of Academy life was no longer acceptable. She had to have courage, she had to actually talk to people!

This in itself was a task that was going to be excruciatingly difficult.

Nodding timidly when Kirima inquired if the book she had hid behind was a good read, Kotori lightly plucked yet another piece of delectable Pineapple and took a bite. Savoring the sweet and tangy tastes that danced across her taste buds, she watched on as the behemoth pile of food clattered down upon the table in front of her, and Sasaki alongside it.

Watching his gleam of anticipation for the meal that lay ahead, it did not change the task set before her at this moment. She needed to make a good impression. For once in her life, she might be able to have friend at this peculiar place.

When the boy that sat in front of her asked if she were an Esper or a Magician, she flinched as the chopsticks broke in two. The response to the inquiry over the duck was at least humorous, and she failed to hide the hint of a smile at the response. Though the thought of cooking the poor creature seemed to be rather unfair. It was a rather adorable looking bird, she didn't think it deserved to be cooked.

But first was the matter of Sasaki's question.

Should she answer it truthfully? More often than not when someone else found about her abilities, she was chastised and rebuked as a result. Would this place be any different? Shaking her head and removing the thought of it, a simple thought occurred to her; if it were so horrible to be an oddity here, would it be so casually mentioned in daily conversation?

She needed to make friends, she needed to learn how to actually socialize decently for once. And in order to do such, the first virtue she had to learn was that of honesty. A truth that she direly needed to tell.

"I-I am what you call an Esper, Kirima-san, and...I'm sorry, I didn't quite catch your name Duck-san." She hesitantly stated, glancing to Duck Boy. As a demonstration, her bag slowly unzipped seemingly by itself and from within it rose a trio of ball bearings, each of them two inches in diameter, rotated and spun about one another in the air before rolling smoothly onto the table in front of her breakfast.

There, they came to pause as a rigid row between her Bento and Sasaki's massive tray of food and froze. Ever still, Kotori continued to timidly talk. "If you would like more spices perhaps you might like to try my rice, Kirima-san." Gently, she rotated her bento box with her slender fingertips so that the rice was closer to the boy who sat opposite of her. Sharing her delicious cooking was a good way to make a first impression, right?

"I am from the Ishikawa province, w-what else did you like to know about me, Duck-san?" She added lastly to Kazeno, her gaze rotating to look straightforwardly to him. "I think you should keep the bird as a pet. Peking duck isn't too great of a dish, and the effort to pluck and clean that duck is worth not nearly as much as the satisfaction it would fail to bequeath."

Before Ria could say anything. Yuki-kun popped out of nowhere, getting her all flustered up; "Hey Yuki-kun." Having a motion of compiled expressions to what she said and what's going on:

The last one being a push button to annoying her and breaking her cool barrier, she stands up and goes to the toilet and goes back to their seat, TRYING TO CALM DOWN. CALM DOWN. Then she freezes Yuki-kun solid, a harmless freeze which he can get out of. "I'm not bi. I just happen to like seeing good bunches to draw for my light novel." Ria said to Taiki. "Speaking novels. I would have finished it, if it wasn't for some Pyromaniac during the second day."

Ueno, poor poor Ueno. His day was not going too well. His alarm clock had failed to alert him of the dawn. His cereal was mostly crumbs, and the milk, although not sour, was certainly lacking in taste. He knew a trip to a grocery store would be inevitable, but it certainly wasn't something he would want to do. However, later he would come to regret not going to the store, as an encounter with one of his least favorite people was set thanks to it. Shortly after entering school campus, he heard a familiar voice speak out, quite loudly. "if it wasn't for some pyromaniac during the second day" is what he heard. Had he thought his actions through, he would probably have just walked off and hoped she hadn't had noticed him, but thanks to his stupidity that was not to be the case.

So, Ueno shouted out towards Ria. "Hey, you got some bone to pick with me?

"But wouldn't that-"

Yuuma started but quickly stopped himself. He knew a tea enthusiast when he saw one. And his own personal history dictates that saying 'isn't that a bit too much?' or something along those lines was a bad idea. So he pulled up a chair and took a seat. His eyes curiously gazed at the tea set up. He pulled the green tea as pointed out by Kishiko and then he waited... and waited.

"um... is it okay to drink it now?"

He politely asked.

"oh yeah."

Taiki thought.

"Definitely Bi"

Ria practically reeked and shined of guilty. But he wasn't gonna say that out loud. Seeing Ria freeze the accuser made him want to poke more fun at her though. Fortunately, he managed to suppress his mischievous nature. Just before Ria could start another topic some gung-ho annoyingly loud student shouted at Ria.

Maybe it was a spur of the moment thing but when the guy shouted, Taiki 'reflexively', if you could believe it, threw the chicken leg bone at him.

"Lots of rude people here, aren't there?"

He asked Ria rhetorically.

"Please feel free one should always drink it while its hot after all." Looking at him she let out a small smile "tea is always best with company afterall huh?" She quietly muttered to herself it has been a long while since she had company during her tea time. "So please tell me about yourself than afterwards ill return the favor" she said after taking a sip from her tea. Letting a smile play across her lips she couldn't help but think that perhaps she may have finally found a friend within this place.

"I see its heightened instincts and a innate trust in them" Justeaze said casually as she finally figured out how he kept dodging most of her attacks as she got up from being thrown. Though even as she said this a large smile was on her face as she was breathing a bit hard as well this had to be the most fun she had in awhile. "hahahahaha this has to be the most fun I had in ahwile" she exclaimed as she increased her speed once more it would a bit harder for her to turn but it was worth it she thought. Charging forward once more she did a stabbing motion with her hand that had a small wind blade before switch it up to her foot as she went for a kicking attack once more. This time though due to the increased wind at her feet she would be able to react without falling down fully.

Dylan

"Glad that you seem to be enjoying this as well, Justeaze-san," Dylan said, a wolfish grin on his face as he met her charge with one of his own, earning himself a cut to his face from her wind blade as he performed another grab on her hand, leaning into the attack to knock the girl to the ground with his weight. If he succeded in this, he would position himself as he fell so that he'd be straddling the girl, with her arms held above her head with one hand, and the other being positioned over her throat. He'd stay like this for a moment, the wild intensity burning in his eyes giving his gaze a bestial feel to it, before he took the hand away and leaned in closer. "So then, do you concede defeat, or can you get out of this some how to continue it?"

Dylan was hoping that she'd have someway to get out of the hold, but he also worried about himself if this fight continued. Even now, he could feel his blood pounding with a strange compulsion that he had always felt compel him. A primal hunger for battle that had been with him for as long as he could remember. He loved and loathe the rush it gave him, loved it for the pure bliss, and loathed it for what it turned him into. He could never control himself when he got like that, and he was afraid of what might happen one day if he lost it and attack an ally in his rage.

@Kiso

Akira

Akira chuckled as Kae pushed him out of the room. No wonder she's single, her attitude would scare of even the most persistent of suitors. . . except for dumbass Akira that is. Akuma grimaced as he pulled out his notebook, seeing the notes his other half had put down for the blue teacher as he walked down the hall, ignoring the trash that bursted in after him. "Let's see, She isn't nice, she isn't misunderstood at all, she is probably some sort of dominatrix with her talk of guinea pigs and such. . . why does Akira always seem to be drawn to the weird ones."

Akuma lamented his misfortunes for a second, before making his way to the Gym, spotting a guy who seemed to be training rather intensely. Since he wasn't using any abilities, Akuma assumed that he must be a Normalish. Which, to Akuma, meant easy pickings. Walking over to the other student, he cleared his throat to make his presence known.

"Hey there, would be interested in having a duel with an Esper like myself, as i'm sure that'll be a lot more fun than hitting a defenseless punching bag."

Still is trying to keep her cool, that guy! UGHH! That guy who messed with my light novel script with Tabasco sauce 2 days ago! Arajuku Ueno! Ria is flustered seeing him again. It's not like the guy did it on purpose but reaching a success at almost 100% only to be destroyed by a Tabasco sauce, Ria cried deep inside as her efforts were crushed.
"B-B-B-B-B-B--B-B-B-BONE??!?!?!?!?"
Hilarious reactionp Ria could not spit it out but think but her behavior from the body language she's showing with her reaction already explains the dirty thoughts clinging right now, she couldn't bear to eat her banana split after the pyromaniac said it. She was blushing so red that Arajuku Ueno is the second person to get her all worked up, second to Taiki who can mess and break down the Absolute Zero's cold stone heart.

And then she STRIPS.laughs smoothly. Maintaining her lost cool but it's not helping at all. She stands proud.

And they butt heads

I haven't meet a pyromaniac since 'him' Ria pressed him against the wall. "Yeah, you're picking a fight with me Ero-Tabasco-White haired-looking-flame-brained-punk." Her boisterous voice is so loud that it now causes a commotion in the cafeteria.

"Mm, that sounds like an interesting ability, Kazeno-san. How about yours Na-"

Sasaki's body tensed up, ready to spring into action as his hand crushed his chopsticks in twain the moment he felt the AIM - the pressure given off by telekinetics specifically - in the area shift towards him. It wasn't intentional by any means, and if he could've stopped it he would've. Unfortunately, even though it had been a few years since the last time he dealt with anything of that ilk, his instinctual responses to these sorts of events was still very 'fight' rather than flight.

It didn't help that the crowd on the other side of the cafeteria was getting more volatile by the second. Did that middle schooler just throw a bloody chicken? What the actual fuck?

After a few moments of silence from the giant, Sasaki rested his fist on the table and opened his hand, allowing the broken bits of chopstick to remain on the table. His body wasn't soft enough for any splinters, so he didn't have to worry about anything like that. "...Ara, sorry about that," he sighed, sweeping up the dust and shards of his broken eating utensils. There was no explanation from the giant as he stood from his seat. "I'll take you up on that offer, Namashiya-san," he said quietly, leaving for a moment to dispose of his broken chopsticks and get a new pair.

Sasaki mentally chastised himself as he walked away from and back to the table. He'd be interacting more and more with friendly espers and magicians, the more time he spent at this academy. He couldn't just go around preparing for conflict with every little show of power he comes across! This was the 21st century dammit! Who goes around challenging people to du- Actually that was a dumb question. Trigger-happy espers were a dime a dozen. Case and point: a couple meters behind him.

Sasaki retuned to the trio's lonely table with a forced-looking smile that was somehow more unsettling than his regular resting bitch face. He caught enough of the discussion left over to figure that they were discussing what to do with the duck.

"I don't see what's wrong with giving the duck to sensei. What could go wrong?" Sasaki asked innocently, "At worst you only see it in class, and at best-worst?-she gives it back to you."

Poor Sasaki, if only he knew.

"Does the duck have a name?" he mused, snapping the attached pair and digging back into his remaining pile of food with a fervor. It was almost impressive, in the same way watching a python consume an alligator whole was. Eventually he completely excavated his mountain of food - which was now a mountain of piled dishes and plates - which left Kotori's rice as the one remaining food article left. He nodded to the creator of the dish before taking a tentative bite.

"...!"

Sasaki stopped the movement of his mouth as his eyes widened, brow furrowed. He swallowed and took another. And another. And another. And eventually the rice was gone too. "Ara..." Sasaki remarked sheepishly, "...I didn't 'try' so much as 'completely ate' your rice... Sorry."

"no I wont continue it's just a spar after all I will concede defeat" Justeaze said as she panted heavily. "This showed me where I need to improve so thank you no matter how strong or sharp my winds blades are if you can sense or feel it its useless" she muttered to herself this was just another experiment she needed to fix she cant stop the wind from making a person feel it but perhaps she could delay it? "So quick question would you mind letting me go?" She asked still on the ground with her arms pinned.

I am a sheet of paper who was slowly falling down and glomps Tsumiki and I come out of the paper. "Tsurara-san!!!" Then I was wrong it's not Ria, time to change points. "Tsurara-san!!!" In a location I marked. Oops, wrong location. "Tsurara-san!!" Wrong location again, I saw two people smooching in the toilet, I hate it when I see that. I warped again, "Tsurara-san!" Wrong place. To conserve energy I just run around the place and warp when I need. "Tsurara-san!" Until finally I warped in the cafeteria with... "I found you!" Out of balance I am, I landed onto someone's table which covered me in food.

At Tachibana's suggestion, Yuuma slowly took a sip and a gulp, careful not to get burnt. He felt the warmth spread to his throat and throughout his entire body as the cleansing liquid entered his orifice. It was almost like he could feel his very soul being purified by the tea.

"ahh..."

A look of absolute bliss made itself at home on his face. He took another gulp of the holy drink in all but name before speaking.

"More about myself? Well, I guess I should start with saying I'm an esper~"

Yuuma adopted a sing-song friendly tune, matching Tachibana's smile with his own pleasant one.

"Eha! What the fuck!" the chicken bone bounced off his chest and fell on the floor. It started Ueno quite a bit, he wasn't expecting others to get involved. Throwing chicken wasn't something he ever expected to be involved with. He turned to Taiki, and would have started to give him a piece of his mind, but before he could do that Ria had to start acting up. She was red as a stop-sign and look absolutely flustered. Ueno was barely able to comprehend someone of such caliber being made so uncomfortable by a comment like that. Hell, it wasn't even that dirty.

However her being red as a tomato was quick to end, and she regained her composure quickly. But maybe her brain was still catching up? With a bit of a weird laugh, she started to strip. Had Ueno not been pissed off at her and Taiki, he would have had trouble looking at her without his lower half getting jumpy. But that wasn't the problem, the problem was her butting heads with him and talking smack. Would Ueno take it? No. Of course not, whats the use of digging your own grave if your not going to go the whole way?

Ueno pushed back, trying to make her the one stuck in a corner. Jesus christ, what did they do this girl's head? Yeah she got herself to become a level 5, but did half of her head get scrapped along the way? He couldn't tell if he pitied her or was just pissed at her. Anyhow, now was the time he returned her comment in full. "I'll burn you alive you dead-beat exhibitionist ice-brained wench."

Dylan

Dylan nodded at Justeaze, glad that the spar had helped her in some way, as he releasing her arms and got off of her body. He brushed himself off a little and would even offer to help her up if she didn't mind. Once they were both up and standing, Dylan would look over to the cafeteria, feeling his stomach grumble lightly in response. Man, that sparring really worked up an appetite, I'm starving.

He was about to bolt of towards the building, when he thought better of it, turning to Justeaze with a grin while he pointed to the cafeteria. "Hey Justeaze-san, want to go to the cafeteria to get something to eat. I don't know about you, but that sparring session made me rather hungry." His stomach chose to emphasis that with a much louder growl, causing Dylan to turn a slight shade of red from embarassment. He didn't draw attention to it, and prayed that Justeaze wouldn't either. If she agreed, then he'd walk with her to the Cafeteria. If she declined, he'd give a short wave "Good-bye", before bolting off to the building.

Taiki wished he had popcorn or some nachos because things just took a turn for entertaining.

"ah... youth..."

He muttered as his face was suddenly filled with nostalgia. He remembered fighting his first pyrokinetic. Seriously, it's like being a hot-head is a prerequisite for being a fire-wielder, it was a comical and somewhat suiting phenomenon.

Taiki grabbed his bowl of potato salad and started to dig in furiously as he watched the two opposing elementalists clash. Ria was acting like a hot-blooded delinquent, wasn't she supposed to be the cool-headed one? The other one was probably an overly aggressive yankee by trade if first impressions were anything to go by.

"FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!"

As a responsible teacher, Taiki should've intervened by now and tried to stop them. But if one were to ask Mishima-sensei what 'being responsible' meant, he would probably have a hard time trying to answer. He was better off as a teacher who followed his instincts. And right now, instinct dictated he cheer them on.

"FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!"

Taiki continued to chant as he clambered up on a table, bowl of potatoes in one hand and a raised spoon in the other.

Kurogane Kiyoshi

This academy had eyes and ears everywhere. It was a well known fact that, if left with their own devices, the students could bring the academy down within hours. Actually, make it seconds if Level 5's and Saints were involved. That was why teachers were equipped with handheld transceivers, made exceptionally difficult to trace or inhibit signals. It was a blessing of primitive technology, since there were only so many ways to manipulate it, whether it be to block or strengthen communication.

It was obvious that all level 5 teachers had these communication devices. Whether Taiki turned it off or not did not matter, since the administration did not even bother trying to urge him to act responsibly. They had factored in his playful nature and concluded that only once the cafeteria became a wreck would he finally intervene. Even then, he may cause some damage himself.

"The fight has been authorized. Please make sure they do not destroy expensive school property."

"Got it. Kurogane out." Kiyoshi pocketed the transceiver once again and sighed. It was Taiki who should have provided authorization and confirmation, but Kiyoshi could see that the thought never occurred to his old high school classmate. Personally, he was annoyed, as he was dealing with some paperwork at the time. If someone was to prevent property damage, Kiyoshi was sure to make Taiki do it first.

No one seemed to have noticed Kiyoshi, even when he passed right in front of them. Whether it was because their attention was fixated on the commotion in front of them, his ability, or a mix of both was unknown. Taiki would probably be the only one who could 'see' a certain young man in a suit, as that man placed a cat right on top of Taiki's head. Sayuri made herself comfortable on Taiki's head while Kiyoshi silently stared at a fellow level 5.

Kotori - An Invisible Songbird

The tension that lingered in the air as the chopsticks shattered in Sasaki's grasp remained heavily in her mind. It were almost as she had feared, the odd ability she had been born with was adversely reacted to almost instantly! Nervously, she bit her lip as he returned with a new pair and muttered a soft apology. Quizzically, she stared at him for a few moments as he ate, watching as his expression changed to one of grave nature to joy at the tastes she had imbued in her rice.

In the matter of a few split seconds, her serving of rice was long gone. Thankfully, she wasn't terribly hungry to begin with, so waiting for lunch to arrived seemed not as detrimental as others might think.

Yet still there was the concern of the shattered chopsticks, the slivers from which still dusted the table. Had she triggered something that caused a traumatic memory to arise? With a shift of her fingertips, she picked up the three ball bearings and returned them to her bag; manually, rather than telekinetically. After all, she didn't want to have him breaking another pair of chopsticks because of her.

"It's quite allright, Kirima-san." She spoke softly, nodding her head just slightly. "I cook my own food, so if someone truly likes it I consider it a compliment! If you wanted, I could make you some breakfast tomorrow to try; consider it an apology for startling you so." This time however, her softened lips broke just briefly into a radiant smile, she could at least show a little pride in her culinary ability. A brilliant smile however, that abruptly ceased as she watched a chicken bone fly across the cafeteria only to be shortly followed by a string of angrily shouted words from two ends.

Sitting up straighter so that she could meekly glimpse over Sasaki's shoulder as they discussed exactly what to do with Duck-boy's pet, Kotori's expression paled. Two obvious users of some sort of ability were furiously squaring off with one another just a few meters behind the little breakfast crew. Glancing over to both her newfound friends, well, could she honestly call them friends? They had only just met. Did they consider her a friend? An acquaintance maybe?

It didn't matter, these two were about to fight one another. It would not do well for either of them to risk getting caught in the crossfire! With two as hot-headed as this, the very risk of that happening to not only Duck-Boy and Sasaki but many others seemed too great to allow!

She had to do something before someone unlucky got hurt for no reason.

"I-I'm s-sorry, but excuse me for a moment. I n-need to alter the current course." Bowing her head to the two respectfully, Kotori did not move from her seat in the least. What happened immediately was the screeching of metal on the floor of the cafeteria that overpowered the shouting exchange of words. Even drowning out the middle-schooler that had been urging the conflict forward.

A pair of the long, steel tables that lined the rows in the cafeteria had begun moving by themselves. After the attention from the immediate rage had been diverted, the Tables lofted themselves into the air, hanging vertically so that their tops now directly faced the two that had been riling themselves up for a fight. The only target they faced were their own reflection in the metal.

Their only enemy was their own impulsiveness. A subtle point she was trying to get across, but would likely fall upon blindly enraged minds.

Summoning up her courage to speak while she focused on holding the barrier that divided the two, Kotori spoke aloud, concisely for the entire cafeteria to hear. "If you m-must fight, p-please take it outside where others can't be hurt or disturbed by your c-childishness! You each possess remarkable power, to fight like this i-i-is unnecessary! To do this here puts not only y-yourselves at risk, but others too! P-Please s-stop being so impish. You have a responsibility to control yourselves!"

Taiki felt it, as he kept up his delighted chanting, he felt it. He felt a disturbance. One very familiar disturbance. The young man clad in formal attire befitting of a teacher was in the cafeteria. Taiki stopped his cheer as said young man approached him. He was most likely in trouble for letting two students fight... Nevermind him actually encouraging the imminent brawl.

So imagine his utter confusion when Kiyoshi-sensei, his long time pal, his trusted comrade, now his colleague, placed his pet cat on his head and simply stared at him.

"..."

Taiki stared back.

"..."

Then all hell broke lose for Taiki's auditory senses.

"Aaargghhhhh"

He reflexively covered his ears as the sound of screeching metal assaulted his ears. Oh how he hated that infernal, damnable noise! He could feel Sayuri dig her claws on his head as she too was subjected to the torture.

When the hellish noise ceased, Silence reigned for a short moment before the voice of reason spoke. She was timid and looked close to digging a hole and simply hide there. But her honest feelings were conveyed. To Taiki at least, that was true.

The excessively youthful looking teacher smiled, he couldn't help but feel admiration for the girl in a way. Whoever she is, she had caught his interest.

Taiki settled the bowl of food with the spoon on the table before taking the cat on his head to his arms into a comfortable cradle. He gently climbed down to the floor and aproached the hot-headed pyro and the almost nude Ria.

"Okay, you two, you heard the lady. You wanna fight? Take it outside! I'll even referee the match for ya."

A flood of murmurs erupted after his announcement

"Wasn't he just cheering earlier? Why's he suddenly so sensible now?"

"Hey, who's the brat?"

"That's Mishima-sensei."

"Don't underestimate him because of his looks, that guy's a level 5 esper."

"I heard he can shoot lasers out of his eyes."

"Bullshit... That kid?"

"He's older than he looks."

"You must be new here to judge someone like that."

The rumor mill refused to halt. Even as Taiki lead the two eager students (by force if necessary) to the track field.

He smirked at the brave girl who spoke up with a look of curious interest before they finally left the cafeteria. Even stringing up a sizable audience along as they did.

Kazeno watched as the delicate girl tried to break up the fight, her bravery was commendable. However, he wanted to see something interesting today, and having a hot-headed pyrokinetic fight a stripperific Ria would prove to be interesting enough he assumed.
"Pardon me." kazeo said to Sasaki as he grabbed his drink and jumped up.

A few quick airdashes lead him to the hanging lights where he sipped his drink in anticipation for a esper-gladiator showdown. Chi Ni sat next to him, donning a ghostly foam finger and a tiny flag with the white letters that spelled "fight" on them. Kazeno could only hope that she wouldn't do anything stupid like rocking said lights. Which unfortunately, she did to great effect.
"Chi Ni! Stop shaking the lights!" Kazeno yelled, "They aren't even mean to hold my weight!"
"That just mean's you fat~"

One seconds later, the Duck materialized into Kazeno's hand as he stuffed Chi Ni's mouth with it. A series of (comical) gurgling noises came out of Chi Ni's throat as if she was choking (or the ghostly equivalent). Hopefully that shut her up and he wouldn't be arrested for animal abuse, although the Duck didn't seem to care that much.

"Okay, you two, you heard the lady. You wanna fight? Take it outside! I'll even referee the match for ya."

Kazeno looked down as Chi Ni finally coughed up the duck, he saw one very eccentric-looking teacher standing in between the hot head and the stripper. If he recalled correctly, he was cheering them on not a second ago, Kazeno wondered what gave him a change of heart. A wave of rumors and murmurs followed in the wake of the announcement, even as the teacher (forcibly) led the two outside for their fight.

"Should we go after them?" Chi Ni put down her spiritual foam finger and asked Kazeno who had just stood up.
"Yup." Kazeno stretched his arms, "Time to fly."

With that, Kazeno fell off the handing light and air dashed his way over the heads of students who were all head to the track field.

Bang Constantine

The boxer punched the punching bag in front of him a few more times before turning to a white-haired boy. The boy did not seem like an impressive fighter, and the fact that he was an Esper seemed to support that a bit. Bang, however, never really thought about underestimating people, as he himself was underestimated so much back at his boxing career.

...Sure, he did beat a guy who single-handedly defeated Espers and Magicians while managing to literally tear through their attacks, but that was a totally different story.

"...Okay," he said, finally revealing his voice to the academy.

The man put down his training gloves and picked up a pair of blue boxing gloves, putting them on a bit slowly. As if he let Akuma choose where they would spar, Bang remained silent. He did not introduce himself, he did not ask of the person who proposed the spar for their name. If it were to help him train, whether he got beaten down relentlessly or if he stood with his body worked out, then he would be satisfied.

That was, unless the person who asked of a battle planned on killing him or something. That was bull.
