Here's Einark's thoughts of each character:

Nargesh:
Einark respects the she-orcs immense strength and valour at arms, maybe even going as far as to consider her a comrade in the company. His tendency for personal apathy and distance makes them far from close, but many an hour have been shared in the forge and a few times fought side by side.

Half-face:
Somewhat bemused by the slimmer orc, he recognises the cunning of the scarred orc but considers him as somewhat cowardly due to his tendency for fighting from the back. Being a frontline fighter himself, he sees the Chosen as the best fighters of the company but tolerates his presence due to his worth as a commander in battle, even if he troops needed to be inspired by another Chosen every now and then.

Dakgu:
Curious about the orc’s innate connection with the warg mounts of the company, he considers the depth of Dakgu’s connection as somewhat amusing but recognises the higher quality of mount produced by the Wargkeeper. Has little to do with the orc personally due to both of their somewhat reclusive nature but bears no malice against him.

Grolan:
Somewhat dismissive internally due to his spiritual programming to look down upon the tuskless races of the world and their offspring, along with half-breeds perfectly representing the corrupted nature of the other orc tribes. His personal situation has tempered him and kept his thoughts private due to the contradictory nature of them but remains wary of the half-breed.

Kavu:
Views the quartermaster as somewhat of an oddity among the orcs, recognising his as an advancement on most of the more primal members of his species. Respects his loyalty but questions the extent of his care and speed to react on the battlefield which stands out yet again from the other orcs.

Xozu:
Somewhat distant from the shaman due to the heresy she preaches compared to the teachings of the pure shamans of the Dead Mountain, he would’ve have long removed her head from her shoulder were it not for his spiritual disconnect. Avoids the witch woman and just tolerates her presence.

Rassmata:
Sees the orc as an example of an orc that’s been tainted by the tuskless races out there even despite his lighter shade of skin than usual. Views the munitioneer’s eccentricity as mildly amusing and his skill with explosives as highly useful for the company; maybe even a science to try and take back to the Dead Mountain when he achieved his redemption.

Bel-Gond:
Views the half dwarf with the same disdain as he has for all halfbreeds, he does respect the smaller orcs courage and impact in battle. While he’d not sit down for a chat with him, he’d be more than willing to fight side by side in a circle of enemies.

Ungoth:
Recognising the man’s skills with medicines and a needle for their immense worth in the company, Einark bears no ill will against the odd little fellow. He puts the cave orc’s madness down to the corruption of the deep and the influence of the tuskless upon him, but views this more as a tragedy rather than any fault of the medic.

Rulfim:
Contempt swells for her as a half-breed yet once again, kept as restrained from public as possible; he was not supposed to be following those beliefs until he had tusks again. Wary of some of her combat skills along with the potential consequences of pissing her off as many other orcs had found out the hard way, he mostly stays away from the Runt.

Got my opinions half did. Let me know what you all think. Also, unrelated fun-fact: A small tusk is called a tush, like the little ones on female elephants.

I'm not entirely sure I understand your character's thinking in that if he was more like his father he'd be more of an Orc, as his father was human, unless his deeds are more important than his race, which doesn't seem to hold true necessarily in what other information you've supplied.

Still, it's your character, they can think how they wish.

It's a verbal jab at her feeling he's inherited the worst halves of his heritage--joking at the fact that the Sultan had at least personally decimated a tribe, cowed the survivors to his will and forced an heir into Grolan's mother.

@Beach Burrito

I admit I am curious about how the old shaman thinks of Bel-Gond, what with him being raised dwarfish rather then orcish and actually honors his mother and his dwarf ancestry... I could see him talking to Xozu in order to get a better understanding of his orcish heritage provided she doesn't actively try and kill him for being a halfie. At least he isn't an elf!

Heh, seems no one likes Nargesh interestingly enough.

By the way, what stage of the siege are we at

I assume we're at the 'We know they are besieging' us stage, but they haven't gotten the ladders on the walls or anything. So consider this our chance to prep for a surprise assault.

I'll write up Bel-Gond's thoughts and feelings about his peers after some sleep on my end.

Heh, their actually assaulting us? Well that's stupid, unless they outnumber us by a ridiculous degree. I wonder why they don't go for the wiser strangle hold. Our food stuffs are not likely prepared for two sieges in a row.

Well, this should be fairly easy.

Siege engines are broken down for transport so they can be reassembled on the battlefield, requiring time and number of workers. We probably have enough time to risk an exposed charge, assemble our own equipment or dig in for the defense. Mind if they start hurling rocks over the wall it won't matter how much armor we're wearing...

To bad they didn't brings Cats, build aggers or something... building things in bow shot without portections seems.... hilariously dumb. XD

Probably underestimated how far orcish bows can shoot. I'd imagine their siege line receded a bit after that first reminder.

I plan on getting Runt's thoughts up today on the other characters, but I think her views on Nargesh being more on the favorable side.

I would have thought so, but they did fire back with crossbows (which have terrabad range as it is) so it was good for a laugh.

Basically, they underestimated the number of Tuskers that survived the first fight; the company is largely intact, nominal casualties. They expect a few desperate orcish holdouts, depleted, not an intact whole.

This massive underestimation wont be a thing after this battle, basically. They hired orcish mercenaries. They never really got that they were Orcish mercs looking to figure out how to fight them, ruthlessly exploit the weaknesses, and use every advantage handed to them. It works especially well against arrogant bunnies that think that Nar Mat Kordh-Ishi should fight a certain way because that is how orcs have always fought.

That makes sense. Either way I'm fine with a challenge, this should make a good warm up then. How's the terrain or is that left up for out interpretation?

(also how large does the force assaulting us look? Hmm, actually my character probably can't see over the battlements. )

When you said the Castle was breached in the prologue, did you mean there was a literal hole put in the walls, or did some Warg riders literally jump over the walls somehow? I suppose there could be a team dedicated to carrying forward some sort of ramp for them to use. Just wondering as the state of the castle would probably play a part in the following siege.

Low wall in disrepair + ramp. Wargs from LOTR (movies) seemed like real climbers and leapers, so that's how we are rolling with them; the sort of castle you pack an embarrassing bastard girl off to probably lacks amenities, including walls in good repair...

Hmm, by the way, someone could take the initiative to point Nargesh in the right direction. As long as it's not in to rude a manner she'd likely oblige. ^^

Also I should get on relationship/how she feels about others.
