Rorack chuckled, "Scary? No offense but that sounds like that of a five year old's taunt. Do I want to travel alone? Not really but I don't have any companions to join me nor do I want to purchase any. I am pretty sure I can handle myself if I do travel alone though." Secretly the twenty-six year old was hoping the boy would ask to join him but there wouldn't be anyone Bala wanted outside of all the towns and cities.

"Hey, I was just trying to simply warn you. There are some real nightcrawlers out there." hearing out the rest of his statements, Bala sort of felt that Rorack was wanting him to say something about joining him. yes Rorack could possibly handle himself but he wouldn't know all the information of the dangers out there without his help. "How about this...if you don't mind, would you mind me traveling for a bit? I can travel but I'd like to come back here after a while." he suggested. "Too bad, if he knew other nobles and purebloods, I'd like to live the high life...that's if he uses his status but this should be fun either way getting him on my side."

As the other girl left, Alexander thought about which course of action he would take. He wasn't on the best terms with his sister, not anymore, at least. He wondered if she'd fall suspicious if he suddenly began talking to her again. He looked over at Lapis when he heard what she had said. "Hmm?" he raised an eyebrow at her. "That's pretty brave of you, but I was thinking of hiring someone more like Joven here." he said, looking over at his left hand bodyguard.

Saya returned to the manor with the goods and quickly took them to the kitchen. She pushed the door open with her shoulder and walked in.
"There you are, dear. If you could please put that inside the pantry, I'd really appreciate it." The old woman from before said as she cut up some potatoes. Saya nodded before going into the pantry and putting away the food.

Rorack's eyebrow arched and he smiled, "I would love to have you accompany me even if it is only temporarily. Though something that may displease you is I won't be disclosing my social statis unless it really needs to be known." He narrowed his eyes and switch to a serious expression on that last part making sure emphasis was put on it. I will not use my social rank unless I need some emergency funds. I don't know if that will discourage the boy from joining me but I want him to know the rules before he joins with me, if he even does.

"No offense to your bodyguard but what good will he be at protecting her against a bounty hunter with more supernatural powers. I know I may not seem like much but protecting others runs through my blood." Lapis told him a look of pure determination on her face. Her mother's blood was on the forefront now. An almost ethereal glow coming off of her skin as the magic from her mother's blood coursed through her veins.

"Hm?" Alexander looked at her curiously before smiling. "I see. It's true that he has no powers," he said as the bodyguard seem unfazed, as though this had been pointed out in the past. "Plus, your determination impresses me." he said, his smile widening a bit. This had the potential to simplify matters for him. "Well, if you can protect her, I'd be glad to have your help, miss Lapis."

Saya finished organizing the pantry and was about to get to work cooking before the old woman said, "You can take a break, dear. We can do the rest."
Saya looked at her and nodded before leaving the kitchen. She wondered if it was because of the small fire from before as she walked through the hallways. She ended up going back to the garden and sitting down in the flower bed. She picked one of the blue flowers next to her and looked at it. She put it in her hair and laid down, looking up at the sky.

Lapis smiled, "It is a part of who I am and after what a great customer you were it is the least I can do." She told him. "I don't believe I have met your sister though so I will need you to introduce me to her and you should probably explain the situation to her. She does have the right to know. "

"I knew it...I knew he'd want me to join and was a bit too excited and suuure....I figured he was not going to use his status...looks like we will be camping in the wild and streets like usual. I sure know how to pick them... Bala thought "That's ok, it's your call to make either way. I'm used to the camping and traveling, not having much..so it's not a big deal." trying to be as yielding as possible. He heard the seriousness in his voice about the status situation. "even if we don't use his status...I have new muscle to keep more powerful people and Nobles off me. I know of nobles in these different towns...I did sleep with a noble's daughter once...and now she's fallen for male slaves...she's more than likely baring one's offspring now...so I'm sure I can find another to degrade...

Alexander nodded and said, "She should be back home right now." He then remembered that Lapis was in between performances. "After you're done here, I'll take you to see her if that's alright?"

"Sounds good to me. I only have one more performance so if you excuse me I shall go do that then we can continue from there." Lapis said before turning and beginning to walk, she then stopped and looked over her shoulder. "You are always welcome to come watch." She added with a wink before heading back to where she performs. When she walked to what was her stage in a sense the musicians began to play and the show immediately started, this show was the special one of the day since it included her wings and flying through the air which always captivated the audience even more so than her shows normally did.

My ears perked up to the announcement for a show of metal works. Looking for the source, I wondered if this show was hosted by a truly talented blacksmith or some similar occupation. I'd rush through the crowd, trying not to push people out of the way but my massive size made this impossible. Towering over the crowd, my candle like eyes focused on the girl, center staged, and her crafts.

Alexander didn't have any more business to take care of, so he decided that he would watch. He only got close enough to see since he did not want to disturb the crowd too much.

Rorack did a half smile hearing Bala was willing to travel with him. "Well then get what you need and meet me at the front gate in twenty minutes. There is something I would like to see before heading out," giving Bala a slight bow he headed off towards the crowd of people.

"Get what I need?...I have what I need strapped to my back...I just need to grab a bag of coins and I'm good to go." Bala nodded "Alright....see ya around..." giving a small salute and going back into the brothel, walking into his chambers where the three girls were still waiting for him but entertained themselves while he was away. The smell of wine and smoke from the peace pipe and hookahs filled the brothel and his chambers up as he grabbed the coins he made...well...stolen and traded to make. Strapping the coins on his side and a little extra down his pants just in case anyone tried stealing what he had, Bala pointed to the girls "Don't you say a damn word to Zaldana about me leaving. I don't want to hear her damn mouth. You whore can continue doing whatever...I'll be back soon...and don't use up all of my oil either!" he said looking around making sure his boss was nowhere in sight.

Rorack was curious as to what the girl was going to do. Walking up he stood beside a really tall fellow. Feeling slightly drawn to him as if he were related to him but not in a familial manner. He looked up at the man/beast, "I don't think I have seen one of your kind before," Rorack said trying to get a conversation out of him.

Roxane was skipping down past the stalls she wasn't interested in. Many of the places she thought were useless she would often vandalize. Not paying attention she bumped and fell onto a small boy. "Hey you little twerp, you need to watch were you stand," she angrily griped.

"Um...I-I was wanting to find m-maybe a.....map for...travel...and...I would like...to see...what attractions this town have."

Saghira's grin stretched a little wider, watching Nilos--his elder and superior--anxiously stuttering about. Of all the people to be scared of talking to, this was very flattering!

Truth be told, he wasn't entirely sure he knew where that all was himself--he wasn't a native, despite appearances. But judging by his lighter skin tone and dress, Nilos probably wasn't used to the common market set-up of the region, while Saghira had been navigating these types of venues all his life. And being as jittery as his new friend was...Saghira was happy to help.

He opened his mouth to say so, but just got a mouthful of sand and a half-elf on top of him, being rather rude about the whole thing.

Titania hadn't slowed down even a bit, her eyes darted around to each person as they walked over and had themselves a good look at all her items, not only was she talking to each person and smiling brightly but her expert eyes for detail were watching every person to make sure no one tried to rob her, She was not going to go hungry tonight. While doing this her eyes scanned across the crowd and the person who stood out to her was a very large man with glowing candle eyes, not a completely unbelievable sight in this crazy mixed up world, but still quite odd. And next to him stood another powerful looking man, However she wasn't there to gawk the five minutes had passed and she needed to get started.

With a deep breath she spoke to the medium sized group that had gathered, including the two strange men, "Alright everyone if you could just step back about 10 feet. I'll start the show." After everyone had taken the time to step back Titania picked up an old sword that she had found in a ditch a few days prior, it was cracked in many places, rusted and quite damaged. then she grabbed a piece of iron. Titania held them up so everyone could see and then when she pulled them back down in front of herself the "fireworks" really began. Her hands suddenly started to glow until they were as hot as a forge and she began working on the sword, heating the metal with her bare hands and basically reforging the sword in a matter of minutes. Once it was ready for the anvil she laid the sword down on it, let her hands cool down and then she reached her hand into the air and let out a loud whistle as a Blacksmith's hammer seemed to fall right out of the sky and land perfectly in it. She began working quickly a true master of her craft, suddenly a shadow covered the crowd and what looked like a Hawk landed on her shoulder, upon further inspection the crowd would begin gasping at the realization that the bird was completely made of steel and iron with a soft blue light glowing in it's eyes and between the gears in it's chest. Titania was completely unfazed at Horus's presence, he always watched her work so she barely even noticed he was there. with a deep breath she picked up the sword that now looked brand new, with the tips of her fingers she slowly sharpened it, sending sparks flying for the crowd effect. After that she held up the beautiful new sword for the crowd to see, sharp and shining beautifully in the sun of the hot day, "All the weapons I'm selling are made in this way...with the touch of the gods..." Titania turned to her wagon and pulled off a little box about 1 square foot in diameter, it was made of all kinds of gears and metal and on the top was a small button. The moment she sat the box down she pressed the button and the gears started turning something inside and then suddenly the air was filled with peaceful and beautiful music. A sweet and attractive smile played across Her lips as she went and stood behind her booth, people now buying much more than before.

When Saghira was about to speak and Nilos about to listen intently, Saghira was knocked down by this elf woman who snapped at him "Oh! Saghira!" Nilos said hurrying to kneel down and try to help him "Are you okay Saghira?" then turning to the elf "Are you hurt anywhere, Miss?" Nilos asked politely to the half elf girl. The look of worry was on his face, looking at the two. Last thing he wanted to see was people getting injured.

"MISS? Do I look like a damn grandma," Roxane snapped at Nilos. Getting up she brushed herself off, "Man you look like a wuss." She looked him up and down.

As the finale to her performace Lapis created a giant sand snake that she rode on the head of making it go up about 30ft in the air before the sand snake exploded into fireworks of a sort as she began to free fall. The crowd gasped as she let herself fall until about 5ft from the ground when her wings shot out of her bag and she propelled herself back into the air with a spin as she released butterflies of light right as the music came to an extravagant end.

Lapis flew down to the ground and landed folding her wings as she bowed. People came up to her talking about her show and others asked her to perform at a dinner party or something along the same lines. When the crowd finally calmed and dispersed Lapis made her way back over to Alex stretching her wings one last time before they disappeared into her back. "I am all yours now." Lapis said before realizing how that could come off. "Not in that way though, I mean I'm done with performances and can offer my assistance" She blurted out flushing from embarrassment.
