I know you brought some of your players over. That doesn't mean you run the game, like it appears you have been from the start. If Charak wanted to ask all those questions, he could have asked me himself. If he wanted to rebut me, he could've commented/PM'd on his own accord. I don't know why you have to butt into everything like you own the place. This isn't a personal attack against you, mind you. I appreciate you fixing the wording issue with Blight Bug's card, because I'd gotten it wrong. Regardless, this isn't your game and just because you act like it is doesn't make it so.

Also, in your IC post, I think it was mentioned not in Prostagma's last post but in the post before that

there was no possible way he could remain close enough to actually get a good look at the pair.

Which I think was supposed to be literally. And if you're sprinting at full speed over a span of several miles with weight on your back, surely this must be physically possible as well. Or does physical law only bend around your character?

Hey, don't diss toons. With Comic hand and Toon Kingdom being made into real cards, along with Dark Magician and Red-eyes toons being easy to pull out in massive amounts, you can make a pretty fun Rank 7 focused Toon deck. It's not going to take the meta by storm or anything, but it could totally work. Of course, the problem is that this game runs on the anime rules, and i distinctly remember Pegasus mentioning at some point that only he had the Toon cards. Somebody correct me if i'm wrong, i usually am.

I've already allowed people to have Numbers and Exodius. Only one person in the anime having a certain set of cards is a non-issue.

Its really easy to do crime in the yugioh world when either guns don't exist, or are the answer to dealing with world ending cults that try to use a childrens card game on motorcycles to take over the world xD. Especially when you can just own everyone and their 4k lifepoints with a burn deck. xD

But I dunno, it feels like there isn't room for the fun nonsense stuff that is the yugioh anime from what I can tell and that makes me sad.

Like my post said, Fuubi's deck has major weaknesses. The key is to make sure your opponent doesn't know them until they slip up.

if she can't I can totally see her opening up a bakery in her dorm room by pure chance because the smell of fresh baked goods is pretty damn powerful

Edit: Random thought how are duel runners stored? if there is a storage unit for them she can borrow one of those right?

Personality: Umi is strongest there is and she will make sure you know it. Cockey, arrogant, loud, obnoxious, short tempered. If she sees something she wants she'll do anything to get it.
History: Umi grew up in a poor family. Both her father and mother worked long hours for little pay in order to make ends meet. While attending grade school she often had to beg for unwanted commons from her friends or dig through trash to find cards to play with. Despite the power gap between her and friends she displayed great skill and amazing luck, often pulling herself out from the jaws of defeat. With her family's financial pressures hanging overhead she studied hard and always got good marks.

After she graduated from high school she earned a scholarship to Duel Academy due to her academic performance and not her dueling skills (she was an ok duelist in her school but didn't have the funds necessary for a pro level deck). Now at duel academy her goal is to go pro and become a breadwinner for her family. Until then she has picked up underground dueling, which has proven to be a lucrative though dangerous source of income.

Oh hey. Someone actually running some of the newer cards. Cool. Even with all the normal monster support, I still think Zushin's gonna be hard to pull off. You can totally keep it there though. A feeling in the back of my head actually tells me that Pacifis might be a little too strong, but you've only got one of them and most folks are running removal anyways.

I'm not sure if I can keep you since you don't seem to post very often, but if you think you can keep up with the RP and not slow your fellow players down, you can certainly join.

Do you have in mind something for a Solar Legacy though?
