[IC] Survival Is A Must!

[Dmessenger]

Alex was walking through the village when another soldier came up to him. "sir the council asks for your presence" Alex sighed "great what now" Alex then followed the soldier to the main building. Alex then walked inside the build which had a large round room with twelve men who are all different ages. Alex then said "to what do I owe the honor of being summoned" One of the men stood up and said "you have been summoned so that we may talk about your questionable actions the past few weeks" Alex said "you mean training our future soldiers in case we are attacked by Ayamota or maybe something worse." Another council member stood up and said "Your actions could destroy the very peace that we have been working on all these years" Alex said "you forget, if it wasn't for my father and his friends the Itakei would have been wiped out." The first council member said "Are you threatening us Soldier" Alex said "No if I was threatening you I would be using my newly trained soldiers to back me up." Alex then turned around and said "I ask you this council members are you going to risk the safety of our clan for a peace that is on the edge of a knife!" The council went quiet, no one wanted to be the one to answer.
(I'm going to continue this next post but I think here is a good place to pause for a bit.)

[Crap, they found me...] Xilong thought, she took a deep breath, combed her hair a little and stoped hiding, now in front of the two Ayamotas.
"Worry not, I am here just to collect herbs" Xilong said showing no agressivness in the tone of her voice, she showed kid smile.
She kept the basket with herbs in front of her all the time so they would not suspect she was hiding a weapon

[nerminator]

shigian smiles as he pulls out a gun and pointed it at the demon 'then go collect herbs somewhere else or else herbs won't be the only thing your catching [death]' he says threatening her

Kitten spoke softly, "Shigian, its not nice to threaten any one.." She shook her head and then looked at Xilong, "I am sorry for his rudeness. He won't touch you, trust me." Kitten smiled weakly then pulled Shigian over to her and pulled him onto the raft. She then uses the stick in her hand to move the water to make the raft go away from the edge lining of the river. "You don't want to piss off a girl, Even if she seems nice, trust me." Kitten said in a very low voice to Shigian. Kitten continued to use the stick the move the water and the raft farther away from the shore. "Good luck with Herb Collecting" she yelled to Xilong.

[nerminator]

shigian sighed and got back up saying 'fine' it was no use arguing with her and got back up 'goddarnit!' he notices that his gun fell into the river so he fished it out almost falling in the river in the process

Kitten looked at Shigian and spoke, "Sorry about your gun, I didn't mean for it to have fallen." She said softly. She moved the stick in the water to move them to edge of the lining of the river on the itakei's side. Kitten got off the raft by stepping onto the land. "Why don't you watch from this side for a bit? See if you can gather information for the Ayamota. Just be careful." Kitten walked away, heading in the direction of the Itakei's Village.

Xilong sighed, it really depressed her that the Ayamota had such agressive kids, then she looked around just to make sure there was noone else around and then continued collecting just for a few minutes.
When she got tired...or maybe bored she returned to the vilage, some children were near the gate and they ran to Xilong and asked if she wanted to play hide-and-seek with them, Xilong angreed happily

'ok sure' he says stepping out of the raft and walking to a nearby hill to scout out there territory,so he sat down on top of the hill and pulled out a binocular from his backpack and looked through it, he looked around seeing a tiny outpost in a mountain,a trap door in the middle of a hill it obviously leads to some sort of hidden storage or something,and he also kitten heading straight towards the village 'wow she must be crazy going straight into there village' he says under his breath but he notices something at the corner of his binocular so he takes a closer look at it and sees that it is a Itakei patrol! and its also heading straight for Kitten! 'oh god! they'll probably kill her or worst!,so quickly he got back up and dropped his binocular on the ground and ran towards kitten hoping that he'll somehow be able to warn her

The lead council member then said "you are in no position to ask that of the council." Alex turned to the leader and said "Am I not?" Alex then said "I ask this as the head of our armed forces, not as the son of our great hero." A older council member stood and said "maybe we should hear what this young soldier has to say" The second council member said "that is out of the question, he is a mere soldier not a politician why should we listen to him." Alex turned to the second councilor and said "are you afraid of the truth councilor, that the two clans are not alone and that a greater threat may linger on our very borders." The lead councilor said "those are only rumors soldier and you should be wary of what you say, you don't want to end up like your father." Alex said "you are the one who put my father in prison even though he had evidence." The second council member shouted "you speak treason soldier, guards take him away." The guards didn't move. The second council member said "what is the meaning of this." Alex said "this is called doubt council members, and I will show you the truth." Alex then walked out of the council building and headed toward his home.

Xilong was playing hide-ad-seek with the children, she was so focused in lookig for them that she bumped into Alex
"woh! wah!" She almost fell on her butt but recovered the balance just in time and looked at Alex
"You look angry, why is wrong?" Xilong asked moving some hair away from her face

[nerminator]

shigian ran towards kitten hoping to make it there before the itakei patrol does,and fortunately he makes it there 'hey theres a patrol coming right towards you!' shigian said
'We gotta Hide!' he replied

[Dmessenger]

Alex said "I'm fine just basic political crap." Alex then walked into his house and began to go through his father's stuff to see if he can find the proof that his father had.

Xilong watched Alex leave "What's the matter with him....YOU WILL NEVER GET A GIRLFRIEND IF YOU ACT LIKE THAT!!" She yelled at him and then continued looking for the children.
One hiding in the library, one hiding behind a tree...The other's were hiding quite well, or maybe,,,"The are outside!"
Xilong ran out of the village and saw a children on the other side of the river Come back!" she shouted and and crossed the river without thinking

Kitten looked toward Shigian then looked ahead of her. She continued to walk straight towards the village. With in a few minutes she was standing in front of the Soldier who was patrolling. Kitten sighed and spoke softly looking up at the soldier, "You know you shouldn't let them boss you around like this. They could have given you a break and sent your brother out here for once." The Soldier had to be at least six feet tall, His face had a friendly warm smile come across his lips. Kitten watched as he bent down towards her. She spoke once more, "Is the old Man in a meeting again? Or is he just relaxing." Kitten turned her head to face Shigian, "Come on you SCAREDY CAT!" She teased. The soldier had tried to hold back a small laugh that threatened his lips."Shigian! You slow poke! Come over here, hurry it up!" Kitten yelled again to get his attention.

[nerminator]

shigian heard her and sighed then ran forward and said 'well false alarm I guess' he says scratching his head

(guard)
The guard held back the chuckle and said "you really shouldn't be saying hello in such a casual manor with our two clans being this close to war, it's liable to get you caught." The guard looks around and said "now hurry up and get somewhere safe before another guard sees you" The guard then winked and said "the old man is expecting you so don't be late, he hates it when you're late"

(Alex)

Alex was rummaging through his father's stuff "where in the world did he put it" Alex then turned around to see one of the older council members standing there. "You do know that the council leader will never admit to your father's findings." Alex said "well can't you guys vote him out and get the preparations underway" The old council member shook his head and said "no we need a unanimous vote and he still has one other council member who helps him keep you at bay" The council member said "If you keep this up they may kick you out of the village" Alex said "yeah and the army will leave with me making you vulnerable to the Ayomota or something far worse." The council member said "I hate to say it but you may have better luck convincing the Ayomotas over convincing out council." Alex said "that's not I'm worried about"

[nerminator]

'you have a deathwish if you want to enter that village' shigan says to the girl [kitten] 'you never exactly told me your name'

Kitten looked down and spoke softly, "I know..it seems most manners of people are leaving town these days. I am sure I will be fine, there is no need to worry. The old man wouldn't let them touch me." she nodded and looked up at the guard with a smirk, then spoke again, "Stop worrying I will be fine, I will kick their asses if I have to. I am not that small you know. The old man does get a bit grumpy some times so I can understand him getting upset when I am late. "

Kitten looked at Shigan, and said "Yeah and your chicken. Now come on! Im sure He wouldn't mind if you join in on a couple games. You won't win though, just saying." She paused looked at the village, then spoke again, "My name is Kitten, just so you know." Kitten walked into the village and made her way to the dark alley behind the first building of the village. Once in the dark, kitten looked for where she would go next, She knew it was best to keep hidden.

Shigian walked into the dark alley with kitten and looked around then asked 'whos the 'old man' and why are you trying to meet him?'

Making her way through the dark alley kitten found a stone passage that led through the back of the village in the darkness. A smile hit her lips as she spoke, "Well, he is kind of an friend I guess you would say. We always played games, he preferred the board games instead of playing newer games. He is one of the leaders of the Council just so you know, so do not get him mad. I am meeting him to ask a few questions as well and to get information." Her smile turned into a frown as she said "We better hurry though, Shiro was not joking about Him hating those who are late. So we better hurry, and stick to the shadows until I tell you, the last thing we need is to get found out." Kitten started to walk onto the stone path.
