Yeah... I tried it twice on my phone and it just exited out, so IRC is a no go. However pads, certain ones, work well on my phone. So there's a silver lining at least.

Interestingly, Dr. Kate was never actually called to the bridge. I could post her reading and reacting to ship combat. Maybe do some stuff with the weapons. That might be interesting.

The controls for venting atmosphere are on the Pel'tak and the control crystals for the hyperdrive system would be in the engine room.

Attention, Attention one and All!
As this mission is coming to a close this time our campfire moment will be sometime in the mess hall. How exciting? Basically after we leave this planetary system there will be a moment where most chars will be in the mess to converse. You can more or less sit beside anyone at this point to talk or just sit beside the people you already know.

Next time we'll do Medical Fallen, just thought it would be a bit hard for you to keep up as you do not currently have internet.

Actually, you would be wrong, well, half wrong. Why would you put life support on the pel'tak? On Ha'taks, that system can be controled from the Pel'tak sure, but she went to the system itself and sabotaged it manually. As has been seen many times before, engine room access often overides orders from the Pel'tak, whereas if you outright sabotage the system, its not going to be overridden.

And she didn't sabotage the hyperdrive itself, which is definitely in the engine room, merely the control that would let someone in the Pel'tak activate the engine. Like cutting the line between the accelerator pedal and the engine on a car. The engine is fine, and can still accelerate, but pushing the pedal won't tell it to do that. If someone was bright enough, they could poke around in the engine room and activate the hyperdrive, but since she was about to go there anyway, safer to cut control systems rather than mess around with the drive itself.

It would be and now, to add to my bad luck, my phone's starting to be a pain. I hope it holds out until I can get new net. *prays to have it really soon* So my posting might end up being even slower this next week.

Alright Sep, I'll write up a post at some point but I rather get the collab done first as it happened first. Mainly cause that end up being mentioned in the conversation and it's hard to predict what to say or when. Also, Prince or you are next.
