He's a very "Show, don't tell" kind of guy. It's why he doesn't talk much; he's not very good at explaining, sort of rambling or makes references to things that you might not be aware of.

Not from him. And if anyone tries to do that, he'd show off his penmanship by grinding your leg onto the wall of his office, making big letters his name. Of course, the blood is going to congeal, so he'll need to do that repeatedly in order for it to stick. using the same person if need be. I'm guessing Grey is going to volunteer for that? Or maybe Alaira is going to offer her children to Tyrael? I'm pretty sure he can spell out his name with three, maybe four thrown babies. Depends on how chubby they are.

You see? This is exactly why he was killed in the third act with Pylia. At least Uicle was classy and subtle with his violence and suffering making....when he did that....before he died.....

Now it's time for another episode of 'Stat me'! today's subject, Uicle. (I've been pronouncing it 'You-slee,' is that right? Anything's better than 'Weekle')
We shall be using the S.P.E.C.I.A.L system today.

STR: 6
Unfortunately, Uicle may basically be a robot but he's just an empty shell, any bonus to physical strength is cancelled by him not having muscles anymore.

PER: 4
Uicle seems to have no problems or advantages in most of the sensory departments, but I'm docking him a point as he can't be that sensitive to touch or smell anymore. (taste is irrelevant here)

END: 9
Gods, but he is hard to kill.

CHA: 6
He's a little ornery and doesn't really enjoy social interactions, but the sight of him doesn't cause people to vomit. Also, if he was really inclined I bet he could do better at the political bullshit.

INT: 9
Not the smartest ever, but he's as sharp as a razor.

Tyrael is true to himself. Which happens to be monstrous. But that's him, and he embraces it.

The Guard captain is in charge of the militia, Tyrael just manages the demons. I doubt Khan would allow someone like him actual people under his command.
