Well, Crow is technically a mob boss, of sorts. He doesn't condone violence/brute force, but will use it if necessary. Best way to get a good handle on Crow is to read the collab that Celaira and I posted a bit ago. Though it's near the end(ish) of the collab where Crow actually shows up.
Crow is currently in (G)Loom. It'd probably be better for just Damon to run into him. Oh, as a side note, it's essentially impossible to tell that Crow is actually a demon due to his masterful essence manipulation. Instead his essence signature appears completely human to most anyone sensing it.
As to Timore, he is at the academy in the ceremony atm.
